We had a fantastic sit looking after Jasper at his lovely home in Ragdale. Adrian and Sue welcomed us to their house which has everything, and more, that a sitter would need, the kitchen was certainly geared up for people who love to cook with up to date appliances and utensils. The whole house was was extremely warm and cosy and although we had nice 3/4 mile walks to the local villages each day it was very easy to stay in and enjoy their home when the weather turned. An added bonus was the wood burner, and there was ample logs for us to use on the cool January evenings. Jasper was a delight to care for, he did his own thing through the day but once he found your lap then he was yours for the evening. He’s a character who will truly warm your heart but certainly not a needy chap ! Melton Mowbray with its supermarkets are only 15 minutes away, but although you’re in a quiet rural location you are also in easy reach of all main roads and motorways. We would have loved to have done a repeat sit at Easter but are already booked up, but please ask us again ! Excellent
