Sharon is everything you want in a house sitter. She is energetic, delightful, responsible, self-sufficient and a natural with pets. Sharon established an almost instant rapport with our Portuguese Water Dog and handled her wonderfully while we were away. Sharon was flexible when we found that we might be delayed in our return home, and I felt completely confident I could rely on her. Upon our return, our house was spotless and Sharon had even made lunch for us. I recommend Sharon whole heartedly.
Jo, her two furry pals and I just clicked straight away. Jo is really organized with information that you might need while she is away and we exchanged updates every couple of days. Jo has a beautiful home and the dogs are so cuddly and easy to have fun with. There is a lovely park a few hundred metres away to walk the dogs on leash and a lovely enclosed yard at the house where they can roam and play. There is also a wonderful outdoor haven for humans in the yard too - big comfy sofa and shade under a big tree. It was hard to leave but I hope to see them all again before too long. I thoroughly recommend this sit.
Harley is a lovely dog; affectionate, well behaved and fun! Sarah's home is great and the neighbourhood is quiet and convenient to local shops and the airport. I enjoyed looking after Harley and it was a good experience start to finish!
This was a wonderful house sit. Barkley was quiet, well-behaved and understanding. He liked to explore and play catch at the sports field steps away from his home. He gave me space when I was sleeping or working on my computer but let me know when he needed attention. He was also a great hiking partner and played well with other dogs. We cuddled a bit at night to fall asleep but otherwise he was very independent. And thank you to Robin for the very comfortable guest bedroom and use of house in a beautiful neighborhood. I would be thrilled to look after Barkley again in the future.
This was such an amazing sit! Sofi is an absolute sweetheart. Communication with Jane was top notch. They are gracious host and clearly went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and appreciated. The home is absolutely perfect - immaculate, comfortable, full of natural light with deck surrounded by lots of greenery. The neighborhood is pet friendly and very safe for dog walking. Now back to Sofi Sofi likes to take morning walks and play catch in the yard. She is an energetic, playful, smart, and happy dog. Consider yourself lucky if you get the chance to look after Sofi. This sit is a true gem and I would do it again in a heartbeat!
Sitting for Nacho and Taco was a dream cat sit that I would highly recommend! The dynamic duo have such lovely personalities; they are incredibly affectionate and playful so we enjoyed lots of sofa cuddles, purrs and playtime together :). Sanni and Chris were wonderful hosts, very communicative from the start and always available to answer any questions I had. They have a beautiful home in Balham, a stone's throw from all amenities you might need and hope they'll have me back someday!

An incredible educator! Despite some difficulties, she was able to find the best solutions to adapt her course to the character of Darko (Malinois cross husky) 😅 both individual and semi-collective courses are rich in diversity and adapt to the needs of each dog. She knows how to pass on her knowledge, which allowed me to better understand my dog and thus ensure that his training is a success. I saw a gradual and positive evolution in my dog's behavior, thanks to his individual lessons and an improvement in socialization with other dogs during the semi-group lessons. I highly recommend. My little puppy and I have been followed by Gaëlle for three months now in private lessons as well as in group lessons... and it is really top-notch care because it is very complete. During private lessons Gaële offers an approach centered on the needs of the dog but also of its owner. She is very attentive to the questions and problems that we encounter and organizes lessons accordingly. Her analytical mind, her understanding and her kindness allow us to move forward in a much more serene way in this great adventure and for that I will never thank her enough 🙏 As for the group lessons, they allow a great work of socialization with conspecifics of all ages. I did private and group lessons with Gaëlle for my border collie. I find that his ease in understanding my dog's sensitivity, behavior and character was extraordinary. I particularly appreciated the private lessons which taught me a lot in the education of the puppy who was 2 months old. In particular, she taught him to manage his frustration with constructive advice. Furthermore, Gaëlle was really available in addition to being attentive and friendly. I can only recommend it! I had the pleasure of following an introduction to nosework. Gaëlle is a very competent instructor who masters her subject and who was able to guide me step by step to get started in this fascinating discipline. My dog and I had a great time and we will take lessons again without hesitation.
Classes with Gaëlle are a pleasant time, for both dogs and owners! When she sees her, my dog wriggles but quickly refocuses: she knows that Gaëlle is there to help us in daily education, as well as in leisure activities (tricks and nosework in this case) and it's a pleasure to see Kobe vacillating between joy and seriousness of the course. As for me, I am progressing thanks to his caring support, learning the subtleties of positive education and reading my dog. I would recommend Terra Educanis to anyone who is looking to adopt a puppy or is unsure about an adult dog. Gaëlle also knows her limits well and is quite capable of redirecting you to colleagues according to their specializations, do not hesitate to ask for an assessment before committing!

Great education and olfactory research course with our dwarf dachshund Rava for over a year in the field in Plan les Ouates or on walks in Bernex. Very good relationship with Gaëlle and her dog Fanta who is adorable and who sets an example for Rava. We really recommend the education classes with Gaëlle and all her advice helps us every day in our relationship with our dog.

NOT to send your dog to this boarding: My dog was with Best Friend Palace for about a year. He was 9+ years old when we started, but when he turned 10+, he was rejected from the facility. When I asked why my dog lost 4.5 kg in a 10-day stay, the owner seemed dismissive, attributing the weight loss to my dog running around and playing with other dogs all day, especially as my dog chased female dogs. If this is the case, they should require that all dogs be sterilized to prevent such issues. It appears this facility is not willing to handle older dogs or those needing special care, or they are simply not equipped to do so. Additionally, I had recommended Best Friend Palace to a lot of friends before they rejected my dog. I didn't make any complaint and moved on. Tragically, last year, my friend’s dog, Teddy, passed away from a stomach bacterial infection, which we believe was caused by the raw food given to them. This incident has raised serious concerns about the hygiene and quality of care at this facility. If you decide to board your dog here, I strongly recommend providing your own food. Because of the owner's unfriendliness and double face, I cannot in good conscience recommend this place at all.

Super recommendable Hotel for all the dogs ~ very nice and professional owner and staff! There is a big play ground and swimming pool. Dogs can get pretty haircut and hairdressing here too!
We have left our dogs twice in the last 2 months. We are delighted, they socialize and exercise with other dogs. One of our dogs has daily treatments and this has been taken into account by the boarding house. We received photos and videos each of us without even asking for them and also a written report of the stay at the end. We can only recommend this place and we are very happy to have such a good pension close to home. You can leave your furballs with complete confidence and peace of mind.

It's been 6 months that our “Lady” like us has benefited from the services of Garderie Caniscout several times a week. First of all I would like to write that Ysaline has great professional ethics; always respectful, caring, loyal and very competent. Every day, she provides a very high quality, responsible, communicative and trustworthy service. Our “Lady” is pampered, and happy to spend these days with Ysaline because it is sharing with these peers, walks, games and growth (evolution). For us it's serenity and happiness to see her come home happy and very tired from the long, different and beautiful walks offered. We are very pleased and recommend Caniscout 1000%.
We left our cocker dog with her for a visit to CERN. Everything OK! He brought it straight back to where we were.
