We had the perfect sit looking after Plum and Innes this June. Charlotte and Jeremy were the warmest of hosts and welcomed us into their superb rural home. Communication before the sit was spot-on, and local contact with their daughter was useful as our hosts had limited wifi on holiday. Plum and Innes are delightful and well-mannered dogs that instantly took to us. They have excellent recall and we already miss our picturesque walks right from the door. Both are perfect car travellers and we had great fun exploring the south coast of Dumfries & Galloway with them. We enjoyed caring for their extensive gardens, including the veggie patch. The side lawn was a wonderful sunny spot for morning coffee. Amazing to see the red squirrel so close on the bird feeder too! We can wholeheartedly recommend this sit, the stunning scenery and affectionate dogs, has made quite the mark on us. Being a countryside location, having a car is advantageous (though not far from some good bus links) and the walking terrain requires a base level of fitness.
Doug, Lily and Marilyn are absolutely the sweetest trio. They were such a happy family, behaved impeccably and fun to be around! They were affectionate and stayed close to us. Kat was very communicative before, during and after the sit. Her Welcome Guide was helpful, the house was clean and comfortable, and she responded quickly to inquiries. We enjoyed our time there. Thanks so much Kat and John for trusting us with your fur babies and caring for your home.
Loved this sit with the wonderful Pushka! A wonderful, comfortable and relaxing home. Mya really made me feel completely welcome and left great instructions that made this sit a breeze. Pushka is a totally indoor cat and a lovely little personality. I really enjoyed taking care of him. Highly recommend!
WA is such a magical state! So lush and beautiful. What a great place to sit! My visit here with Eileen and Jeff was amazing! Eileen and Jeff were so warm and welcoming! Wonderful hosts! They have a beautiful home nestled in the mountains! They have a cute little puppy named Zeppo. The puppy is so adorable and so much fun to be around. I will miss his sweet face and good nature (and snuggles). I also tended to 3 chickens and reaped the benefits of fresh eggs daily! Thank you for letting me stay in your home and care for your puppy and chickens. I had a great time! Thanks for having me!
Katie was lovely left us detailed note for everything we might need . Frankie was such an easy pet to look after he was so loving and cuddly we didn’t want to leave him 😂
We had the pleasure of looking after Luisa and Humphrey in Michael and Eric’s beautiful home! Everything was lovely and the communication was excellent - would love to sit again!
