If you are lucky enough to have Aude and Eliott apply for one of your sits - don't hesitate, book them immediately! We were so incredibly happy with how Aude and her family cared for our home and our pets. They truly went above and beyond. We received so many happy updates and photos of them loving on our cats and enjoying our home and city; we felt like we had dear friends staying at our place. They were resourceful and communicative when issues arose, and extended so much grace when there were mechanical failures that we had to troubleshoot from hundreds of miles away. They left the house in perfect condition, even going so far as to wash sheets to make our return easier. But it was the little things that made their stay so memorable: gifts they brought all the way from Geneva for us, homemade banana nut muffins waiting when we got back, presents for our kids, and a real genuine interest in our trip. And, when our daughter was homesick and missing her favorite stuffie, they staged a photoshoot of him having the absolute best time around our house to make her feel better. ❤️ Thank you so much Aude & Eliott! Nadia was absolutely perfect! She managed in no time to get Maggie's trust. They "were a pair" right on day one. Nadia is totally trustworthy, discrete, extremely well organized and tidy! The house was impeccable at my return and Maggie was well fed and happy. Nadia gave me regular updates with pictures which helped me to enjoy my vacation. Nadia was very helpful and flexible as I had a change in dates. She also agreed to help with a neighbour's cat. Nadia went way out of her way and I am so ever thankful that zeewoi sent her my way. I can highly recommend her! She can be trusted blindly!

Emma is everything you look for in a Housesitter. A lovely person, very organised, totally trustworthy, lots of love and care for animals, great communication and left my properly in perfect condition. I know she also helped out my neighbours with their pets (we are close knit community) and went above and beyond. Thank you so much Emma!

Melanie took care of Lilli and Lulu, for a bit more than two weeks. While it was clear that Lilli and Lulu liked her and vice-versa, there were a few areas where our expectations weren’t fully met. She managed the dogs with more flexibility than I had anticipated, which resulted in them sometimes spending longer periods alone at home than I was comfortable with. Although our communication during this time wasn't as smooth as I had hoped, I appreciate her effort adjusting the path after feedbacks. I believe this experience was a good lesson learned in following guidelines, securing communication and ensuring the dogs receive the attention they are used

Corentin did a great job taking care of our Lulu. It was clear she missed him when he left. He sent us pictures of their walks and kept us posted. She was well cared for. We had a communication issue about our return time that led to an uncomfortable situation. Because we were arriving very late Saturday night, we posted our house sitting needs through Sunday as a precaution for delayed travel. I told Coco several times that we were returning Saturday night (in writing and verbally). Unfortunately that didn't stick and when we returned home late Saturday, we arrived to a kitchen and dining area that was a mess. He explained he thought we were returning Sunday. To his credit, he cleaned things up that night and into the early morning so we began our day in a clean home. We enjoyed getting to know Coco. In the future, I would make sure he is super clear on dates and other household rules, even those you might take for granted, such as not using glass ware for heating (he broke a glass and a plate).

Another great sit with Elvis. He is easy going, kind and friendly. Great pet and house care and easy to arrange and communicate with. Looking forward to having Elvis sit at the end of the year again.

Maureen and Michal were great house and petsitters, we would definitely recommend them. They were very communicative, kind and friendly, and very flexible and understanding when we had a sudden date change and had to be back a day earlier than planned. We would definitely be happy for them to sit for us again, our pets were also very happy to have them as carers!

Johan Carlos and Joan were such lovely petsitters!! They were always quick to respond, stayed in contact regularly both before and during the trip, and were very kind in general. We especially appreciated the M&Ms they left us to wish us happy holidays 😊🎄 They’re welcome back anytime!

Louisa and Julian were fantastic! Looked after Titch and Tilly so well, contacted me when Titch wasn’t well, but were calm about things and so I felt reassured that she was in good hands. They left my house clean and tidy, and even got me in some things so the fridge wasn’t completely empty when I returned from holiday! Would definitely recommend them and am hopeful they will return to sit for me again!

Veronica and Ignacio are a friendly, kind and capable couple. They made time to come to our house the day before we left for holiday and immediately we could see how natural they were with our dogs. During their sit they were regularly in touch and we always felt reassured that our two dogs were in good hands. I would highly recommend Veronica and Ignacio.

Julia was perfect for me and our house and cat. She took great care of Bugsy, our 14 year old family cat, and regularly sent me updates, photos and videos. She was extremely well organised and self sufficient and she bought me some food items for our return and made us a delicious snack dinner and chocolate cake so we had some food when we arrived home late at night - she went above and beyond what was expected and I would highly recommend Julia and certainly have her back if she ever wanted to return.Julia was all round excellent.

We would definitely recommend Cecile! She was very flexible with when she could arrive & leave, took great care of Molly and left the house spotless. Thanks Cecile and enjoy your onward travels!
