We had a wonderful time pet-sitting and looking after Lewa, Bosso and Winnie. The dogs were really well behaved, and very sweet and affectionate. The area is also lovely and we had lots of really good walks. We had a guest room with en-suite and were made to feel fully welcome and at home. We would definitely pet-sit here again!
My time spent with little loveable Coco and independent Charlotte was very special. Suzi is a lovely lady who adores her fur family and I really did feel at home thanks to her. The instructions relating to feeding and medication were clear and easy to follow. Because it was Winter during my stay, I very much appreciated the heating from the aircon and fire as well as the use of a warm dressing gown which Suzi kindly loaned me. I was genuinely sad to leave as Coco and I became firm friends and I consider her to be the sweetest dog I have ever met. It was a pleasure being a foster Mum to Suzi's fur babies and hope that I will be asked to care for them again in the near future.
This was a great autumn sit! Starting with Kathleen, who is such a wonderful person, warm and motherly. We really enjoyed all the conversations we had together at the beginning and at the end of the sit. She made us feel really welcomed. Kate explained everything we needed to know in a thorough guide that she prepared beforehand, and also showed us in person all the other details. She also gave us nice reccommendations for restaurants and sights. The house is beautiful, elegant and tastefully decorated. Everything is well maintained, with a nice atmosphere. The guest area is very confortable. There's a 20-25 min walk to the city center, which can be made on the side of the river Thiou, in a beautiful nature environment. The 3 members of the cat family are a pleasure to take care of. They are gentle and sweet, each of them with its own personality. At the beginning we were a bit worried about letting them outside because we feared they would leave the garden, but it went very smoothly. Pippin, the explorer, has a GPS attached to its collar and that gave us piece of mind. All of them wonder around the garden and either come back when called, or they eventually come back on their own. But if you need to take them inside, they allow you to do so, they can be picked up, they don't scratch. We reccommend to anyone to come meet and enjoy their time with Zabava, Pippin and Anushka, and have this wonderful Annecy experience.
I had the best time caring for Pancakes and Bananas. Dani was a fantastic host, I wasn’t able to meet her beforehand but she had everything organised and ready to go so I knew exactly what I had to do and where I’d find it! She was a great communicator and really went above and beyond as a host. Pancakes was so sweet and affectionate, and didn’t make a big fuss about getting her medicine. Bananas loved getting some attention too. It was so entertaining watching her get the crazies and run/play around the apartment - she’s so cheeky! The apartment was excellent, great amenities, views and location!! 100% recommend this sit. Thank you so much again Dani!! :)
I LOVED this sit!! Gorgeous George, gorgeous house, gorgeous view, and even a new friend! Yeah, she's gorgeous too-- and her career is about preserving our world's natural resources, so quality of life permeates sitting for Nicole and George. If you get the chance, take it!
Mary and Ian welcomed us into their home and we had a lovely lively evening with them, full of stories and instructions for looking after Coco and especially about caring for the garden. We had the best summer weather and took Coco out for an 'amble n sniff' several times a day. The garden was spectacular and we enjoyed the scented rose blossoms and home grown veggies. Mary and Ian's spacious and pretty cottage was very comfortable and Coco was easy to look after while they went away to France. Thank you for choosing us.

Fantastic pension and daycare for dogs. I discovered them on Google, and being close to my office in Bellevue, I gave it a try one day (dropping my corgi before work, and picking him up after work). He is always happy, dirty (the dogs have a lot of space in the nature to play and run around) but happy to go back the next time. Vincent is very kind, responds quickly to all inquiries and loves dogs to bits 🥰 highly recommended!

The doggie hostel is the ideal place to leave your four-legged friend for a day or vacation. Thor is always anxious when we have to leave him and barks a lot but never when we leave him at the inn. He always has a great time having fun with the other residents. We can only recommend
The Auberge Des Toutous is easily accessible, whether by public transport or by car. Reservations are made directly via the online calendar, dogs spend their days freely in the garden and have room to play/rest. It is a hostel on a human scale and above all, run by Vincent, who deeply loves dogs. Our Paddy, recovered from the SPA, did not have an easy start to life. He is anxious in enclosed environments (cages, etc.) and needs space as well as presence. He has everything he needs at the Auberge de Toutous. Paddy is happy to go to boarding school and has plenty to exercise with his friends! Vincent also takes the time to send photos and videos, which is very thoughtful of him! We highly recommend this hostel!
The doggie hostel is the ideal place for my beagle! As soon as he arrives in the alley that leads to the hostel, he is already excited at the idea of meeting his friends, and its wide open spaces where he can fully exercise. Vincent devotes a lot of time to the animals he cares for and regularly gives us news accompanied by photos! I can only recommend this pension 100%! My beagle is already looking forward to the next vacation!
I left my two dogs for almost three weeks at the doggie hostel. They were cuddled, pampered, walked there and I picked them up in great shape. Vincent loves dogs, spends a lot of time with them and makes sure everything is going well medically and emotionally. I will entrust my dogs to him again without any hesitation.
We discovered the Auberge des toutous a month ago and since then our dog has spent one day a week there. It’s not just a boarding house, it’s a place where you immediately feel that the doggies are at home and, above all, loved. The location, the welcome, the flexibility but also the rigor necessary for the safety of our faithful companions... all the ingredients are there for their well-being and for our serenity. I highly recommend.
First boarding experience for my 2 year old dog and for me. Rasta is extremely attached and Vincent was able to reassure him and stay by his side so that this day went well.
