Nicole is so sweet! My dog, Franklin, is always so excited to go over. She takes the best care of him while I work long hours. She sends pictures and updates throughout the day. She also has the 3 friendliest dogs that my dog loves to play with. I would wouldn’t trust anyone else to look after my dog!

Nicole is wonderful. With our new puppy, we were nervous to leave him in the care of anyone else with all the horror stories out there. We found Nicole, and seriously struck gold! She is so kind, communicative, attentive, and has very fair rates. She gives you multiple updates on her visits (like the one below), and is reliable. We never worry when our Moose is in her care, and that peace of mind means the world. We feel so grateful for Nicole and would recommend her to anyone needing their fur babies taken care of!

I couldn’t ask for a better dog sitter for my big man! Nicole is attentive and loves Duke just as much as he loves her! I can enjoy my vacations without having to worry about Duke because I know she will take amazing care of him! She takes him on walks and makes sure he has everything he needs. She also sends me the cutest update pics every visit. 10/10.

Nicole takes great care of our dog and cat in our home. She sends updates and pictures every day. She also trims dog nails and brushes our cat. She gives them lots of attention and exercise. We would highly recommend her.

Nicole is absolutely phenomenal. She watched my dog and cat for a few weeks while I was out of town and was SO attentive and communicative the whole time! She treated my pets like her own and took better care of them than any professional boarder I've ever had them at. And the best part was she came to them! They were able to stay in the comfort of our home while she checked on them multiple times a day. She even sent me multiple pictures and updates throughout the day, every single day, so I could rest at ease knowing my babies were in good hands and enjoying their time with her. Love Vickie and her employees !! They are all very nice and very loving to my girls. I've been bringing my girls here for almost a year to be groomed. As all new places you have to let them get to know you and your pets before getting it exactly right. I am now 100 percent satisfied and recommend this place for all your grooming needs !! My girls were just groomed. Love their cut !!!

Great price and friendly staff. Left my big boy for first time ever for the weekend. Was highly recommended by my parents who have used Noah’s Ark several times. He was happy when I picked him up and did not act like he had a stressful weekend. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because I feel they could have asked about my dogs likes and dislikes when I dropped him off with out my forcing info on the gentlemen who took him snd when I picked him up I was given no feedback on his weekend. Just handed him over and that was it. But that is a personal opinion and does not change fact that my dog was well taken care of.

Vicky and her team at Noah's Ark are the only people that I trust with my dog!!!! He is my other son, and I would not leave him just anywhere. They have been seeing them for a long time they understand him and his quirks and they love him !!! My whole family takes their pets (dogs and cats) to the same place. I live an hour from the place, but it's well worth the drive!!! The prices are outstanding!!! If you need boarding or grooming, dont consider anywhere else!!!

My dogs love going to Noah's Ark. The staff and Vickie are always so kind and accommodating. Have also had my poodle groomed and they did a fabulous job. Very reasonably priced. Great place for either boarding or grooming.

We have had Max and Lady, our Miniature Schnauzers, groomed at Noah's Ark for several years and have nothing but praise for them. They love Max and Lady almost as much as we do and give them the best of care. On two occasions when I was recuperating from major surgery Vickie, the owner, drove 20 miles round trip to pick them up and bring them home and didn't want any extra payment. We highly recommend Noah's Ark.

My first time boarding my little chihuahua at a pet boarding and grooming. Needless to say I was a little more than nervous. After reading the reviews on several places around New Braunfels, I decided on Noahs Ark. When we got there the owner immediately put my fears to rest. She took my scared little dog and assured me he will be fine. I picked him up 3 days and he was fine and happy. They even bathe and groomed him. Great and friendly service and very reasonably price. We'll be back. Thank you guys for taking such a good care of my baby boy.

I took my labradoodle to get groomed. I knew he was going to have to get cut short due to some matting on his chest. They shaved him but it was very very uneven. They also shaved part of his nose and his ears. He looked horrible. I will never bring my animal here again. Very dissatisfied.
