Alicia sat for me for 10 days in August and I couldn't have wished for a better sitter. She was organised, tidy, caring and kind and I am so pleased she looked after Jasper and Saffy. She was very communicative and had no problem asking for instructions throughout the sit. I had regular photos and videos, but wasn't bombarded which I am very grateful for. I felt confident that Saffy was in good hands as she needs medication every day and a special diet and I could tell on arrival home that she had been cared for and loved extremely well. Jasper came out of hiding too, which says a lot! Alicia left the house sparkling and even made a plate full of brownies for our arrival home! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Alicia (and Edgar) for a house sitting position - you will be lucky to have them! Thank you again and I look forward to having you sit in the future, hopefully! Xx
I am so thankful to have found Shelagh for my sit. I would recommend her highly. She met me before the sit to get the lay of the land and spoiled my kitty Gracie more than I could hope for. She also took amazing care of my pond and fish and it was in great shape upon my return. She also was very resourceful and figured things out when necessary since I had limited internet where I was and we couldn't communicate often. She left updates as needed and I never worried about anything. I consider her a friend now and will have her sit anytime it works out.
Angie and Joe are amazing! If you are lucky enough to get them, I highly recommend them! The house was cleaner when we got home than when we left. They were in touch frequently, and sent photos. They even went the extra step to feed Lucy roasted chicken and rice because her stomach was not doing well! I would read them 10 stars out of five!
I housesat for Helen in August of this year and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is in a wonderful setting just off Box Hill, which I tortured myself running up daily. The chickens were dead easy to take care of and involved just a few minutes each day. Indy the cat was a great character and super easy going. I'd happily come back!

Nicole is so sweet! My dog, Franklin, is always so excited to go over. She takes the best care of him while I work long hours. She sends pictures and updates throughout the day. I couldn’t ask for a better dog sitter for my big man! Nicole is attentive and loves Duke just as much as he loves her! I can enjoy my vacations without having to worry about Duke because I know she will take amazing care of him! She takes him on walks and makes sure he has everything he needs. Nicole is absolutely phenomenal. She watched my dog and cat for a few weeks while I was out of town and was SO attentive and communicative the whole time! She treated my pets like her own and took better care of them than any professional boarder I've ever had them at. And the best part was she came to them! Love Vickie and her employees !! They are all very nice and very loving to my girls. I've been bringing my girls here for almost a year to be groomed. As all new places you have to let them get to know you and your pets before getting it exactly right. I am now 100 percent satisfied and recommend this place for all your grooming needs !! My girls were just groomed. Love their cut !!!
Great price and friendly staff. Left my big boy for first time ever for the weekend. Was highly recommended by my parents who have used Noah’s Ark several times. He was happy when I picked him up and did not act like he had a stressful weekend. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because I feel they could have asked about my dogs likes and dislikes when I dropped him off with out my forcing info on the gentlemen who took him snd when I picked him up I was given no feedback on his weekend. Just handed him over and that was it. But that is a personal opinion and does not change fact that my dog was well taken care of.
Vicky and her team at Noah's Ark are the only people that I trust with my dog!!!! He is my other son, and I would not leave him just anywhere. They have been seeing them for a long time they understand him and his quirks and they love him !!! My whole family takes their pets (dogs and cats) to the same place. I live an hour from the place, but it's well worth the drive!!! The prices are outstanding!!! If you need boarding or grooming, dont consider anywhere else!!!

My dogs love going to Noah's Ark. The staff and Vickie are always so kind and accommodating. Have also had my poodle groomed and they did a fabulous job. Very reasonably priced. Great place for either boarding or grooming.
We have had Max and Lady, our Miniature Schnauzers, groomed at Noah's Ark for several years and have nothing but praise for them. They love Max and Lady almost as much as we do and give them the best of care. On two occasions when I was recuperating from major surgery Vickie, the owner, drove 20 miles round trip to pick them up and bring them home and didn't want any extra payment. We highly recommend Noah's Ark.
My first time boarding my little chihuahua at a pet boarding and grooming. Needless to say I was a little more than nervous. After reading the reviews on several places around New Braunfels, I decided on Noahs Ark. When we got there the owner immediately put my fears to rest. She took my scared little dog and assured me he will be fine. I picked him up 3 days and he was fine and happy. They even bathe and groomed him. Great and friendly service and very reasonably price. We'll be back. Thank you guys for taking such a good care of my baby boy.
I took my labradoodle to get groomed. I knew he was going to have to get cut short due to some matting on his chest. They shaved him but it was very very uneven. They also shaved part of his nose and his ears. He looked horrible. I will never bring my animal here again. Very dissatisfied.
