The absolutely best pet sitters we have ever had - Both Monika and Bart were amazing - they loved our 2 dogs more than we thought possible - and shared so many photos of their 21 days together . Communication was excellent , house was left sparking and the dogs showed no signs of missing us at all I could not recommend highly enough - angels !

Gracie

Gracie did such an amazing job looking after our girl Bean. Bean is a very shy and timid girl who rarely takes to strangers. She will often hide for a few days. Bean was instantly comfortable with Gracie and was even playing with her on the first night. This instantly relieved my stress knowing that Bean was in safe hands. Gracie kept in daily contact with pictures and messages so we could see how Bean was getting along. On return the house was clean with sheets and towels washed. I couldn’t recommend Gracie high enough! Thanks for looking after our place and precious kitty!

Amy was very friendly and personable! The house-sitting experience was not our best due to a lack of communication and an unfortunate situation with Amy getting locking herself out of the house at night, which wasn't able to be resolved immediately. Regarding communication: We didn't hear from Amy during the sit, so we sent a message on the 5th day to check in on the cats and she responded with an update and a picture, which was nice to hear and see. I think we would've liked more updates during the 9 day sit because we have two senior cats (one that we have to keep an eye on for health reasons, who was having trouble eating and finishing her food) so we were a bit worried while we were away, but maybe we weren't clear with Amy about our expectations. The next message we got was on the 9th day of the sit and it was informing us that Amy had locked herself out of the house that night and left the keys inside. We tried to call her multiple times immediately after receiving the message, but she didn't pick up. We wanted her to check for the spare key, but we couldn't reach her. We were quite worried by this point as our senior kitties would be home alone overnight, though Amy let us know they had dinner, so at least they wouldn't be hungry. It was late night, but she called back about an hour later, apologised for missing our calls, and said she was already at a friend's house so she couldn't go back to the house and check until morning time. In the morning, she went back to the house and couldn't get to the spare key, so we had to pay for a locksmith to come over and pick the lock for her to get back into the house and to check on the cats. That wasn't a great experience for us as we were quite worried about the cats, but Amy was nice enough to stay until dinner time since my husband's flight home was delayed, so that was helpful.

Juan and Victoria were great. They looked after our house and Poochies very well and sent lots of Pictures and Videos.

Lucia was wonderful, easy to communicate with and very clean. Would have her back any time.

Elisabeth is a very self sufficient young lady. I left lots of instructions but she worked everything out on her own. Looked after our dog with daily walks and lots of cuddles. Our dog can get anxious while we are away but he seemed fine with Elisabeth. She also helped maintain the pool after a big storm. I would highly recommend Elisabeth as a trusted dog/house sitter.

Vanesa and Marc were excellent sitters. Great communication and our two cats were happy and relaxed when we returned home.

Maria Guadalupe

Maria and Paula looked after our elder hound and did a great job for us. Due to his age and medical condition he is general easy to look after but it does get demanding at times and the girls appeared to cover this with ease and no compliants. We also returned to a very clean and cared for home, which tell you that you made a good choice of sitters. I'd recommend the girls to look after your pets and home.

Arthur and Marghe recently looked after my cat, KitKat. They were communicative, taking the time to understand KitKat's habits and needs. They sent regular updates with photos, which was appreciated and showed they were taking good care of her. Such a lovely flat and what a gorgeous doggo. Winnie was so well trained and has a lovely temperament, we had such a wonderful time :) would definitely sit again. Bella as well was very communicative and helpful from afar with whatever Winnie or I needed!

Randa was easy to reach and communicate with during the sit. It was a last minute booking and we didn't have time to meet beforehand and so I had several questions which she was quick to respond to. Her home is beautiful with many high end appliances and finishes. The kitchen is a true chef's kitchen and has everything you need to prepare gourmet meals at home. If you are not up for cooking, the location is central within the bay area and there are many great dining options available.
Eva and Chloe are the sweetest dogs you will ever meet. Eva is a bit of a diva but will listen and obey if you are firm and let her know who's boss. Chloe is a sweetheart, very well behaved and responds very well to "Chloe go potty". She will play fetch with you for as long as you indulge her. If you tell her to "drop" she will drop the toy and let you throw it again. She is truly a wonderful dog. Eva is adorable, she just wants food!
All in all a great stay, would recommend!
