Fairview Boarding is top of the line for taking care of your dogs while you are out of town. Stephanie and her staff do a great job and offer extra services like grooming, extra playtime and toys/treats. Most importantly I do not worry about my dog's safety or wellbeing while I'm gone. I boarded my boxer who had been living with Cushings Disease and needed medication and extra water. They were able to take care of him. I was in Tampa when he took a turn for the worse and Stephanie and her staff got him to my vet, worked with my emergency contact and kept me updated until I could get home. This is a very capable and caring place to trust with your fur babies.

Fairview Boarding was a great experience for our dogs. They were taken care of like they were their own. Will not hesitate to take them again!

Because we were on vaca, we watched the Helene storm unfold on national TV like so many others. But the IG posts from Fairview Boarding reassured us our dog was safe, happy and well cared for until our return They are kind and an awesome team!

Everyone is so helpful and made me feel so good about leaving my dog to be boarded for the first time. My dog is a recent rescue from an suspected abusive situation, thus she isn’t trusting of people. They took the extra time to help her overcome her fear and enjoy her time with them. I will definitely take her to Fairview Boarding anytime I need to have someone care for my girl!

I boarded my dog here and was very uneasy about it. With her having never been away from us, except for when she had hip surgery. Upon asking questions about the facility, the manager was like “here let me show you around”, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. Very personable people and always responsive, when I checked on her. Customer Service was exceptional as was the care for my dog.

My pup is physically very extra, I’ve boarded her at Fairview for daycare and overnight stays multiple times, she’s always been well cared for and returned to me happy and healthy. Highly recommended by Sauci and me!

We feel so fortunate to have been referred to Fairview Boarding by friends. Our GSD is happy to see us when we return from trips, but is obviously content, occupied by the activities,& always clean when we retrieve her. They have administered medication when it was needed & just plainly seem to LOVE dogs!! It’s seems much more than just a job to the workers. When we are really homesick for our girl, they’ll graciously text us pictures too & she always looks happy. It makes trips & vacation a lot more enjoyable when our minds are at ease that she is engaged & well cared for. Highly recommend Stephanie, Larry & all the staff there.

I have been using Living Harmony Pet Sitting for over a year now. In fact, I needed a pet sitter during mid-2020 and had just moved to the area. I found this service through a friend. It has been amazing ever since. I have 3 cats, ranging in age from baby (8 months) to elder (13 years). The 3 cats love the attention they get. I am comforted knowing they're being watched by the people at Living Harmony Pet Sitting. In fact, one of our cats went through a bout of cancer and has since had her leg removed and is all good now. Amara is wonderful! She has watched my pets for several years and is always communicative and reliable. My animals love her too! She sends pictures and updates, doesn't shy away from senior pets with more needs, even made a paw print ornament of my beloved dog's paw when she was getting very poor and Amara knew it might be the last time she watched her. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. I have gone out of the country with limited phone access and never once worried about my fur babies. 10 out of 10!

This is the first time I have ever posted a review but Amara is absolutely wonderful. She has been taking care of puppy since he was 2 months old. We were not expecting to need her services but we are so grateful to have found her. She is incredibly caring and kind to our rambunctious golden retriever. I haven't left my dog Caroline with someone I don't know before, so I was nervous about leaving her with a Pet Sitter. When Amara came to our house for the meet and greet, Caroline warmed right up to her and I knew we were leaving her in good hands. Amara did a wonderful job taking care of Caroline. She sent messages and pictures with updates on how Caroline was doing. Amara and her son even played fetch with Caroline in our backyard. My husband and I were very impressed with how well Amara took care of Caroline. We highly recommend her as a Pet Sitter and will definitely have her take care of Caroline in the future.

Amara is naturally so good with animals! My husband and I are newer to the area and were looking for a place to take care of our cat while we left on vacation for two weeks. We found Amara, and I’m so glad we did! Amara has been my Petsitter for close to 9 years and I couldn’t be happier with her services. Any time I’ve had to be out of town, I never worry about my senior dogs or my cats because I know they’re in good hands. She provides updates and pictures, which is a nice touch. Amara is a great with our fur babies and treats them with love and tender care. Her professionalism in pet care is evident if you watch her with your pets, see her at ease with them and listen to her talk. She asks all the right questions & when asked a question, has the right answer. She will give meds, even injections if needed & prescribed by a vet. I can tell my dogs love when Amara comes to care for them. When she texts me while I’m away & she is visiting my babies, their tails are always wagging. You don’t trust just any one with your beloved family, but I trust Amara with ours.

Katrina from Critter Sitters took care of our two cats while we were away for an extended vacation. Katrina was incredibly responsive and communicated with us every day, including photo updates and asking questions if any issues arose, and also ensured that our mail was brought in, plants watered, and house in overall good condition. We appreciated her willingness and ability to look after our cats, who have had anxiety with strangers in the past, and did so with so much care and detailed attention. We will absolutely use Critter Sitters in the future, and we highly recommend their services!

Ryan took good care of our two dogs. She had them for 3 days and they were healthy and happy when we picked them up. She kept in good contact with us, responding quickly when we texted her to check in. We will definitely use her services again.

Ryan was friendly and flexible. My dog was a drop-in for less than 4 hours at her house. The problem is that she fed my dog without my permission which has caused significant problems. She asked if she could give him a treat, which I agreed to, but based on his poop, he ate a large meal. For the last 3 days my dog has refused to eat his dog food, climbed on the counter to steal food twice and got on the kitchen table to eat food. He jumped on my 90-year-old grandmother to steal food from her. He has never done these things before and has become aggressive in obtaining human food. Ryan seems competent and capable, but this is going to be a long term problem for me. I am so angry that I waited 3 days to write this review, but you should know this information so you can make an informed decision about your dog.

I can't recommend this place enough. I have brought my dog Annabelle here several times through the last few years for boarding when we leave on a trip. She is quite an independent spirit and I know doesn't really ENJOY group play much but it seems like the staff knows how to accommodate to her personality. I like knowing that she's not just dumped in a crate all day because she's also a very active dog. I would love if I could get more photos or videos of her during the day but I get it, and I'm still very pleased with picking up a happy, smiley dog at the end of her stay. Can't ask for more.

Best place ever. Recommended by our behaviorist for our reactive dog. He displayed very rough play behavior from another boarding place and we went here and told them of our challenges and he’s entirely turned around. They are educated on how to socialize dogs properly and this is the first place our dogs wag and rush the door to get in, where other places we’d practically drag them in

I have read the bad reviews for this place and they are insane, i have sent my dogs to this place for couple years. They always take care of my dogs and my dogs are always so excited to go here to the point they don’t say goodbye. Also be timely when picking up your dog I feel like that’s fair bc they are like children, and for them to take time and so interviews to make sure your dog is safe is awesome. The bad reviews on here are Karen’s, don’t take your dog anywhere else bc I know I won’t.

From an experience management / anxious puppy-parent perspective, there's definitely more they could have done at Happy Tails. They took the pup with no introduction and left me out front and I was told I couldn't view the area even though I was 50+ yards away, dog area was blocked off and there were no signs. I was only given a phone video of the area by the rude interviewer. We immediately went to a different daycare and we're much more impressed

I like to be fair, honest and thorough. I honestly feel this establishment has the rudest and most inefficient staff. I made an appointment to bring our 11 month old puppy over for his "trial play time" at 9:30am.. I explained I had an appointment back in town at 10am, so if I could do all the necessary paperwork ahead as to not be late. I sent the dogs records days before. I was up , in the car with Ryder and ready and I AGAIN called to ask what could be done in advance to speed up drop off. It was relayed to me by Aaron, that I would have to wait around to be sure he "got along" (not my first rodeo with these places) however, I indicated there was no time for this today , the gal who made the appointment never spoke of this and that I was not happy as I was halfway there, had a dog in my car and of course couldn't exactly bring him to next appointment with my doctor. At which time I was asked to perhaps "find another place to take my dog" WOW! So no apology for THEIR phone agent who gave me wrong information, that failed to tell me about the acclimation time needed to be spent, as well as a rude dismissal by Aaron. If this is how they treat the humans I can't even imagine how they treat the dogs!! This is NOT a Happy Tale.

Been going here for the past two years with no issues, however that changed today and I won't be returning. I only used their grooming services for baths and nails for both my dogs. I've always waited about an hour for them to finish and the staff have always called me or brought them out to the gate when they were finished. Today I was told an estimated time of when to return with a 30 minute window, which I still arrived 10min early to, then sat there for an hour and a half waiting for them to call to tell me the dogs were ready. I knew it was a busy day, so I was fine with waiting. Finally got the call with attitude of why I hadn't come to pick up my dogs yet, explained I've always been called when they were ready for pickup and had been there the entire time. No apology, just blame on me for not knowing the exact time they were done grooming. I had already been having a rough morning, so just an apology for not calling would have been great. I also had an issue the previous day as I had called to confirm the appointment of which had apparently been set for the week prior at a time before I had even called to make the appointment and they wrote me in as a no show. During this call I was told "it could have been a miss-click, but I'm not saying that's what happened." Once again placing me to blame when I have evidence I hadn't even called them to place the appointment yet. They've also don't always wash my dogs' face during their baths. I can't say anything as far as their boarding though. They seem to treat the dogs way better than the humans-which is fine to a point...so I won't be returning for their services.

Been taking.my two dogs to the east.site for.years. My two just.love it and know when it's time to go. They are excellent on boarding. I've left.mine for couple weeks at a time.

My critique of this business is that their out of town policy is dumb. But that’s not a big deal. The actual reason for leaving a review is the staff is rude as hell. It’s jarring that the owner of the business took time to respond to my review many months later, but neglected to respond to any of the ones where the dogs went in healthy and came home harmed. The one about the bleach or the one about the poor dog that came back emaciated. But mine is the priority, I guess.

My dog Bree hangs out at Happy Tails for daycare several days a week. The staff treat Bree like she is one of their own.

From the moment I connected with Raina I knew she would be a good fit. I reached out to her based on reviews and I am so glad I did. My trip was over 2 months out but Raina came by to meet my dog and get a sense of whether this would be a good fit for both of us. When it came closer to my trip Raina reached out to confirm and to do a follow up visit so that my dog wouldn't be surprised when she came o stay with her. They again hit it off and I felt very comfortable leaving my dog. Raina followed up daily and sent me pictures which I really appreciated. I could tell she really cared and took great care of my dog. So I highly recommend Raina. She is very caring, thoughtful and reliable and will absolutely be my go to whenever I have to leave my dog. Thank you Raina! Raina works hard at befriending your pet, and they do become best friends in your absence. Raina did a house stay with my border collie on relatively short notice and kept to Shim's schedule as much as the weather allowed. She left the house clean and even alerted me to a plumbing problem that I fixed on returning home. Great pet/house sitter!

Raina is wonderful! When I first adopted RoxC, Raina would spend quality time with her while I was at work and helped RoxC adjust to her new life. Helped so much! She keeps you updated with notes and pictures. Raina is calm, kind, reliable, and just an all around good person. She knows how to connect with RoxC and gives off a loving energy. She is respectful of your preferences and is intuitive with pets. Highly recommend! RoxC adores her and always remembers Raina no matter how much time has passed.

Raina is absolutely awesome. She really cares about my kitty and me, too! She sends daily updates via text, with photos, which I love! She remembers the details about my pet and I trust her fully when it comes to having her in my home while I am gone. She even watered my plants while I am gone. Raina did an excellent job taking care of my special needs cats while I was away recently. She was very thorough, conducted a pre-visit, gave me updates every day, and really went the extra mile. Her attentiveness instilled confidence that my pets were in loving and caring hands. I really appreciated her attention to detail, flexibility and willingness to go above and beyond expectations. I will be using her services again and highly recommend her.

I hesitate to leave this glowing review of Raina because I don't want to invite competition for her availability, but that would just be selfish. And finding good pet care is an important cause that I choose to support. Raina is wonderful. We recently moved here and needed a sitter for our two dogs at our house. Not having any personal recommendations, it was an important task to make sure that we could trust who we chose. After two initial meetings (and more than a fair bit of internet sleuthing) we decided that we had met "the one." And that we did. Not only were our dogs happy and obviously cared for, but our house was left in an immaculate condition. Which says a lot after staying there during a rainy week in the woods where we live. We received daily updates and it was apparent that she truly got to know and understand each of our beloved dogs. We can recommend Raina without reservation. Unless you need her when we do, in which case, you can find better lol. We can't begin to describe Raina's loving care for Pookie the Cat with sufficient superlatives! She has expertly cared for our elderly rascal (and he needs medicine!) for up to two weeks' time. She's learned his eccentricities, so that, as we enjoy our time away from home, we can rest assured that "our boy" will be happy, healthy, and fully himself when we return. It's also fun and reassuring to get daily photos and occasional videos of our kitty. Just leave her a household To Do List, and you can be sure all will be well!

Hi felt very lucky to find Lorraine. I had just brought home two little kittens and had to go out of town. She came by every day, twice a day and played with the kitties, fed them, etc. so wonderful not to worry about being away from my kitties.

I cannot say enough positive things about Romeo's Doghouse. The owner and staff is always professional and friendly and you can tell they love and adore the pets that are entrusted to their care. I had a situation where my sweet dog had an injury and had to wear a cone and was put on medications. She allowed my pup to stay with her even with the extra needs so that I could go to my daughter's wedding out of state. She did not hesitate at all and I will always be grateful to her for that. The setup they have for the dogs in their care and the environment they have is safe, fun and very well managed. She does an excellent job of keeping us posted on how our little boy is doing and she sends updates of pictures to show all of the fun activities that our pup gets to enjoy. She and the staff truly go above and beyond all expectations. I trust the staff of Romeo's Doghouse and I highly recommend them! Thank you!

It has been. while since I wrote my last review. I took an 8 day vacation leaving my son Travis (Golden Retriever) and daughter Daphne (mix) with Tracy the best person in world to take care of your four legged family, along with her crew. I have known Tracy since approx. 2015 when I first started bringing Travis and Daphne there when I lived in Hendersonville. I now live in Rutherfordton and I still bring them up to Tracy. I wouldn't leave them with anyone else. Her setup of open playground for all of the dogs and what a playground it is and, If it is bad weather, then their playground is in her double car garage. My little Daphne when we pull up she starts barking in my vehicle trying to get out.Travis he is my old man, he knows we are there as soon as I pull into the driveway and wants the window down to put his head out to smell the smells.. There is no other puppy dog day care or doggy vacation for your four legged family to stay or for however long you need to be away, they will happy to see you, but they will always be happy to go back to Romeo's Doghouse!!

Tracy is amazing. I knew there had to be an alternative to dog boarding. I wanted my dog to be on vacation too and live in someone’s home. Kevin, our dog, LOVES coming to visit Tracy. She keeps the pups in her home and has an amazing fenced in area. The dogs play together, supervised at all times, for much of the day. Tracy send dozens of pictures everyday as well, so you get to see the fun they are having. She even kept our pup when he was injured and having to take it easy. She just kept him on the play schedule with the older, less active dogs. She willingly gave him his medicine as well. I am so happy I found Tracy. I can now go on trips with no worry for my pup. Our dog gets more excited to go on vacation than we do!

My dogs love coming to stay at Tracy's house when we go out of town. She has been great to work with and very accommodating even when we've had to schedule boarding last minute. Tracy sends us tons of photos at the end of everyday, which is our favorite thing. It's great to see that our dogs are having so much fun playing all day, and it makes leaving them much easier!

My spaniel has been going to stay at Romeo’s for almost 4 years now! It feels like I am leaving him with family. And I know he gets treated as such. Great options for play no matter the weather. Impeccable communication regarding updates on your dog. You get to see your dog having fun in images! He’s probably stayed 10-15 times and we have had zero issues.

Tracy is AWESOME with our fur baby! We have been taking her for play days since we adopted her. On our first visit Tracy had us do a meet and greet which was perfect. We weren’t sure how our dog would do and she had a blast! The play yard is AMAZING! Romeo’s Doghouse is the only place we would trust to care for our dog.

Romeo’s Dog House is awesome! My Hershey can’t wait to go and hates to leave!!! Tracy, Stacy and Mary are so good with the dogs. I never have to worry about him when I leave him there. I know he is well taken care of! The place is clean, staff is very friendly, and lots of stuff for the dogs to play with. They all have a love for animals and it shows! Our pup loves going to Romeo's and we feel very safe leaving her there. She has had quite a few week long stays with Tracy as well as going for a play day in doggie day care every other week. Tracy is wonderful! We wouldn't leave our little girl anywhere else.

When we got our new little puppy Sofie two and a half years ago we were looking for somewhere to take her during the day while we worked and a friend had recommended Romeos Dog House so we gave Tracy a call! I can tell you one thing she and Stacy are amazing! Our girl jumps herself out of the truck every morning ready to go play! We have used Paw Pleasers for many years. This is the first time with our new puppy Shelby. She stayed with Paw Pleasers for 5 days. She was well taken care of and enjoyed a new friend or two. They are still as good as when we used them with our other dog.

We have been so blessed to find Paw Pleasers. They have been so accommodating to our schedule. The dogs absolutely love going there. My wife and I feel like they get first class treatment. Unfortunately having a few health issues I’ve had to leave them several times on very short notice. Ever time we needed to leave Patrick was there and adjusted his schedule so we could drop off or picked up the dogs as needed. Constantly kept in contact with us. Of course we were concerned that our Pepper would be unhappy being away from home and we did not need to worry. She enjoyed her stay and is fine now being home with us. We are so grateful and we would look forward to another visit next year.

We have boarded our beloved peanut butter twice now at Paw Pleasers and both times have been absolutely phenomenal. Booking is as easy as pie, they are professional and live on site so you never have to worry about your pup, and the facilities and accommodations are beyond perfect. As dog lovers it’s important to us that our fuzzy kid has the most comfortable and easy transition and stay. At Paw Pleasers I never worry about Peanut Butters well being as I know he is deeply cared for. We are forever customers at Paw Pleasers and look forward to booking again soon in the near future. They are a very caring team. They really put you at ease when bringing in your furbaby for care. Teddy stays overnight there on occasion. We've had him stay at various Camp Bow Wow's and we are most at ease for him to be there. They really engage with the little dogs, down on their level. Fabulous to see.

The dogs stay active and socialize during the day. Nice areas to sleep at night. Not the typical chain link and concrete kennel. Our dogs will never again be taken to one of these “kennels” now that they’ve been to Camp Bow Wow. Oh, and being able to pull our babies up on the webcam and see them so happy and playing with friends is a big plus!!

Love this Camp Bow Wow! Everyone knows our dogs by name and greets them as they come in. Our dogs love it! Day camp and overnight stay are great, and the cameras are fun to watch. Brittany is always super nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this place! My dog, Whiskey, has been going for over a year now and he gets so excited when we arrive. The staff is wonderful and consistent! Brittany, Avery, Brandon, and all the rest of the staff treat my dog as their own. I recently moved and there is a closer place to me, but no way am I letting my baby go anywhere else! Brittany & Brandon were phenomenal! We saw them out w/ 2 pups & fell in love w/ Delilah! We took her home that day & they were able to set out some supplies for us to pick up on our way home. Delilah loves her new brother Hercules & her new home!

Mrs. Pat and her husband are AMAZING! They are so sweet and good with my boys. My boys are always so excited when they see her. The prices are the best you will find in the Hendersonville area. The kennels are very nice and well maintained including heat/ac. She keeps everything separate and organized. I never have to worry about my boys when they are with her. Her animals are her top priority and she sticks to her schedule (eating, yard time, treat time, yard time, etc). We have used Fruitland Kennel for several years now and they have become apart of our family.

We had use Pat's services for almost 15 years now, and she had taken care of many of our dogs through out that time. We had always been impressed with the way she cares for them in her great facility. She is always promt with calls, reminders and great accomodating us in many occasions. It is very reassuring to know that our dogs are in good hands while we are away! Thank you Pat and all the Fruitland Kennels team! 😀 👍🏻
