Catherine was so kind, and sent very detailed updates each day about both Lulu, and hidden gems she discovered in the Hague. She was very flexible around covid obstacles, and was very self sufficient in figuring out entry/exit requirements. Would definitely have her back.
If I could give Jamie and David 10 stars, I would! Not only are they exceptional pet sitters, they are truly wonderful people. Our dog Toby got a stomach big while we were away (a very stressful experience for a pet parent!), and they went above and beyond to ensure he was well cared for--including modifying his diet, providing frequent updates, and offering to take him to the vet if needed. I felt reassured knowing that Toby was in such great hands. On top of that, they took Toby on tons of great walks/hikes/adventures, were excellent with communication and organization, and left our home absolutely spotless. Do yourself a favor and book them for your next sit!
