Katie cared for my house and rabbits as if they were her own. She was a delight to work with and I hope to have her back!
There’s so much I loved about this housesit! Brad and Sarah have a beautiful historic home nested in a charming, walkable neighborhood that borders a river. Early morning walks with Kiva were a joy in that scenery. They provided all the information and supplies needed for Kiva’s care and were great communicators while away. It took Kiva a few days to adapt to the change in the household, but once she felt comfortable with me she stopped resisting our daily walks and her appetite improved so that she ate both her daily meals. Kiva is a joy and loves playing, being groomed, even singing—but I recommend only experienced dog sitters for her. Kiva displays high anxiety behaviors when she sees other dogs (barking, lunging) and during thunderstorms (heavy pacing & shaking). I have experience in these areas but Kiva’s level of reaction was new for me; a more experienced dog sitter would likely have a different experience. Overall, I enjoyed this housesit and appreciated gaining more experience with dogs and experiencing a beautiful part of Virginia.
We received a very welcome from Donna and Peter and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Plaxtol, near Tonbridge. Alfie is lovely. He loves company and a snuggle on the couch or in your lap! Lots of nice local walks, and a good location for doing short day trips if you have a car. The house has a beautiful outlook onto a field, and is opposite a pub and just down from the general store.
Thank you so much Sally and Ian for letting us stay and look after Bella and Ginx! They are the most beautiful, well behaved dogs - a pleasure to look after! Ampthill is a lovely place to explore with a nature reserve and big park right next to the house. We had a fabulous time!
My sitting at Daniele's house with Opie the cat was everything I would hope for. Daniele is very attentive and responsive, made me feel welcome at his house and was very clear with the instructions for Opie and his house. And about Opie, he's the best!! Love spending time with him, he is very easy to take care of, very well behaved and likes lots of attention and to snuggle and cuddle every chance he gets. About the house its in a great location in The Hague, real close to everything you migjt need and in a very secure neighborhood. Without a doubt I will recommend this sitting and I hope I see Opie and Daniele again in the future!
Everything was well prepared for visiting, we got lots of useful informations and tips about taking care of bunnies! They were really adorable and not making problems; taking care of them was some unique experience, including picking herbs for them :D also the apartment was in perfect spot in city and whole petsitting allowed to see Riga. Would love to visit again if we come to Riga in future anytime :) and thanks for some nice talks! Ania & Pawel
Grace and Matt’s home is beautiful. The location is amazingly lush and chic. Gus is a sweetheart and takes some patience to get the cuddles. Soon enough he will be following you around. He loves to be outside and lay in the heat. He loves his walks and chasing lizards. His personality is a real crack up. I’d gladly sit for them again.
