Joe is the most wonderful human being! He is kind, good, gentle, caring, diligent, generous, and hard-working. I had the privilege of having Joe here several days before I left on my trip and for a few when I returned so I was able to get to know him, show him around, and really build a relationship with him. It felt like old friends meeting the first day we met. And my animals LOVED him. One of the dogs even got in the car with him when he left to begin he next adventure! Joe did far more than he needed to do around my house and I am eternally grateful to him and for all he taught me. Say "yes" immediately if Joe offers to sit for you; you will not be sorry!!
Tom is a fantastic house sitter! He stopped by to meet us a couple months before the sit. Colin took to him right away. Colin ate something off the trail a couple of days before Tom arrived. His digestive tract hadn’t calmed down before Tom arrived and he agreed to take him to the vet. Colin recovered nicely and was healthy, full of energy and kisses when we returned. Tom handled all of this with confidence. Tom went over and above for us when our normal, easy dog, was under the weather. We were able to enjoy our time away knowing Colin was in good hands. Your pet will be well cared for if you are lucky enough to secure a sit by Tom. We would love to have him back sometime!
We had a great experience pet sitting for Cath in Hammersmith. Cath is a great communicator and provided us with all the information we needed and replied promptly to our messages. Annabelle and Elvis are very adorable cats. They are very cute and easy going. Nick and I loved exploring the neighbourhood around Caths place.
Well, the truth is that it is always a pleasure to be able to take care of pets, especially when they are so good. I really liked the experience, it is a town at the top of the mountain, a very quiet place to relax. Thomas, the owner of the house, is a very good person, he helps you whenever he can, he is kind. And obviously the two kittens, Sneak and Samson, are beautiful🥰, really the continuum of everything, made my experience incredible!!
Fiona and Neil are very easy going, welcoming and trusting. They have two places on THS and we were lucky to get a sit in St Albans with the very shy but lovely Purdey. We met Fiona, Neil and Purdey in their house a few days before they departed. They showed us what is where and how to use things. The house is warm during cold days and very comfortable, with a small back garden. We chose to stay in the spare room facing the garden and we had good night’s sleep there. The bed was also very comfortable. There are lots of takeaways nearby and it’s an easy walk to a couple of supermarkets. Purdey spent her days mostly sleeping on the bed in the main bedroom. She was not very interested in spending time with us but approached us when she wanted food. She should be brushed daily and accepted us doing this activity for a short time before she got a little annoyed and finally run away, but by then she was looking well groomed. We recommend this sit to all house sitters but we heard rumours that Purdey may move to Ireland, so the next house sit could be there. We hope to have an opportunity to sit for them there one day. Thanks Fiona and Neil for trusting us with your house and Princess Purdy. We wish you all the best for the future.
We had a lovely stay in Arundel, Beena and Zuma were such a delight to sit, it’s cute to see how much they love eachother! They are very well behaved and easy to walk - very athletic, we had lots of fun with them on our walks in the woods close by. Caroline and Drew were great hosts, they lefts us lots of info and a lovely tidy home to look after.
We had a wonderful stay with Roko, Reign, and Ruka! They are just the sweetest dogs and are very chill to hangout with. Luis and Sharon have a beautiful home with plenty of space that is in close proximity to Laughlin and Bullhead City. We really enjoyed our time in the area and with the dogs. Luis and Sharon are extremely friendly and accommodating. We would absolutely pet sit for them again and recommend this sit to others!
