Meridith and Kemal were fantastic house sitters! They stayed at my apartment and cared for my two cats - one of which requires daily insulin injections. Both Meridith and Kemal educated themselves on insulin injections prior to the housesit, and Kemal even came by a day early to see the process first-hand. Overall, Meridith and Kemal were proactive and kind in their care with my two cats! The first few days of the housesit came with some unforeseen diarrhea and vomiting from my cats. Both Meridith and Kemal communicated with me regularly to get my cats on the mend. Thank you both!
I recently stayed at Maggie's and looked after Finn. Her place was very nice, comfortable, and in a pretty neighborhood. I found her dog Finn to be very affectionate and playful. He is pretty well behaved, but It's important to note that he is still training in certain respects and needs a firm hand, especially on walks, as he tends to tug/bite his leash and can be a bit assertive/stubborn. He can also be assertive with other male dogs especially if provoked. The responsibility of managing him was more than I anticipated. However, Maggie was understanding and quickly found someone else to take over, which I appreciated.
This was a great sit with Cooper at Jonathan and Pauline’s lovely home. Their hospitality was much appreciated. They provided a great overview and superb information with everything needed for Cooper as well as the local area. Good communication before and during the trip was easy and timely. The house is equipped with everything needed and the lovely garden was another good spot for playtime with Cooper. Cooper is a lovely young dog who enjoys his walks, his treats and his outings. He is good on lead and will go for as long as you are willing in all kinds of weather. He knows his routines and is sociable with other dogs he meets. Would definitely recommend this sit. Sitting for Daisy Mae and Annabella was an extremely rewarding experience and we would look after them again in a heartbeat! Their unique characters were clear from the very beginning, making it easy for the four of us to settle into a comfortable routine that worked well for the duration of our stay. Although we never did coax them into the pool, the girls loved to play and were always up for new adventures. Totally comfortable in the car when driving further afield to explore the local places of interest, not even my incessant photo shoots dampened their enthusiasm and they seemed as proud to show us off, as we were them. Set within a stunning neighbourhood we enjoyed nothing more than our daily walks around the beautiful homes and gardens in the area. While trying it on with the new kids in town, Daisy Mae and Annabella had to be reminded of who was walking who at times, but they both responded very well to consistency and treats! Daisy Mae, being the older of the two had a few cute tricks up her sleeve but was still not too old in the tooth to learn a few new ones. As for Annabella, well, talk about fast learner. Both dogs really were cuddle bugs and aside from the times that Annabella went into her cage to enjoy her bone in peace - they asked for nothing more than our love and attention; playing in the garden, sitting reading, they were the perfect companions and we miss them immensely. Maureen was an amazing host and had thought of everything to make out stay pleasurable. As well as enjoying a home-cooked meal by the pool on arrival, there were little touches here and there showing just how important it was that we feel at home, in her absence. Flowers, chocolates, a hand-written note, basic provisions in the fridge that we were free to use, toiletries and so much more - she had thought of it all. Maureen’s appreciation for this process as a mutually beneficial arrangement really was a cut above the rest. The welcome guide was thorough, making it easy to care for both her home, and Daisy Mae and Annabella, exactly as she wished; but, choosing her sitters carefully, Maureen’s trust in us was wholehearted. Communicative throughout, keeping in contact with her during her trip away was more of a pleasure than a commitment and we knew that communications with Maureen would continue long after our sit had expired.
Caring for Mr Bean was a breeze. He's a little guy but loves his kale and know his feeding time. Sybille was very welcoming and very understanding. She has a beautiful home with a lot of old school touches but it makes for a beautiful stay. Would recommend and sit again if available.

Hugh and Prue We recently enjoyed a delightful few days at the chocolate box home of Hugh and Prue; an incredibly pretty house dating back to the 15thC with an ultra-modern addition at the back. Additionally, we found it to be clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Situated in a small village, with a well-stocked local shop, or 20 minutes’ drive either to Golds, (a local organic farm with wonderful produce), or into Shaftesbury for Thursday market day, and/or the usual supermarkets. Unfortunately, we only got to meet Hugh via WhatsApp, but both Hugh and Prue were very welcoming, friendly, and great communicators. The two dogs were a real pleasure to care for. Both good natured and well behaved. No problem with either when meeting others, and did not see any adverse reaction to other animals when we met them either. Phoebe whilst appearing lovely in the photographs, is even more attractive in real life. She steals the show, but your heart with it. A very affectionate dog, but not demanding in any way. Chalky is a sweet soul, happy and contented and also happy to give and receive affection. There were the additional responsibilities of watering the garden, and interacting with both the cleaner and Airbnb guests, but very minimal really, and all very nice. We can highly recommend this sit, and we would be very happy to sit for them again.

We have boarded our dog and cat here many times while traveling and have always been very happy with the quality of service. My daughter has also left her cat for an extended stay when she joined the National Guard. He did not get along with our animals so she had no choice but to board him while she was gone for three months. Of course she was really nervous about leaving her "baby" for so long however they assured her he would have time to play with staff and be well taken care of. She was very happy to find that the staff was very friendly and always answered her one million questions when calling for updates. When she returned she found him to be healthy and happy. I highly recommend this kennel for anyone who really cares about their animals.
Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of our baby while we were away! This was the first time we had our dog boarded and we were nervous to leave her in the care of others. Boarded my dog for an extended stay and the staff was very caring and patient with all my phone calls checking up on my baby!!! They also sent me photos during play time. Indy was happy and healthy when I picked him up. So grateful to have found this place.

Nina is a wonderful caregiver! Our two dogs absolutely love going to her place. She is attentive to their personalities and needs and treats all of the pets in her care with kindness.
I found Nina & Jeff after moving to the area a few months ago to walk my 3 year old cavapoo. He is shy and anxious with new people and takes a while to warm up. Nina was very patient and loving with him and he is now so excited to see her and looks forward to their walks. I have not used their boarding services yet but trust them with my fur baby and definitely would in the future.
My dog loves Nina and her home almost as much as his own family and home (and this is coming from someone who is basically obsessed with their dog). Nina and her husband, Jeff, are so loving and attentive and I trust them implicitly with him. I know that when he is with them, I have nothing to worry about and he is in the best possible care. This is the first time I have had my dog taken care of while we were away with someone other than family and I honestly could not have found a better person than Nina!! Nina is the absolute best. I feel so comfortable leaving my senior dog with her. He is a rescue and gets nervous but loves going to Nina’s. She has an amazing backyard for the dogs to go out in and really cares about them. I love getting pictures of him having fun when I leave him for overnights! Nina and Jeff are the only peope I trust with my dog Max, who is more like a son to me. Knowing that he's taken care of like I would take care of him makes every trip away from home relaxing. Nina and her husband Jeff are the dynamic duo. We started having them take care of our Cockapoo Bailey when he was a puppy. He absolutely loved spending time with them and they have taken care of him overnight multiple times and almost every day. They are extremely trustworthy and Bailey feels like he has a second home. We are extreme dog lovers and think the world of Nina and Jeff.
I am so happy that I found a reliable cat sitter in Westfield! We just moved to the area and didn't know anyone who could come feed our cat when went away for the week. I am so relieved to have found Nina and Jeff. They are so friendly and responsible. They came over and had an introductory meeting so everyone felt comfortable before we left. I am so glad I found Nina's Pooch and Kitty Care! My cat was SO much happier at home, being taken care of by Nina and Jeff. They did an excellent job, coming in twice a day to feed and check up on her. I don't plan on using a kennel again, as long as I have Nina and Jeff!
I have been using Nina for over 2 years now and am so thankful I found her. She and Jeff take such good care of my pup Remley so I never worry about leaving him in their care. Remley is 8 yrs old and loves spending time with them and Benji....in fact he seems a bit disappointed when I show up to take him home : ). Highly recommend!
This is Brue second daycare and I absolutely love it ! They are so happy to see Brue when they walk in and you can tell he’s very comfortable . They are responsive and most are nice staff .My only feedback would be that it would be nice to receive more pictures from his time there . Rather than that, no complaints and a great place to bring your dog for daycare !
This place exceeded my expectations! The staff were all incredibly friendly and the facility is world class. I was out of town for 3 weeks and it was a huge relief to know that my dog was in good hands and able to enjoy the luxurious location and all the loving people working there. Will bring her back in a heartbeat when I need to be out of town again.

I highly recommend K9 Resort! Absolutely immaculate and fur baby centered. My Wheaton, Max, boarded there for 25 days, as I had to be 3000+ miles away for over 2 weeks. I received updates and pictures of Max on a routine basis, which put my mind at ease. He had plenty of new playmates, staff that went above snd beyond giving him lots of love snd attention. Such a great experience all around! My husband and I attended the pet CPR and First Aid seminar that Brian conducted a few weeks back. He gave us a full tour of the facility and was extremely informative and knowledgeable. We were so impressed and knew we would feel very comfortable leaving our Frenchie Monty with the K9 staff. We dropped him off this weekend for his first daycare and overnight stay. The entire staff was so helpful and welcoming. Monty came home completely wiped from all of the play time and excitement he had over the weekend !

K9 resorts is the best doggy daycare and resort in NJ for doggy day care and doggy boarding. My Husky boy started going to K9 in 2015, that’s for 9 years now and they treat him like their own baby. Present facility manager Brian Remo is very compassionate and dynamic and his efficient team members include Jon, Kelly, Julie, David, Hannah, Tiffany (sorry if I missed any names), all are the best. They also celebrate birthdays of each of our pets and send us pics. K9 resorts is the best.
Cookie loves K9 Resorts! She comes home exhausted after a fun day of play and even comes home smelling delicious! This facility is beautiful, clean, and smells amazing. I do not feel guilty leaving her at the resort for a day or a long weekend because I know she is safe, having fun, and is receiving royal treatment. It warms my heart to see all the workers fawn over her as she arrives and leaves.
K9 is the best! My dog was staying with my in-laws nearby and she went to play for two days here and had a fabulous time. I always feel great about dropping her off at a K9 resort. The staff called me with an update on her and she had an absolute blast. It was also super perfect with the heat wave to know she got plenty of exercise and fun while being safe indoors.
We have been using K9 resorts in Fanwood for several years now and always had a positive experience. That said, it was our most recent experience that is causing me to write this review (which I rarely, if ever do). We were on vacation out of the country and received a call from the team there that our dog was unable to urinate. They took her to an emergency VET and stayed with her while she received care. When she was well enough to return, they brought her back to their hotel, kept close eyes on her and kept us updated each day. It is not that hard to provide solid care when times are easy and your pet is well; it is when times are challenging, and a difficult situation presents itself, that you really see the inner workings of an organization and its staff. I cannot say enough how appreciative and happy we are that K9 Resorts cared for our dog the way they did as she is now home and healthy. I also just want to say that K9 resorts does not know, nor did they solicit this review — we felt we had to celebrate their incredible care. 10 STARS
Camp Becca is the best! Finally, reliable care with people that truly care and love animals. We have several large rescue dogs and a few have special needs. They all love Camp Becca. One of them, Scarlet, is blind and very shy with everyone, but I knew Camp Becca was perfect for us when they won over Scarlet. Truly a miracle!
We love Camp Becca!!! They take care of our 2 year old dog with walks and recently she stayed overnight at Camp Becca for Thanksgiving, When the walkers leave - our dog sits by the door waiting for them to come back - she just loves them all so much. Every single person we have dealt with has treated us and our dog so well - the love and care they have for animals shines through all they do. The app for setting up appointments is easy to us which we appreciate as we are a busy family and sometimes I forget to set up things until last minute. We trust Camp Becca above and beyond - thankful we found them.
I use Camp Becca for dog walking, house sitting and grooming. They are great for all these things. They are easy to schedule appointments, their people are reliable and I always get updates. Also - Alison the groomer is excellent. My two Samoyeds are not easy to groom and she does a fantastic job. She has been the best groomer I have used.
Being a pup mom is challenging sometimes - finding the proper care is tough. I was so happy when my friend recommended Becca to watch Daphne while we went on vacation. Here is what I can report having had Becca and her team look after Daphne (my 8 lb. Maltese) on multilple occasions... She is like having your favorite cousin who you love, that lives down the street from you care for your pup. During Daphne's 5 day stay she sent videos and pictures of Daphne living her best life, I could tell just how happy she was and she clearly LOVES Becca! I had Alison the groomer wash Daphne and she came home smelling and looking fabulous! In addition to the 5 day stay we have done daycare (wonderful!) and home visits and walks (A+!) We loved our walker (Geordanne) who was also great about communication and pics. I am so grateful for Camp Becca and highly recommend. It is nice for Daphne to be able to run and play with other dogs, its a beautiful environment there. Love her.

We have been taking our dog Murray to Camp Becca for years, whenever we go on vacation. He is growing old and needs to feel comfortable when we are away. He LOVES Camp Becca and enjoys the company of the other dogs. He is also quite fond of Becca and Danny. They show a genuine interest in his well-being and are so kind and patient. We are so grateful to be able to leave him in such good hands! He comes home tired but happy!

I have used Camp Becca's petsitting services while I was on a recent vacation - my dogs stayed as overnight guests with Becca and my cats were visited and cared for by Peggy. I highly recommend both types of services. All of my animals were very well taken care of and doted on. In addition, the mail was brought in and kept everything in the house was kept tidy. I received regular updates and never worried for a second while on vacation. I will definitely be using Camp Becca's services in the future.
We’ve been using Camp Becca since Harper was still a puppy. Whenever we need somebody to walk Harper or pick Harper up from her daycare Becca and Peggy have always been there to help, even with short notice. Harper can be very stubborn at times, but Peggy has always been very patient with Harper. We’re glad we found Camp Becca. Becca and Peggy have always been a great help, their service is top notch and I would not trust Harper with anybody else but Becca and Peggy. Thank you Camp Becca!
I had a fantastic experience. From the moment I dropped off my dog, it was clear that the staff are dedicated, caring, and highly professional especially Lindsey. The facility itself was clean, well-organized, and inviting. My dog had a comfortable space and plenty of opportunities for play and socialization. The staff took the time to understand my pet's needs and preferences, which really put me at ease. When I picked up my dog, he was happy, healthy, and seemed to have had a great time. I highly recommend in my paws for anyone looking for a reliable and loving place to board their pets. Their exceptional service and genuine care for animals make them stand out.
We’ve boarded our puppy with In My Paws at least 4 times-from overnight to 10 nights. He always comes back happy and healthy. He even pulls us to the door now as we approach and runs over to the staff. I like to have him washed after a long stay. It’s worth the money to have him smell fresh!
Everyone that works at In my Paws is friendly, professional and informative. Carley explained everything so clearly that we were immediately put at ease. The facility is spotless. The groomers did a great job on the girls, they look beautiful. I would highly recommend In my Paws to any pet owner.

I’ve been taking my soft-coated wheaten, Penny, here for 5 years. Everyone is always so nice and friendly. Penny wiggles and wags her tail every time we approach the door. She’s always greeted with a warm welcome back! She also always looks and smells great after her grooming.
We have been using ESP Pet Specialists for about 3 years and they are FANTASTIC! They come by 2x a day and feed our 2 senior cats as well as administor their medications without any issues. We love when we receive the AM & PM Pet Journals which include a few photos and text on how the kitties are doing. ESP is an excellent pet service and we highly recommend having them take care of your fur babies while you're away. They truly go above & beyond for your pets!
ESP Pet Specialists are awesome! We hired them to watch our cats while on vacation, and Evan and Anna were great. They truly care for the well-being the pets they care for. They gave us regular updates with photos and were always there when they said they were and paid attention to the notes and instructions we left for them. I highly recommend them, they are trustworthy and so easy to work with.
Everyone at ESP Pet Specialists is amazing. They are professional, caring and will go above and beyond when needed. My pup loves Evan and I know he is getting the best care when I go away and have to leave him. I love getting updates and photos of my pup everyday while I’m away. I have tried various other pet care places. My dog was always withdrawn and nervous when I returned. Now he is his normal self , as if I had just been out for the afternoon, when I return. I would never leave him with anyone else again.
I have a big dog who is very strong and who I’m very particular about who I let around her. From day one Evan has been great and he’s been taking care of Remy for over a year now. I tried Rover and other apps and it was always a terrible experience. Having the flexibility as well as someone I can depend on has really allowed me to have peace of mind. Both Eva and Eva have gone the extra mile, given great care and paid extra attention to my requests and I can’t recommend them enough.

Over the last year, ESP has been there for us and Mocha consistently, several times a day, every week, walking him and also working with us as we navigated finding the right food and schedule for our Australian labradoodle puppy. We have been working with ESP Pets for years to watch our dog Tashi! They are always on time, and treat him with lots of care and attention. Tashi is a slow walker and they are patient and adjust to his speed. They are flexible when last minute changes come up and we need an extra walk and are very good about safety. We also love that they offer weekend and holiday walks, something other dog walkers didn’t offer in the area. When we moved to NJ from Brooklyn that was something I was really surprised to find- not everyone has weekend times around here. We are incredibly happy with this service and Tashi is a happy dog! The walkers do a great job with photos and descriptions of the walk, and they are really good with dogs! I strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for a dog walker in the area. I use ESP Pet Specialist's for overnight dog boarding while I am away. Their website is excellent for requesting your reservation and they respond very quickly. They provide many photo updates while your pet is watched. The sitter, Patty, is incredible. She does an excellent job with my pup in her home and I always know he will be cared for and safe. Her whole family embraces my animal. I highly recommend ESP Pet Specialists for all your pet needs.
If you are looking for a Dog Walking Service then you don't have to look any further than ESP. They are super professional when it comes to their walkers and support. The platform they operate on is extremely user friendly making it easy to schedule and make comments on all requested services. They make it very easy to receive updates on upcoming services, emailed reports immediately after the service is completed and the ability to provide feedback directly to the walker and management. The walkers themselves are great and very responsive and respectful to feedback. They have gone above and beyond for our dogs when it comes to feedings and cleanup (for the occasional accident). From a customer service perspective, they are FIVE STARS! They have helped us on multiple occasions with last minute requests and/or emergencies. The owner (Evan) is very approachable via phone or text when needed. They are also very accommodating when is comes to weekend, holidays and or last minute cancellations. There may be a small fee for these premium requests but they are very reasonable for what you are requesting. Again, can't recommend them enough.
We've been using ESP for about a year and they are the best! Very trustworthy and our dog just loves his walkers. We were nervous about going on vacation because our pup can be anxious and wary with strangers, but Evan and team took the time to get to know our dog and we can now go on vacation knowing our pup is in great hands. Jayme is the absolute best! She's been walking our dog Theo for over a year now and each time he sees her he gets so excited. Each walk is filled with treats, water, belly rubs, and picture updates along the way. She's super communicative and flexible with schedule changes which is so helpful. I highly recommend Fur Baby Care for anyone looking for their dog to be in the best hands.
Jayme was wonderful with our dog, Cassie. My husband and I were nervous because we have a larger breed that can be tough on the leash. She did a great job handling Cassie. She was reliable and Cassie was so excited when she showed up at our door. She even took pictures on their walk together. I highly recommend her and will definitely be using her again!
Jayme couldn’t be better for our lab mix. She is very flexible and we love the pictures she sends of the walk. Also, she leaves a nice note/report card on how the walk went. Highly recommend for anyone who is in need of dog care.
We needed dog care on short notice and Jayme was quick to respond and set up a meet. She offers flexible scheduling options and was able to add us to her roster right away. She also leaves daily notes and sends picture updates for each walk (could honestly moonlight as a dog photographer) so we always know how the session went or if there were any issues we should keep an eye on. Our dog loves Jayme and we couldn't be luckier to have her! :)
it is so wonderful to know that my dog is well loved and has a great time when they come to walk him while i am working. they send me a photo of him every walk and they even leave a report card for me when i get home with details of how it went! reliable, professional and also easy to communicate with. highly recommend.

Fur Baby Care NJ and Jayme go over and beyond to take care of my puppy. My baby girl Noelle loves Jayme and Fur Baby Care. Over the past 2 years, I have use them regularly for walks and home stays. I trust them completely, with my house and my 12 year old puppy. Jayme sends pictures through out her stay/walks and gives me updates. My puppy gets massages, treats, fresh water and the Royal Treatment when Jayme comes over for a visit. My puppy is happy, healthy and not stressed when In the care of Fur Baby Care NJ. Everything was great with daycare . The cameras are awesome and they were very attentive and friendly. Then I decided for the first time to leave my dog there for boarding . I was out of town, 6+ hour drive away, I wake up to a text message from them saying I need to pick up my dog because he has conjunctivitis (I did not drop him off like that). I called and asked why would they not call me for something like this instead of sending texts and that I’m out of town. They told me they will keep him in a separate room alone until I get back but will check on him every hour. (Here is another thing- they don’t do Sunday pick ups so you’re forced to pay for that day even if you don’t want too, but i was now allowed to pick him up Sunday when I landed because of the conjunctivitis) when I picked him up Sunday morning my dog seemed very anxious and his eye was caked in mucus , seemed like no one checked on him at all or you would’ve wiped his eye. I was so sad this happened to him, I complained to the staff and after that…. I felt some retaliation, I would pick Brue up from daycare and he would be the only dog not listed if his food was ate or not (so I wouldn’t know if my dog was fed) . They even charged me on the week he wasn’t allowed to come back into the daycare (he didn’t have conjunctivitis it seemed he had a scratch on eye that healed itself). I received not pleasant attitudes towards my dog and I and was now not feeling comfortable about leaving my dog there, so I pulled him out . He’s now at a great daycare I love and do Sunday pickups and daycare !
I feel very comfortable leaving my dog here for daycare. They are a family run business and it shows! Everyone genuinely cares!
Dogtopia is absolutely the best! Dog daycare has to be the best invention ever! The staff is amazing, and my puppy just loves them all. They are always giving them rubs and attention. When you have a high-energy dog that needs lots of entertainment and just loves people and dogs, Dogtopia takes care of all those needs! And he comes home and sleeps like a baby for hours! It's worth every cent! Nothing but the best for our furry kids!
We LOVE Dogtopia. Our pup, Baxter, has been going twice a week since they opened in January and it’s amazing. We used to go to the one in Union which is nice but there’s something extra warm and special here. The owners are truly always there and all of the employees are delightful, kind and seem to love their jobs. My dog always comes home happy and exhausted, best of all worlds!! And the monthly photo shoots are so cute!!
We love Dogtopia! Our 1 year old loves the attention and loves she gets from the staff. They make us feel like family, we know Charlotte is safe and enjoying her day while we are working. We love all the actives they do with them. Our dog gets so excited when we pull into the lot. I could go on and on about how amazing this staff and facility is. We truly love them!
That is kind of a place I have to say. I wanted to take my dog for a simple nail clipping today and I have been told that only with a bath can the nail clipping be done. That is the most reticiluous I have been told so far. Why on earth a dog need a bath in order to clip her nails which only takes 5 minutes max??? To get more money for something a customer dont need or not required??? Also, the company should really train their employees on how to provide much better customer service as the receptionist was rude, and unprofessional at any level.
We are SO pleased with the Dogtopia facility at Berkeley Heights. Betty, our 4 month Cavapoo, loves all the attention she receives from the wonderful staff and owners. She loves making new friends as well. We echo all the great reviews received that the facility is immaculate and the staff are amazing. They have wonderful activities throughout the month which your dogs will love. I only wish we were able to give them greater than 5 stars since they so deserve it! Jose and Christine Diaz
Dogtopia in Berkeley Heights has such a friendly and helpful staff. They take great care of our dog. The online booking is very easy. The drop off and pick up is quick and smooth.

Riley had been coming here for almost a year. She lives it today as much as she did in the beginning. The staff is what sets this place apart from others. They are amazing! They truly love the dogs like their own!! There are always different activities to make each day different and fun. Today was Bubble Day. You can tell how much fun Riley was having! Sorry it's so blurry but she was moving fast! I highly recommend Dogtopia in BH.
Jen was amazing with my Poppa. She fed him and gave him a blanket to sleep with (even though he didn’t). She also updated me throughout the day with the cutest pictures and videos of my dog which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely be booking with her again
Jen was very helpful through out the entire process with taking car of my dog Milo. She provided me with video and pictures of Milo to assure me that he is okay and in good hands!! That was a big plus for me since Milo is a big part of our family. I would highly recommend her to friends and family. I will be using her in the future again
Jen groomed both of my 2 year-old Cane Corsos today… they are fairly high energy and she was alone… I was a bit anxious over it but knowing she takes care of my best friend’s dog, I chilled out… and it was ALL worth it because my babies were good and came out of her place calm and clean and nails clipped and that is something that is NOT easy to do! I’d go back a million times over! My two are camera shy but I have pics of them not from today… Caspia is on the left and Roman is on the right ♥️♥️
I reached out to Jen’s Pet Care to have someone check in on our cat. Jen stopped by twice a day to change litter, fill the water bowl, and give insulin shots twice per day. She sent me pics of our cat each time she visited which was really nice. I highly recommend her and plan to use her again around Christmas time.
Jen is fantastic! Seamus loved her from the first minute he met her? I have varying hours and I can always depend on her to take great care of my dog I can’t say enough great things
Jen is great! She’ll update you with pictures, she’s very responsive and patient when it comes to any questions you have, my 135 pound Rottweiler Phoenix did great with her and he’s not normally good with strangers. I left him with her overnight as a last minute plan and she thankfully accommodated for me when it came to drop off/pick up times. I’m so glad I gave her services a chance, & I’ll definitely be reaching out to her again :)

I used Jen’s pet sitting service for a 4th of July trip. It was such a relief to know my two cats and fish were well taken care of while I was away. She was incredibly responsive, sent twice daily pics of my cats, and followed my feeding and playtime instructions. I’ll definitely be using Jen’s service in the future and I highly recommend!!

We are so glad we found Paws and Claws. Suzanne is amazing. In the past, we had always had our friend care for our two cats and our house while we were away. When he became unavailable, we were concerned about finding the right person to trust with our kitties and our home. After much research, we decided to give Suzanne a try. We are so glad we did! Upon meeting Suzanne, we were instantly at ease with her. She is an obvious animal lover, and our cats took to her immediately. She has a wonderful personality which made us feel very comfortable entrusting her to take care of everything while we were gone. Suzanne fed, watered, and scooped the cats, of course, but she will also take care of any messes they may leave (hairballs, etc.), will administer medicine, if needed (we didn't, but of could in the future), and spends time playing with them. We wanted our cats to be cared for, of course, but we also wanted someone who would give them some love and affection while we were gone. Each day, Suzanne texted us with a photo of the cats and an update. It was very reassuring to know, and see, that they were doing well. Beyond the cats, Suzanne took in our mail, watered our plants, and took care of a few minor things we had forgotten to do when we left for our vacation. She is organized, thorough, and reliable. Before we found Suzanne, we were very nervous trusting a "stranger" in our home and giving them full access when we were away. We couldn't have made a better choice with Suzanne, and we know we will be relying on her in the future.
My life is enriched by having Paws & Claws Superb Pet Care in it. The owner Suzanne is so kind and amazing and Amy is one of the most caring, sweet and dependable people I know. Amy loves our pets as if they are her own, always remembering all of their likes. She goes above and beyond altering schedules and making last minute accommodations to meet our needs, helping to clean up messes, dispensing medications, feeding by hand, baking special cookies for her birthday, giving extra cuddles and has truly become like a family member. Our Annie loves her and I too developed a special bond with Amy and I honestly don’t think I could ever feel so comfortable with or entrust my fur baby to anyone else.
Suzanne has taken amazing care of my dogs over the years. We’ve been using her for at least 10 years now and I know that I can trust her. You can tell she truly loves the pets she cares for and the pets love her back. Highly recommend!

Paw and Claws is amazing. My dog Horton is a delicate special needs chihuahua who requires a lot of attention. Suzanne and her sweet helpers go above and beyond to make sure that he's taken care of and given the attention that he deserves. I am never worried about him when I'm at work because I know that Paws and Claws will be there soon. They also doted on my late magical tabby, Frankie, and they grieved with me when I lost him. They are lovely people. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

We just had a wonderful first experience with Paws and Claws Superb Pet Care, Suzanne was incredible with our 2 older and quirky dogs. She is reliable, very attentive to ours and our dogs needs, loving to the dogs and extremely trustworthy. All of our directions were followed perfectly and we received a text and picture update every time she visited which was great and very comforting. Even when an unexpected situation came up Suzanne handled it perfectly, calmly, and professionally. I can’t say enough great things about her, we look forward to calling her for all future dog sitting and I will definitely recommend her to friends.
