Cat Sitters in Gilwern

Mary’s second sit for us and having a sitter back says it all I think. This time she was very kindly accommodating of our painter and decorator which for which we were extra appreciative. She is a very keen walker so Poppy probably had more exercise with her than she does when we are home - which she will have loved. And she definitely recognised Mary on arrival, with a waggy tail and tummy rub rollover. Happy pooch and happy house owners 😊

Linda was such a gentle considerate sitter. She dealt extremely well with an old poorly cat and handled a sad situation with empathy both for Gus the Cat and myself … being with him when he was put to sleep and also burying him in the garden … these things happen unfortunately but it’s hard to deal with . Communication was regular but not constant. I’m not someone who calls every day. She was extremely indépendant … I did not get the feeling ever that it was too much ! But we did have some long chats … I really hope Linda can pet sit for me again . Very very satisfied !!!!

Ellie and Alex are AMAZING. Our dogs have fallen in love with them and didn't miss us one bit! They were so flexible about start date/timings and kept us in touch throughout our holiday. They even coped with the death of one of our chickens and very sweetly kept a feather for us as a memory!! The house was left spotless and they (very kindly) left us a selection of bits for breakfast when we got back as they knew we'd be arriving very late. Such lovely people and I would love to have them back again. Highly recommended.

Jon (who came alone on this visit) was a superb housesitter and left us feeling completely comfortable and reassured for the long weekend while we were away getting married! He sent us regular updates and photos and we could see that Reuben loved every minute with him. So much so that Reuben insisted on sleeping on his bed! Jon took Reuben on lots of long walks and was very relaxed about the fact that Reuben can be reactive sometimes. Thank you so much Jon, you're welcome back any time!

Tom, Tess and their lovely daughter Ottily (aged 3) could not have been better house-sitters. They were charming, reliable and were fully able to get to grips with the technical side of our house, which can be quite challenging. They also loved Ziggy (our cockapoo) - and Tiggles (cat). I couldn't recommend them more highly as house-sitters. We were lucky to have them and would be delighted if they came again. Thank you.

Nicky & Jon were great Housesitter’s. It was really easy to arrange the sit with them, they even came over a few weeks beforehand to meet us & Lizzo. They’re a lovely couple and we were totally comfortable leaving our home and Lizzo in their hands. When we arrived home from our trip, the house was exactly as we left it and they had stripped the bed and loaded the washing machine. Lizzo was happy and healthy. We can’t rate them highly enough.

Another five star sit from Caspar. He is literally the perfect dog sitter, the dog is happy, the house is spotless and his communication is great. It's so nice to meet someone through zeewoi who you can then count as a friend. Can't recommend Caspar highly enough.

We were so grateful to have Beccy stay in our home with our two queeny cats for two months while we were overseas visiting family for the summer. Beccy is kind, honest, responsive, responsible, and brought a lovely calming energy that the cats took to right away (they are very picky). It was a stretch for us to be gone for so long and so far away, but we were totally at ease having Beccy here, she communicated regularly with photos and videos and check ins, and let us know right away if she needed anything for the house or the cats. We have a big house with plants and she was super thoughtful and on top of all the things. This was only our third time using zeewoi and after a really bad first experience, we were so lucky to be at ease with Beccy for such a long stay, I know the cats are super grateful to have had a work at home friend to cuddle and watch sunsets together with. We highly recommend Beccy!

Natasha was our very first experience with Zeewoi and she could not have been more delightful! The comms with her right from the start was so easy and friendly and when it came to the sit, we left feeling so confident that Ziggy and Chester were in safe and loving hands. Natasha sent us regular updates whilst we were away and left our house so clean and tidy for us to come back to. Ziggy especially quite clearly LOVED her as we bumped into her unexpectedly a week later and he was SO excited to see her!! I'd wholeheartedly recommend Natasha to anyone looking for their next sitter.

We had a video call with Sophia before both agreeing the stay was a good fit with each other. Sophia came round the day before to collect the key and asked good questions and she had read the welcome pack. Rafiki was well cared for we had updates and he was fine when we got home (he's quite nervous). The house was clean and tidy and Rafiki and my plants looked happy and healthy. Thank you so much it was a relief to go away and not be worrying about Rafiki.

Vanessa (and her daughter) were excellent. I would highly recommend them. A neighbor told me they were out walking the dogs every day. The dogs looked great and they had obviously been well cared for. The house was also super clean. They were very responsible and the trip was easy to coordinate with them.

Kate was my first sitter from zeewoi, and she was everything I could have wished for as a sitter for my beloved pets! Communication with Kate was easy and fluid. She made the arrangement so easy, and after an initial FaceTime call and meeting, I felt very comfortable leaving her in my home with Flynn and Muffin. Whilst I was away, she communicated regularly and sent me photos. Upon my return, the house was exactly as I had left it, and my boys were obviously well looked after. I would highly recommend Kate and hope she will come back again!
