We felt so secure with our home and pups in her hands for 8 days, communication was top notch through the whole process, and we came home to 2 very well taken care of dogs who were sad to see her leave! She navigated an un-ordinary property and a vet visit/medications with EASE, and as our first sitter on the app she really helped guide us through the process. This is a beautiful home and location, the views are extraordinary! The owners Michael and Diane are friendly and gracious. The guest corridors and bed were comfortable. I think it’s helpful to know that there are morning, afternoon and evening responsibilities and the horses have a high need: letting out to pasture and back in 4 hrs later, feeding with extra feed and medicine for the elder horse, mucking the l stalls, driving the muck to a pile and then directing them back into stalls for night and feeding. If you let Matrix in first, then Melita all will flow well, otherwise it’s a jumble. I also discovered that I needed a small piece of carrot to lure Matrix from the pasture (stubborn old guy :) The cats are sweet and have two different feeding stations twice a day. There were chicks and also chickens that needed slightly different care. I like the smell and energy of horses and work of this type (and eating fresh eggs). If you do too, you’ll enjoy your time!
