Jessica came by herself. She was efficient and organized, making our lives easy. She left thoughtful notes for us and even a gift—two handy can-sealers for the cat food. We really enjoy her clam end positive energy.
Jeff invited me back for a 2nd sit and I couldn't have been happier! This time around I got to see more of Muffin inside. He slept at the foot of the bed two nights. Scruffy was her usual sweet self, though I did get to see her extra determined side. She was not feeling her pill pockets to get her medicine so she kept her mouth firmly closed. Had to open her mouth and drop it down her throat. Jeff precut her medicine so that made it easier. Gave her pill pocket afterwards and belly rubs as a peace offering. The adorable way she jumps around when I pull out her leash shows you that she's still has pep in her step, even though she's 15. Jeff left the house just as clean as the first time. Communicated well by letting me know who would need to come by. Great host, Great animals, Great home.
We loved our 2 weeks in Issaquah taking care of the dynamic duo of Dottie and Dali, sister cats that took only a few days before they became our best buds. Dottie is clearly in charge in this house but Dali holds her own and knows how far to push the envelope. My lap was reserved for Dottie each evening and Dali was nearby. Susan's home is very quiet & comfortable and there are tons of viewing options on the tv. The back deck is divine amongst the towering trees/greenery. The hammock is a special bonus. Issaquah is such a cute place with hiking, shopping, eateries being so plentiful. We would be honored to return for another sit in the future for sure. (And we did kinda promise the girls that we would see them again-they begged us not to leave.) Thanks for choosing us, Carole & Ron
I had a very good time at Allyson place. The apartment is well furnished, and in a great area, near all commodities and the metro station. Dom is one of the most sociable cat I have met. He wanted to come in my arms as soon as I arrived, and he is very funny, affectionate and talkative. I miss having him around, playing and his puring. He can be a bit stress with changes, but once he have been well adapted, it was going very well. The communication was very great with Allyson, she was alway available to respond to any question.
Chris and Diana were great hosts. Communication prior to the sit was excellent and the welcome guide provided was very detailed, making the sit very straightforward and Chris made a delicious curry for us to eat the evening we arrived. Lagertha was an absolute pleasure to look after. She is very loving and playful and also very happy to wear her harness when going outside into the garden. We miss her! I would not hesitate the recommended this sit. Thank you Chris, Diana and Lagertha.
Oh, Abbey Road is such an amazing little dog! What a sweetheart! We bonded right away and had so much fun. I took her to the park, played catch with her in the backyard, and we snuggled up to watch TV together. Theresa & Chuck are lovely people, their home is beautiful, and it has a great view of Ventura from the second floor. You can walk to Downtown Ventura in 15-20 minutes, where there are restaurants, thrift stores, a movie theatre, etc. The beach is a little bit further, but an easy 6-7 minute drive. All in all, I had a lovely time at this sit, and would love to return to hang out with sweet Abbey.
I'm really happy that Sarah and David chose me for this sit. Sam and Betty are both adorable, funny cats and I felt very welcome in their nice and comfortable home. I'm already here again doing another sit for them, which is a longer one, so I'll just save some comments for the next review :))
