Cynthia and Robert were excellent pet sitters for our 2 dogs. From the initial contact via video call we knew that they are genuine and dedicated animal lovers. It was extremely easy to organise all the pet sit details with them. We met them in person at our local train station, both Cynthia and Bob are very experienced travellers so it was fascinating to hear about their adventures. Our dogs immediately warmed to both of them, which for our shy Tommy was a big deal as he usually takes a moment to get used to new people. We all really enjoyed spending an evening together chatting and getting to know each other. Early in the morning we left to catch our flight with total peace of mind our dogs will be well looked after. While we were away we received daily updates which was lovely. Our house was spotless when we arrived back, they even made an extra mile to remake our bed with fresh bedding.
