Lisa and Erich sat for us for a long weekend. We left our house before they arrived, as we had discussed, and Lisa kept us informed as to their arrival so we could relax and knew that our dogs were in good hands. One of our dogs developed a minor health issue while we were gone and Lisa caught it, let us know what was going on and was able to help us decide if a trip to the vet was necessary. We would gladly have them sit for us again. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived home and most importantly the dogs were happy and healthy...well, except for the sick one.....but that was not Lisa and Erich fault. We give them two thumbs up!
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Paloma and her family (husband and young daughter) staying at our home for a week. Paloma kept in good contact with us, including sending adorable photos and videos of our dogs interacting with her daughter and each other, updates on how everyone was doing and asking appropriate questions when she couldn't find something in the home. Our house was left spotless. We felt very trusting of Paloma and she certainly lived up to our hopes and impressions. Her and her family's enjoyment of our dogs, garden and neighborhood were filled with sincere appreciation and respect. Consider yourself very lucky if you get to have Paloma and her family as your next house sitters!
We loved our time taking care of Hailey, Halo and Hendrix. Michal and Sharon are an amazing couple who made everything they could to make our stay there comfortable. We felt very lucky to be chosen by them ❤️
It was so lovely looking after Monkey and Rusty for Maiah! They are such lovely cats, it was a pleasure to stay there whilst looking after them. The flat itself was amazing and clean with plenty of space for the cats! Monkey and Rusty were affectionate and well behaved. Clearly very loved by their owners! Maiah gave me clear instructions about their feed times and other information, with an amazing welcome pack which explained everything about their flat and cats! Whilst also being available if ever I needed to contact her. Overall this cat sit was a fantastic experience. I hope that I can look after your cats again soon! ☺️☺️
Sitting for Edith's dogs, Freckles and Rascal was truly a sit of a lifetime. I got to the Pettigrews a couple of days early during which time I was treated like royalty. I fell in love with the home feel and the Pettigrews. Edith introduced me to some friends and her daughter as well. They were very helpful taking me shopping and keeping me entertained, as I did not drive. I actually just loved being with the "boys", taking them for walks and spending time in the garden. I loved my "sit" for the Pettigrews and feel I made some new friends going forward. I really miss those beautiful Cocker Spaniels as well. Edith gets the highest review I could ever give.
Jean and her family of four furry sweethearts was a most wonderful time. Jean was super accommodating and only a quick text away if we needed her and her pups stole our hearts by the first night. They are all four unique individuals and super loving, sweet and a delight to be around. We enjoyed our stay at her place immensely. Not only were the dogs wonderful but her place is a dream. The house is large with plenty of room and was clean, tidy, very comfortable and has everything you would need. It is just down the street from a Harris Teeter and all kinds of restaurants and stores. If we could Jean and her four legged crew more than 5 stars, we would. It was a delight to be with them and we would highly recommend this sit! We still miss them!
I thoroughly enjoyed my sit at Deena‘s house! Fluffy the tortoise and the two chickens were easy and fun to look after and the house is very comfortable with a beautiful backyard. It is located in a nice and quiet area in Finchley in North London with good transportation options right down the road and everything you need for everyday life nearby. Deena was extremely kind and very helpful when I was figuring out my exact travel dates or had a problem at the house. Highly recommend this sit!
I stay in Lydia’s house taking care of eclipse. I loved my stay. Shelton Mallet is a town full of history and beautiful views. The house was tidy and Lydia prepared everything for me to fell welcome on my stay. I think she is a very nice person and communicate well all the time and seems very attentive. I cannot recommend Paws On Dog Walking enough. Lynn and Ann are very professional, reliable and great value. I was very apprehensive the first time I left our beloved dog there but I shouldn’t have worried. He absolutely loves going anytime we go on holiday. He gets so excited when he sees Ann and Lynn. Have never been let down even at last minute. Definitely recommend x
I cannot recommend Paws On enough. Anne treats all the dogs like her own and it is extremely reassuring knowing that they are safe and being well looked after. Ralph absolutely adores her and never wants to come home!
Anne is the most friendly and reliable person and we would trust her implicitly. Our dog Maisy adores her! She is always so happy to see her for her daily walks and often stays over whilst her Daddies are away (often organised at very short notice). I would recommend Anne to anyone! Fantastic, friendly, flexible service always!
We always bring our Collie, Breagha, to stay with Lynn when we are on holiday or are going somewhere we can't take her on a weekend. Breagha absolutely loves it. I would even leave her with Lynn before my own folks as I know what a good time she has, out for long walks and playing with the other dogs that are all lovely, friendly things. When she realises we're near Lynn's house she drags me to the door! It's great having that peace of mind when we're away.

I was really impressed by PetStay Glasgow from the start - Jane is very professional and inspires confidence. She asked for a lot of information about our lab Grace before matching her with a sitter. Grace was with Eleanor and family for 2 weeks and she couldn't have been better looked after. Eleanor was very good at keeping in touch and sent daily news and excellent videos and photos of Grace. Grace was also given a variety of walks and activities (she even 'helped' with the recycling) and looked happy and very much herself. Eleanor clearly cares about the dogs she looks after and does an amazing job. We will certainly be using PetStay again, and would love to have Eleanor and family look after Grace again.
Martin and Kelly and their children welcomed Austin and Gladys back to their home and treated them extremely well. They kept us updated with photos and messages. They even threw Austin a birthday party while he was there with cakes and presents. I couldn’t be happier with their care🤗 …
Our dog Meg was fantastically looked and cared for by Lorraine and family , Lorraine kept us updated with pictures and videos of her stay with her family , Meg looked like she was from home to home , out every day playing with her new found friends Lorraine's daughter and son , especially she loved Lorraine, the service we was giving was 100%+ as I was not sure leaving Meg with anyone as she was used to family members looking after her but Lorraine made memories and security in my heart , would recommend this company Pet stay to anyone they would not let you down and ensure your pet is suitable with the right person like we had , only thing that we can say is that Meg is missing Lorraine and family thank you again Pet stay and Lorraine for looking after Meg and she woofs you all.
This was our first time using Petstay and won't be our last. Our 18 month old cockapoo Rico stayed 7 days with Joanna and her terrier Roger. I was really worried about leaving Rico but could see Joanna loved dogs , she continued with Ricos routine, ensuring he had plenty of exercise each day and Roger was happy to have a friend . Joanna sent us videos/ photos each day which we all loved getting, he's going back again in a couple of monhhs for 2 weeks . We had such a fantastic experience using PetStay - from the get go Jane put us at ease and explained how the process worked. She took as much information as she could about our dog Chase to ensure she matched us to the perfect carer. We were matched with Lorraine and her family. On the first visit with Lorraine we knew Chase would be in safe hands. When dropping him off for the week we felt anxious as this was the first time he had stayed anywhere except family but that settled very quickly when we seen how happy he was to see Lorraine. Every day we received pictures and feedback of what he got upto that day and lets just say he was definitely on his holidays too. Eleanor and her whole family made our petstay experience amazing. She and all of her family gave our collie Dornie the most amazing care while we were on holiday. We got regular updates as to how he was settling in, which was extremely reassuring for us and laid our minds to rest so we could enjoy our holiday. Eleanor took gorgeous photos and sent us loads, we really appreciated this! All in all, I think Eleanor has been our best dog sitter ever, and we would love to have her and her lovely family to look after Dornie again. We liked the company Petstay too, it was easy to set up our pet care, our sitter was very well matched to our Dornie. All in all, a great service, I would give 6* if I could! Many thanks :)
I can’t rate PetStay Glasgow highly enough. Jane paired our dog up with a lovely family to take care of our dog while we went on holiday. The service from PetStay is exceptionally professional and thoughtful from start to finish, and our dog had a wonderful time when we were away. He was paired with a perfect family. The family he boarded with sent us a photo and an update each day, which put our minds at rest and we could see how happy our dog was. He even went to the beach! I am extremely grateful to Jane and the family who took exceptional care of our pup when we were away. Goodness, where to start. I have only very positive things to say about my entire experience using Pet Stay. From my initial contact with Jane, who was so helpful, thorough and very quickly matched my dog to his hosts. Marie and Kenny are just lovely people. They were wonderful hosts. So kind, friendly and very accommodating. Skipper settled so well and just had the best time with them. He was on lovely walks/went to the cafe which he loves and I was kept up to date via messages and pictures during Skipper's stay. I will absolutely use Pet Stay again, and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone A fantastic experience, hence the 5 stars.
Was a bit worried as haven't left poppy with anyone for more than few days, We met Jean , Pat & jasmine before leaving poppy with them, We were sent photos of poppy & she settled well throughout her stay. We were really nervous about leaving our dogs for the first time however Gillian and her family couldn't have been nicer. They sent updates every day, lots of photos and were in constant contact. I would 100% use this service again, can't recommend enough.
Extremely kind and helpful. Were very patient explaining the prices, booking and the grooming process. Very knowledgeable of what a guinea pig needs and made me feel very safe in leaving one of my piggies with them for the day. Came back to pick him up and he looks great, and seemed to be in very good spirits despite having been away all day. Got my piggie home and he was immediately back to himself and happy with his new look and much more comfortable. Cannot praise Furry Friends enough!
Took my kids guinea pigs to get their nails trimmed, including aromatherapy. Mike and Alison were lovely, and did a grand job. The guinea pigs came home, and were so relaxed, they didn't leave their pet carrier for 3 hours. Their nails look fantastic. 2 content piggles, and one happy owner. Highly recommend.
We've used Furry Friends Hotel for our rabbit any time we've been away for a few days, and we're always happy with the service we get. It's always hard to be away from our rabbit, but Furry Friends Hotel always make sure that we've got pictures and keep in close contact with updates about how she's getting on (which is fantastic, as we're always nervous so the reassurance is greatly appreciated!). They're always very friendly, flexible with times and even offer a taxi service for your pet.

This place is amazing! Have been meaning to leave a review for a while, they are kind and thoughtful and clearly care about every animal they look after. Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere for their pets, they are very communicative and give helpful updates so you never need to worry about your furry friends. Their grooming service is also impeccable, my bunnies never are stressed after, which cannot be said when I try myself.

Our three guinea pigs stayed at the Furry Friends Hotel in July 2020. The service was fantastic considering the coronavirus restrictions. We were given regular updates on how they were doing and they were extremely well looked after. I highly recommend this business and would not hesitate to use them again.
I’ve been using Dog Days Glasgow for my golden retriever and have been really impressed. The staff are brilliant, they really know how to keep the pets engaged and happy. They’ve got loads of activities to keep them busy, so my dog is always excited to go. He always comes home tired and happy every time, which shows he’s had a great day. It’s a great relief to know he’s in good hands and having fun. Highly recommend Dog Days if you want your pet to have a top-notch day care experience. The ability to watch your dog through their cameras throughout the day is a massive bonus!
The set up here is superb. Very well priced,simple to use and convenient. The dogs seemed more than happy whilst been washed too which is the main thing.
Big fan of DogDays. Been sending my boisterous German Pointer here for 2 years and have no complaints at all. I've always found the communication from the team to be excellent; professional and informative. I regularly tune in to the cameras to see what my daft dug is up to and he always looks happy and calm. He is always DELIGHTED to be arriving there in the morning, and very content when I pick him up in the afternoon! Due to my working commitments, I regularly chop and change my subscription and days, which is never a problem. Would highly recommend this Daycare service to all! I have no doubts that my dog is well cared for and happy :)
Dog Days is a brilliant daycare option for your dogs. Everyone that works there is so friendly, and take such good care of the dogs. They were brilliant at helping our puppy ease into daycare, bringing him in for one hour sessions initially to help him get over the nervousness he had at the beginning, and they've spent so much time building up a bond with him that he now happily runs in to greet them when he arrives. We were really worried about how he would cope getting used to other dogs, and being apart from us after lockdown but everyone at Dog Days has worked hard to settle him in and he loves his time there. I can't recommend recommend highly enough!
Maple loves it here. The staff are all amazing with the dogs and I love that I can check in on maple throughout the day with the webcams. Highly recommend.
I cannot recommend Dog Days enough. We brought our very nervous puppy to Robin and the team two months ago. They were consistently patient and empathetic with her many (and sometimes confusing) anxieties. With their support, she is now growing into a confident, happy puppy with excellent doggy manners. I know I can trust that on her day care days she's safe and having fun, making those breaks from her unending energy a lot more enjoyable for me too!! If you're a bit nervous about trying day care, just pop in to meet the team and you'll be at ease in a moment.
Our dog has been going to Dog Days for over year, he loves it and we love it. They are flexible with bookings, give the dogs lots of fun playtime, and you can watch them on the cameras!

Our chocolate lab B has been going to doggy day care since mid May 2017 from 10 weeks old and he absolutely loves it there and can't wait to get in the door. Robin and her team are fabulous they are caring, supportive and very professional. As our boy grows into adolescence they give advice and much needed support to us, being first time dog owners. The team keep us informed every step of the way and after advice we decided on a couple of tweaks to his care package to ensure it was tailored to his needs which are working out well. If you have a puppy or dog that needs looking after while you go to work try this place it's amazing. Thanks to all at Dog Days.
I really can’t say enough wonderful things about Dog Days Glasgow and the team there—but I’m going to try. My dog is almost 4-years-old, has been visiting regularly since he was 6-months-old and I really can’t imagine trusting another daycare the way I trust Robin, Rebecca, Heather and the team. They are hyper-vigilant about ensuring all the dogs are safe and in groups that are appropriate for their socialization and play style. And the thoughtful structure they build into the day is really amazing — play, rest, training, and enrichment is all balanced and you can see from photos and vids just how happy and loved the dogs are in their care. It’s also great peace of mind that there are Wi-Fi enabled cameras throughout the facility which owners can log into on their phone to check in on pups at anytime. That level of transparency truly speaks to the high levels of trust and care that are at the core of Dog Days’ approach. Logistically I also love being able to book online and that our monthly membership means I always know Finnbar has a place on his regular days but I can still easily add more visits or reschedule if something comes up. He has always been very confident despite being a pretty tiny dog (as a chi/yorkie cross he tops out at 5.5lbs of fluff) but over 2020—when we had to shield to protect my family—his confidence and security took a big dive and he was becoming nervous around dogs and strangers for the first time. I let Robin and team know this and as soon as Finnbar was able to return they worked wonders—helping him to resocialize and build up his off-leash confidence again in a safe, supervised environment. And most importantly helping him feel secure when I’m not there after almost a year of us being together 24/7. He’s back to my happy, confident boy and I know a large part of that has been because Dog Days Glasgow gave him the chance to regularly interact with a great group of pups and human pals while I was still being very careful about social distancing. I can’t thank the team enough. I live alone, run my business from home with a primarily US client-base, and don’t have a large network in Glasgow as I lived in London for 10 years. Not being able to give Finnbar the opportunity to make great connections with people who aren’t me (or immediate family) was a huge worry for me—especially finding people I could trust. Dog Days Glasgow squelched that worry from Finnbar’s very first assessment visit (they only take dogs who are suited to daycare and have a wonderfully structured assessment to ensure that’s the case before bringing a new pup into the pack which I appreciate hugely). And the most important thing of all? Finnbar LOVES his time at Dog Days Glasgow. We’ve met team members in passing around Glasgow too and they’ve always stopped to say hi and shower him with love an attention—it’s not just a job to any of the amazing people who work there, they love Finnbar as much as he loves them. You won’t find anything else like Dog Days in the city — they’re truly at the top of their game.
Cannot recommend Helen at Toto Dog Walking Service enough! My Winston just absolutely adores her and she will always work around your schedule. I get alerts to my phone once Winston has been picked up & dropped off and can also see exactly where he's been, how long for & which other pups he shared his walk with. Helen also regularly updates her facebook page with pictures and videos of the dogs all out playing, just fab!
The best dog walker we have ever had for our 2 dogs Ziggy and Zukko. Helen has been reliable from day 1 and our boys look forward to their daily walk and always come back happy. We would highly recommend Helen to anyone who is looking for a regular dog walker who goes above and beyond.

Always in 2 minds to do a review for ancroft hounds, mainly out of selfishness! That's because it makes it much more difficult to get space that offers great 5 star hound care in Glasgow. Stevie and Katie are fantastic with our girl Doris. Our hound has boarded both with day care and overnight stays numerous times since they started the business, can't fault anything about the service and how accommodating they are. We always get picture updates throughout the stay, and to top it off they got our hound to paint a picture 🤣.
Ancroft Hounds took such good care of our guy Brian while we were on holiday. We could enjoy ourselves knowing he was being well cared for! Stevie and Katie went over and above as Brian had a bit of a sore leg at the time but we had full confidence that he was in good hands. Will definitely use the service again in the future. Highly recommend! 5 stars!
Our dog has stayed with Stevie twice last year . Although our dog was happy and well looked after , we were let down last year due to transport issues and we were promised a free night as a result of this. We had our dog booked in for the end of this month and also March next year . Unfortunately we have been let down badly this time due to a change in licence issues meaning Stevie can no longer look after different breeds of dog. We are now in a difficult position of finding boarding for our dog at very short notice . Communication has been sporadic
Trevor is just back from his stay at Ancroft Hounds and has had the best time. Being a wee timid skinny whippet he hasn't got on well at kennels in the past but he absolutely loved staying with Stevie & Katie in their warm cosy loving home. We had loads of updates and they have had him out and about all week on lots of different adventures. We've already booked Trevor in for another week because he had such a lovely time!
First time using Ancroft and wouldn’t hesitate to use them in future. Run by a lovely couple with plenty of experience who love and understand greyhounds. During your dogs stay you will get plenty of updates and photos which is great.
Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hound care. Stevie’s attention to detail is amazing; feeding schedule, treats, toys, medication, everything. And he noticed and reported a rash on the pup’s tummy which I’d forgotten to tell him about. Very professional, experienced, friendly set up. Lucy is already booked in for another stay and I know she will happily go back to Stevie & Katie without giving me a second thought. I can’t recommend them highly enough. LUCY SAYS: I loved staying with Stevie and Katie, best overnight experience of my little life. I’m only 13 months old and yes, tbh, a bit playful and very, very occasionally I can be naughty. I thought they might find me a bit much but they were so chilled that I soon relaxed. And they kept me in order. Stevie introduced me to their other house guests, taking his time to make sure I didn’t upset them. I’m learning that not every dog wants to play with me but fortunately Stevie was up for a few games of tug and both he and Katie gave me lots of cuddles. I can’t wait to go back again. 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾😃
Stevie and Katie offer a warm, welcoming and knowledgeable boarding and daycare service for sighthounds. Our large greyhound Rafa was a timid soul when he joined us, but Ancroft visits with Stevie (who he loves), and time spent with the other visiting hounds, have helped him come out of his shell. Stevie and Katie have lots of experience and a deep understanding of what makes these dogs tick and that really shines through. We feel totally confident that our dog will be well taken care of and get regular updates and photos on WhatsApp. Rafa loves his visits and bounds up the stairs keen to see who’s around that day!

Trust My Pet Sitter (TMPS) is a great way to house/ pet sit in the US and Europe, while getting paid for your services as a sitter. TMPS makes the housesitting process easy, as they fully vet their sitters, giving peace of mind to the homeowners. TMPS works to best match homeowners with sitters that will work best for all parties involved. It is easy to communicate with TMPS and it is easy to talk with the home owners once accepted. I had an amazing sit in the East Bay and it was great being able to communicate with Angela (from TMPS) before, during, and after the sit. All questions were answered quickly.
I highly recommend Trust My Pet Sitter! Angela and her team matched me with a mature, experienced woman who took excellent care of my dog and home during the month I was away. Communication was excellent before, during and after the sit, and I had complete peace of mind about the well-being of my house and dog in my absence. Our sitter followed all instructions to the letter, respected my home and left it clean and stocked with fruit, milk, eggs and even fresh flowers for my return. I especially appreciate how Trust My Pet Sitter’s business model avoids the pitfalls of many pet and house-sitting websites by providing a unique combination of highly personalised service, flexible pet sitter fees, stringent vetting of both clients and sitters, and a reasonable agency fee that is not paid until a sitter is booked. Trust My Pet Sitter is based in Scotland, but books sitters and clients in the US and all over the world, and had no problem finding me a sitter for my house and dog in California. Lynn at Dog Daft has been taking my dog out twice a week since she was 5 months old and she is now 2. She absolutely loves her time out with Lynn and the pack. Lynn is very accommodating and is happy to offer boarding as well, which for some dog walkers would be a no go with a dog who is used to sleeping in a human bed. Her daycare service allows me to work full time and not have to worry about my dog being home alone. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend her services.
In response to Mark Browne's review, I am Charlie's owner. Charlie is a character and generally very well behaved. However, he loves to howl and make his presence known. This is something we are working on to help him and everyone else around us! He is definitely not in distress, he just loves saying hello to everyone. Lynn has done brilliant work with him over the last few months and she absolutely adores him and the dogs she has in her care. I trust her implicitly with Charlie as he is my world. If I thought for one second he was in distress in her care ,he wouldn't be there. Please Mark, do your research before making a judgement on someone you don't know and haven't spoken to about the dogs in their care. Lynn is one of the best I'm the business. I am currently on kidney dialysis so need to be in hospital 3 days a week and Lynn has gone above and beyond helping me care for Charlie and ensure all his needs are met.

Saw this dog walker out walking SEVEN large off leash dogs by herself. I am a dog owner myself but for anyone who is in any doubt about whether to give their dog to this person - this is NOT safe and she’s probably not insured for it.
You leave the dogs sitting in the van (which is parked terribly outside) for lengthy periods, as they howl and bark desperately like they r begging to be let out. She ignores the dogs and instead goes into her friends house (who have dogs) to probably have a nice little chat with some tea as the dogs r trapped inside. With the radio on loud volume, her attempt to drown the noise of the dogs fails as people walk by the van looking curios and worried. Do NOT pay this women to ‘walk’ your dog. Your lucky google doesn’t allow you to take videos to attach onto a review.
Lynn has been walking our dog Esme for almost a year and we couldn’t recommend her more. She is super reliable and Esme always comes back having had a great time!

Our dog Bonnie absolutely loves going out with Jess and all her puppy friends at BB's Buddies. Jess always keeps me up to date with the adventures Bonnie is on and has been really accommodating and flexible with changeable work schedules. I really love that Jess always goes to the bother of sharing photos of Bonnie out on her walks with us, it gives me real peace of mind that she is out having the time of her life! Couldn't recommend highly enough!
Juno absolutely loves her walks with Jessica and the BB Buddies team! We get sent lots of photos of her having fun with the rest of the pack which we love to see and knowing she is in safe hands. Juno always comes home tired as she’s had the chance to get a good run around and explore on the walks. BB Buddies has always been accommodating with our schedule and also keeps us up to date as to when Juno's dropped off. Thanks so much for looking after our Juno over the last year!
Jessica and Christina provide an amazing service! My dog absolutely loves them and always has a fab time. They take lots of photos so you can see what the dogs are up to, and they are very responsive with requests. I use their services on different days each week due to work requirements, and I have also used their home boarding service. I think my dog was sorry to come home!
Our dog has been out with Jess since she was a pup and loves going out with her and the pack every week, definitely her favourite day. Great to get updates and photos during the walks too.
Skye is always delighted to see jess & christina for her walks. She absolutely loves the girls and i would trust them with her life every day of the week. The bonus for me is the photos if she stays still long enough to get one taken.
Amazing dog walker! My dogs love going on walks with Jessica, jessica always updates me send me pictures and videos! This makes me less anxious when my dog is out as I know they are safe with Jessica!
