We have used Richlyn Rovers since we got our pup over 2 years ago and they have been wonderful to work with since then. Both the owner, Sherri, and her crew do a great job and send great pics and updates with each visit/walk. They are very communicative and flexible to our schedule and we truly appreciate what they do for our pup! I couldn't recommend them enough for pet walking services!

Richlyn Rovers gets a 10 star review from us!!! We are long time customers but first time with our current Lab overnight. Prior to our trip I was very concerned about leaving our Lab overnight for a week. Under the care of Sherri and her team she did perfectly fine. They are truly caring and very efficient at providing care. All of our instructions were followed to a T! And then some. Pictures and updates were sent each and every visit. It provided me with great comfort to read about and see my Lab under their care in photos and texts. I will always use Richlyn Rovers and highly recommend the loving care they provide to their customers. They treat your fur babies like family. Sherri and her crew have helped walk and care for my cats and dogs over the last 7 or so years. I can tell they care about you and your pets. They are very accommodating when I need something special or need to shift a walking day around. They have even been able to help when I have had foster animals. They even make nervous fosters feel comfortable! Richlyn Rovers are great which makes them in demand. You have to plan ahead for any help you need for travel during typical busy times around holidays. I have no idea what Maureen Tipton is angry about in their review. I have never seen anything like what they describe in all the years I have worked with Sherri's team. It's unfortunate her one star review drags down RR's overall score. I imagine they ask for the manager a LOT!

I have used this pet sitting service for several months now and absolutely love their service. Sherri and her team are highly reliable and treat all my pets like family. I have used them enough times that they are familiar with my pets' behaviors and idiosyncrasies. They give me great updates when I am at work or when I am out of town and have excellent pictures of them. They have also been considerate to take out my trash/recycling even when I didn't request it or forgot to. My two dogs and cat love them and treat them like family at this point. I trust them fully and they give me great peace of mind that my pets are in good hands while I am not home. Highly recommend.

I will really give no stars but I couldn't post without one. I have had a trip booked for many months. I find out they can't sit my dog. I only found out because I emailed to get paperwork. No call, no nothing. Very unreliable people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go elsewhere!!!

We have been going to Dogtopia since the beginning of this year. Communication with the staff is awesome. Staff is awesome. Our girl loves it. She is excited and ready to go. Boarding has been a plus.

The staff is friendly and really care about the dogs as if they were their own. I love the events they have for the dogs at the center and the camera access owner's are granted upon signing up. I love this place and my dog does too.

We LOVE Dogtopia of Towson! They are always excited to greet our Shibas. The center is clean, they remember even the slightest of requests. Their webcams are clear so you can see the coaches professionally interact with your dogs, but most importantly, my dogs are so much happier in every aspect of their life. They get along with one another better once home, and they actually sleep through the night now! What a Godsend! My dogs slept in today for the first time ever! Sadly I let them sleep in instead of going to daycare, and now it is early afternoon and they are giving me the side eye because they aren't at Dogtopia. LOL. I won't be making that mistake again. Come check them out. You won't be sorry!! It's a great place!

My Macee Pooh is such a sweet girl who is very timid with Men. Every person I met at the Towson location was so pleasant and professional and gentle with our MaceePooh!!! She come homes tired every time, even if she's just in the "Gym" getting her steps in with the pac. The staff here were great with keeping me calm about leaving our baby for the day.

Fantastic. I was nervous about taking my dog for day care. He is BIG ENERGY, and a fairly large dog. But this team are pros. He had a great day, and they do a great job. I’m a big fan.

The staff is the absolute best. They are so welcoming and kind and really love the pups that come. The facilities are always so clean as well. My dog Ruby loves coming to see her friends. She goes once a week for play and I have boarded her as well. I fully trust them with my pup and highly recommend!

They are prompt and professional. Marely has been attending doggy daycare for three days now and they are awesome with him. I would highly recommend. The meet and greet was nerve wracking for me, but the staff were knowledgable, kind, and compassionate. They ensured me that Marely would be in good hands and I felt validated by them with the care I was able to see during the meet and greet. It’s so calming to know my fur baby boy is in good care when I can’t be with him. He will also be boarding with them while I’m away on vacation.

My puppy Roscoe loves Dogtopia! He has grown so much since he started attending 1-2 days a week. He was extremely anxious when he started attending and the staff showed so much patience and care with him. Now he runs straight to the door and happily trots to the playroom with the Canine Coaches. The staff has been friendly and communicative since day one- special shout out to Hailey for always calming my pet parent anxiety! Our recent boarding experience was especially great. My husband and I were very anxious to leave our pup for a week and board him for the first time. Everyone was kind and understanding and listened to our litany of instructions. During our trip we recieved email updates and phone calls. He had trouble eating one day, and I recieved a call asking to add broth to his food. His final day, he was bit by another dog. When Hailey called it was clear this was not a normal occurrence and she was anxious herself, but showed professionalism and compassion. He was taken directly to the ER and I recieved a detailed care plan from both Dogtopia and the vet. (The other dog was dismissed from care.) He was fine and when I went to pick up his boarding items, he ran straight to the front door and greeted all the canine coaches with kisses and playfulness while we waited for his items. Because of how well this situation was handled, I still 100% trust the staff at Dogtopia and will return when his injury has healed. The love for the dogs in their care is apparent.

Milo have an amazing time at his meet and greet. He is high energy and was exhausted after his first day at Dogtopia. He made lots of friends and can’t wait to return. The staff was warm and welcoming. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Please do not take your dogs here… we dropped our dog off for the weekend, which i was already on edge about because of the look and smell of the place. I am so upset I left my dog here. I picked her up and my dog smelt HORRIFIC! The whole place was a junk pit, everything was over grown, trash was everywhere. She advertised a large fenced area where my dog would run… she left her in the kennel for 4 days straight. The large fenced area is for her own dogs. I am mortified that I left my dog at this place.

Top notch care given. Great for large, active, or "difficult" dogs. No crate boarding- all dogs have their own indoor-outdoor run. Owner has incredible knowledge about dogs, training, and canine health.

Bonnie is extremely knowledgeable about dogs and can handle large dogs. The staff is dog savvy as well.

This is probably the most convenient doggie daycare around. Whether you need daycare for a half day, full day, or even boarding, they make it very easy to set things up. I added a premium bath and received my dog feeling loved, super clean, and you can tell he had a great day. Great customer service, and you get report cards that help you know how your pet did. Highly recommended.

Catalina Chao worked with our little puppy, Piper! She was just 6 months when we started and I saw an immediate improvement in behavior! She helped my husband to learn that training is about providing a safe environment for our dog, not about aggressive control over her! She gave us great hands on help and support! Plus her explanations for how to do things and process was very helpful for us since we both have ADHD! We can’t wait to bring her back for a check-in/refresh!

My girl loves it here! I was worried about where to keep her for our vacation. She is just a puppy so has a lot of energy. A friend referred us here & he was absolutely right. She absolutely loves Best Friends Furever, Joppa. On her first day, she made new friends instantly. She gets to play & swim all day (she loves the puppy pools). We are currently boarding her there for a 5 night vacation & I check her new pictures out they upload daily. It makes me feel good to know she is in good hands. The staff is great & so welcoming as well.

We brought our adopted puppy Penny here for the elite training program because, frankly, she was a handful -- a husky, shepherd, bull terrier mix at 12 months old and 45 lbs. However, Catalina was up to the task! She accomplished so much in her 9 weeks that we could not have done at home having our 2-year old and our other commitments. Catalina provided the steady hand and consistency that dogs need in these first two years. I never saw her lose her cool or get frustrated with Penny, nor have I seen the other staff ever say an unkind work about a dog, whether visiting, training or boarding. We loved having the live feed during the day to see what was happening, and the training video report cards were a great help. The ladies at the front desk were awesome and so were all of the handlers. The in-house grooming services are excellent, too. We will continue to bring Penny here for play dates throughout the year. I gave them a 5-star rating, not because they are perfect but because you will not find a more caring group of people and well organized team than this Joppa BFFE location.

I have had a great experience so far with our 3-month old puppy, Charlie, attending full day daycare at the Joppa location. I was super nervous because I wasn't sure how he would react or how other dogs would react to him or how well he would be taken care of. The handlers are awesome and well trained to keep a safe and fun environment.This week starts week two and we plan on continuing with 2-3 days a week for him to attend. I love that you can watch them all play on the cameras during the day (although Teeny Field 1's camera is super blurry....Teeny Field 2's camera is perfect). The staff are super friendly, all around, and show Charlie all of the love. The hours for drop off and pick up are great (although a 7pm pick up during the week would be better because I work in PA but that's just my personal wish...the hours in general are great for the majority of folks and that's all that matters so I will make it work!) I plan on expanding our services at BFFE to include boarding, training and grooming in addition to daycare. Thanks for all you do to keep our dogs safe and happy as well as exhausted when they get home!

We love best friends fur ever! My dog Ellie has a blast at daycare, and boarding when we travel! The staff is very knowledgeable and loving towards all the dogs! We trust them with our baby and know she will be taken care of and have so much fun! Bff gives us peace of mind and we love the pictures and report cards they send!

This is the first time I’ve taken my dog to a day care and she loved it! The early drop off hours are awesome! I loved being able to watch her on camera during the day and they even uploaded pics to her profile. Great care for my girl!

I had the pleasure of working with Catalina at B.F.F.E and I would do it again with my next dog! Catalina was so knowledgeable, hard-working, and helpful throughout the entire journey. She made it fun and built an amazing bond with my dog. As time progressed my bond with my dog grew as well and I love it! I can’t thank Catalina enough for setting my dog up for a future of success and more freedom. She even went above and beyond tackling extra tasks like “drop it/ leave it” and “emergency recall” since my dog was struggling with them the most. I really appreciate the extra hard work she has taken to help us. Also, it has been such a pleasure seeing all of the staff that has helped my dog and I day in and day out! The staff has been so friendly and respectful to work with as well. My dog can’t wait to go to “doggy school” to see her “friends” every school day! Loved loved LOVED taking my puppy Eloise here for her 2-week training. She trained with Catalina & I saw such amazing improvement just in those two weeks. Great staff, play areas, and much more. During her training program, I not once had an issue/hiccup in the process. Highly recommend for your puppy or older dogs!

We came in with our roughly one year old dog who was very dog reactive. We could barely take him on walks. In the 9 weeks of the elite program, he no longer has a bad reaction to dogs, he has mastered sit and stay, and he has enjoyed going to “school” everyday. His recall has gotten incredibly good as well. The entire staff was so attentive and diligent to Radar’s care. We are so grateful to Catalina for helping our boy be the good dog that was always in him.

Our dog was well cared for. It was our first time boarding him and he felt very comfortable when I dropped him off. The staff/family were very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend them!

Barton Manor is the only place we will leave our dog, Charlie. After poor experiences with boarding at other venues (Charlie being placed in "timeout" and left in a crate for most of the day, UTI's or some other illness when we bring him home, etc.), Barton Manor's staff provides Charlie with the same love and attention that he would get at home. He's always excited when we get to Barton Manor and practically runs to the door to be let inside. Management is also incredibly flexible with pickup/drop off and understanding when plans change. We recently welcomed our first child into the world and Barton Manor allowed us to cancel/move our boarding appointment without any issues as well as pickup during off-hours due to unforeseen circumstances. Truly amazing ownership, staff, and care for your pet.

Used this place last summer it was our first time ever boarding our dog Zoey. Picked this place due to all the good reviews an we are glad we did. She did great. Have no complaints an will deff use them again if needed. But we don't ever need to board it's super rare. But when we do will be giving them a call.

We have boarded our dog at Barton Manor since 2014, and we could not be more thrilled by the Barton Family and the care our dog receives while staying with them. They are some of the kindest people. They treat our dog (and us!) like a member of their family. Their facilities are superior, and they are constantly making small improvements that only enhance the incredible care our dog receives (like constant temperature monitoring of the kennel spaces and a community play area). I trust them with our pup implicitly. Highly recommend!

See Spot Walk is wonderful! They took my pup for midday walks every weekday during my intern year and the peace of mind was priceless. They’re affordable, reliable, friendly, and so kind. I have been using See Spot Walk for several months now and I have nothing but positive experiences to share. Ashley came and met my pups ahead of time and made sure I understood how the whole process works. There are two main walkers who come to my home, then maybe another 4 or so that have come by at one time or another. Each seems to genuinely enjoy my pups. I have two dogs with very different needs – a 13yr old golden with some mobility problems, and a 6yr old golden who should really be in agility or something. The walkers manage both dogs needs without complaint. They have so far been able to accommodate all my time needs, including a few last minute requests. They use the Time to Pet app which is fantastic and give great detailed reports. I always like to wait awhile before making a review to make sure I truly am happy with things and I can honestly say YES, I am entirely satisfied with this company, I really cannot come up with anything negative to say!

I have used their service pretty heavily the past year with Mac, Michael, Megan and Tobey being the main walkers. All are great and my dog loved them all. Their flexibility with multiple walkers provided those in the pinch walks needed when work went too long.

Ashley and her team are amazing. They take good care of my dog while I am away all day at work. He is still a puppy and can be a handful, but they make sure all his needs are met. The team is interactive, does an awesome job of letting you know how your pet fared during their visit, and the software for the app even has the ability to allow you to trace your pet's paw prints and see where he/she walked. Great experience with this business, big thumbs up!

My pets are not so easy but he took it in stride. I had such peace of mind leaving them for the weekend (we don’t go out very much because of them) but now we are set for life. Usually when I come home from vacation my dog is full of energy and bouncing off the walls after being stuck inside all day, but my past trip was surprisingly different. Mackey and Liam did such an awesome job taking Chloe for super long walks and throwing her ball for her in our backyard. They provided constant pictures twice a day to show just how much fun my dog was having in their care. They provided hilarious, detailed reviews of each walk/ meal after each visit. You can tell these guys love what they do and really care about the pets they work with. Going away next month and will definitely be using them again. Easy to schedule/ pay and an awesome staff.

I was a big fan of Grateful Dog Walkers… But the best thing about them is no longer there… Mackey Scanlan. Not only was Mackey, a consummate professional, he truly loved and cared for my pets, as though they were his own… And, he treated my home as though it were his own. Unfortunately that wasn’t something that wasn’t upheld by the rest of GrateDog Walkers in this area. I had serious issues with Liam SEVERAL times. I specifically told him that any new person needed to be introduced to myself and my husband, as well as our pets prior to coming into our home. This is something that we do with ALL contractors. It is an industry standard. It did not seem to be an issue when I discussed it with Liam… however, it was completely lost on him when on more than one occasion, he had somebody completely different, show up at our house at the wrong time whom we had never met! I called Liam, and I was assured that Mackey would be the person who would then come back. I actually had to contact Mackey directly to ensure that he would be there the first time this occurred. The second time this occurred, a new person showed up that I had never met, locked a cat who was on Prozac in our bedroom, who, then ripped up a bedroom carpet… Liam claimed that this was impossible, they would have never shut the door, but we were out… This is not some thing that Mackey, who was very familiar with our pets, very familiar with our home, and very familiar with our routine would have ever done. Trying to discuss the matter with Liam, he took absolutely no accountability, and actually put the blame back on me. I have had numerous issues with billing, I’ve had to reach out on more than one occasion because of it. It’s just all very haphazard and unprofessional. It’s really sad, because the place where I get my dogs groomed recommended Grateful Dog Walkers specifically because of Mackey, and I got them several new customers because of Mackey… We have all left now. What’s worse is, I had actually purchased a gift card for Mackey, and when he could not come to my home, Liam had stated he would come to my home and handle my pet for me. I agreed to that. Liam actually stated that he had picked up the gift card and was going to deliver it to his employee Mackey. I checked with him on three occasions after the last pet visit, he had no clue there was a gift card, no clue of the amount or where it was purchased to. Clearly, Liam kept the gift card for himself. I have no use for such unprofessional persons, the entitlement is beyond reproach. I have a second home, and a very large upscale community, I had very strongly recommended this group, and I am now very strongly recommending to all of my friends and neighbors not to use them until they replace Management here. Smarten up folks! You let an honest, hard worker who brought in clients go to keep someone who sleeps in, doesn’t return clients calls, and when they do, berates them and is insanely unprofessional. This is the absolute best example of the Peter principal that ever was! GO ELSEWHERE!! PS notice that it’s Mackey‘s name that is complimented on other reviews… Take the hint people! either clean up your act down here, or simply keep your flagship operation in the Baltimore area

We’ve been using Grateful Dog Walkers for a month now for our 10-month-old puppy. We have been very happy with the service as they show genuine interest and care for our dog. Most importantly our pup is happy and tired at the end of the day from all the activities. Photos of the dogs playing and having a good time are an assurance they are in good hands.

We could never say enough amazing things about Crystal and how devoted she is to our pup. We found her right as we adopted our husky as new puppy and she has been able to be with him and watch him grow for the past two years now. Our pup loves her just as much as we do! Crystal always goes above and beyond to make sure that our dog, our home, our privacy, and our things are treated with care and respect. She has so many times stayed longer with our dog than necessary in the event that he had an accident, got sick, or something out of the ordinary happened. She is in CONSTANT communication with us and gives really excellent visual reports on how her time with your pet has gone. She even does little things like bringing in mail and sending us homemade treats (which our dog LOVES). She will treat your pet and your home like her own. We don't know what we would do without her!

Crystal takes extra time with my Great Dane and his guard dog instincts. She is patient while he warms up, and has him sitting in her lap by the end of every visit! She just knows animals. I never worry when we leave our boy with her. She’s professional, responsive, and flexible. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our boy!

From the very moment we reached out about dog training, Evan was extremely responsive and generous with his time even before we committed to his program. He helped us adjust our expectations of our newly adopted puppy, answered our questions, and provided recommendations. Evan is extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about each dog he works with, it is evident that he wants the best for dogs and their families. Training with Evan was one of the best investments we’ve made and we’re so happy to have a sweet puppy who is of course energetic, but who is also calm and able to adapt to and handle new experiences. I am so glad we found Evan/scarlet k9! We adopted an adult dog from a foreign country we chose her because she’s very affectionate and calm and lacked any aggression towards other animals (we have cats too) but when we brought her home she very quickly began to display fearful anxious behaviors and was clearly not house trained. We tried advice from the foster agency but nothing was sticking. After explaining all the issues to Evan in a phone consult it felt almost as if he already knew our dog. It’s helped so much to have more insight into her behaviors to understand our dog and know how to best manage her. We knew because of her fearful behavior a group training environment was not going to work for her so we are doing in-home training. After the first session he set in place a plan for us to start working on house training and improving her barking and attachment issues. It’s been about a month and we’re already seeing a drastic difference. We have a much better behaved dog and hardly any accidents in the house. We are so proud of her! It’s a lot of learning for us as owners and consistency on our part as well but if you want a happy well adjusted dog and home with your pup, training is one of the best investments you can make. Going with scarlet K9 was the best decision we made!

Even gave us guidance for picking the “right” puppy for our family & trained her (& mostly us!) through the board & train puppy program. Later, he trained her to have a solid recall using an e-collar. She loves the e-collar & knows it means that freedom/hikes and lots of rewards are coming her way. Thanks to Evan, we have a calm and balanced dog who we can take anywhere. We love her to pieces and she makes everything more fun!

My 13 yr old English bulldog and my daughters Fox terrier mix were so well taken care of that they tried to follow Evan back inside, instead of coming home!! And for my bulldog to have not wanted to leave says ALOT!!! I stopped taking her to our other daycare because she coward down and would shake so bad :( Scarlet K9 treats your pets like there own ❤️

Evan has done a great job working with my Great Dane, Luna. She is so much better on the leash and is just a happier dog. Luna has also boarded with Evan and she gets so excited when we pull up at his house. Evan sends pictures while I’m away so I know she’s having fun. Evan and Scarlet K9 are the best. We have a Shiloh Shepherd who is a 100 lb puppy with puppy behavior. Evan has helped us get his impulsiveness under control and has made walking him a pleasure. I am a small person but can now control Hank with confidence and Hank loves Evan. We are so happy he was recommended to us. Hank is even boarding with Evan this week while we are on vacation. We feel confident leaving our boy with such a qualified person. We know he will be kept safe and treated well.

We contacted Scarlett K9 training to get some consultation/training on how to handle our Pitbull/Boxer mix who was displaying concerning behaviors with resource guarding around our 1yr old son. Evan was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and personable while meeting with us. He took time to explain the behavior, try to get to the root issue, give practical strategies and adjustments we could make, and was honest about the possible challenges when a dog starts to exhibit resource guarding behavior. Meeting with Evan helped us feel more prepared to work with our dog to address the behaviors. He was prompt in responding to our request and setting up a time to meet. Evan and his team are great! My first interaction with Evan was for a 2 week training program for my Corgi, Paco. Evan was very informative and helped us learn how to redirect Paco. Paco is a stubborn corgi and we struggled with discipline. We now have continued to use scarlet K9 for boarding. Scarlet K9 is the only boarding business that we trust with paco and the only team that knows how to work with and care for our dog. Would definitely recommend!

Evan has been amazing!! We sought out Evan back in June when we introduced a new puppy to our previously two-dog household. We thought nothing of it as our two pups were very dog friendly and socialized with other dogs often, and our oldest was very receptive of our second, but something about introducing a third threw off the dynamic. Our oldest became very assertive towards our new pup, and our second pup became fearful of altercations. Evan utilizes a balanced approached to help level the playing field in a multi-dog household. He was wonderful with our pups, and after months of working with him, we finally have peace again! Thank you, Evan!! Evan has been a blessing to our family and dog Libby by providing personalized training our adopted dog needed. Libby was rescued from the streets of Texas, adopted and returned to the rescue agency twice before we adopted her. She demonstrated some unique, quirky behaviors that were a bit fearful to deal with initially. Evan has provided a great deal of insight into the behaviors she exhibits and showed us how to safely interact with her and prevent bad behaviors, utilizing a variety of tools and techniques. He is very knowledgeable and flexible, working with us here at home, walking in the neighborhood, as well as meeting us at a local park in order to assist with Libby's behaviors in and around other people and their pets. Evan helped me develop the confidence I needed to effectively interact and establish acceptable behaviors with Libby. I highly recommend him!
