Wow, what an experience, being new to this platform, Michele really eased our minds and made the trip so much more relaxing and on the puppies especially! Thank you Michele for so much care you showed our doggo’s even running one of them for a quick Vet issue! I can't recommend Isabella enough. She was proactive, communicative, so sweet and just an all around wonderful person. Rosie seemed very calm while we were gone which was a relief as she can sometimes be anxious while we're away but Isabella seemed to fill our gap perfectly. Thank you Isabella! I hope our dates line up in the future. You're welcome in our home any time!

From start to finish, Erika and her partner Sean were so kind, considerate, and easy to work with! Their experience was apparent from our first FaceTime meeting, where we discussed my dog’s care and daily routine. My pup, Arrow, can be very shy and nervous, so I’m always intentional about selecting a sitter for him, and Erika and Sean brought exactly the right approach. They were patient and encouraging, and after only a day or two, Arrow was in love with them! It was particularly special to hear how he opened up to Sean, as Arrow is typically more cautious of men than women. Erika and Sean sent me dozens of pictures — it helped keep my mind at ease knowing that Arrow was being doted on! And when Arrow got an upset stomach for a few days, they watched him carefully and sent me regular updates. Luckily, it was just a little stomach bug, and Arrow was back to begging for belly rubs and fetch in no time! Erika and Sean are truly the kindest people. They’re very responsible, tidy, communicative, and caring. I felt so at peace knowing they were watching Arrow while I was away, and I would invite them back anytime!

Overall, Hea did a sufficient job caring for our cat and home. Kitty seemed healthy and content, and the house was in good condition. However, this experience helped us refine our preferences for future sits. Hea shares a profile with Nicholas, but it appears she is the one handling the sits. Despite our inquiries, the details of their shared profile and arrangement remained unclear. In terms of organization, she had some mix-ups with dates and arrival times during pre-visit communication that required clarification, which she attributed to managing multiple sits and tracking many details. Although we provided the welcome guide in advance at her request, she still asked us to write down instructions for the cat’s medications and asked questions covered in the guide, later mentioning that she hadn’t yet reviewed it upon arrival. For reliability, Hea honored her travel commitments, but communication about the cat was inconsistent. Updates were irregular, sometimes necessitating us initiating them, and were fairly general (e.g., "doing well, ate well, spending time outside"). While she had assured us she was familiar with sending regular updates, in hindsight, we should have been more specific about our expectations. She also experienced an issue with her phone charger, which required her to switch to another phone and may have contributed to the lapses in communication. Regarding self-sufficiency, Hea requested to arrive the night before, which is common for some sits, and needed assistance with travel logistics. Per her request, we provided rides to and from the train station, helped with how to purchase a ticket, and assisted with her luggage. Despite volunteering for a sit far from her home, she expressed concerns about the cost and logistical challenges of public transportation, which we tried to accommodate by offering additional assistance, including a trip to the grocery store. On the plus side, Hea left our home in good condition—counters were clean, the trash was taken out, and the dishwasher was run. She was respectful of our space and kept everything tidy. For pet care, Kitty appeared happy and healthy upon our return, and Hea mentioned spending a lot of time at home, which likely helped our cat feel less lonely. She explained that she preferred to defer to the cat's wishes rather than initiate interaction, despite our guidance to engage more directly with her. Overall, Hea took good care of our home and cat, and we were satisfied with the sit. For future homeowners, we recommend being clear about your expectations for communication, updates, and any assistance with travel arrangements or transportation.

Monique and Norman were wonderful sitters. We had a great call prior to their arrival and the connection was immediate. Unfortunately Norman had to go home mid way through the sit due to an emergency. Thankfully Monique was kind enough to stay behind and help me find a replacement. She was very reliable. She help me interview a few sitters as I was abroad for my wedding, and she provided honest feedbacks to find me the perfect replacement. Her replacement was top notch. And I can not thank her enough for being there through the process. Thanks to her I was able to enjoy my trip abroad for the whole duration of my planned trip!

This was Katya's second time sitting for our boys and everything went great. We would definitely invite her back. She is a good communicator, sends lots of pictures and leaves the house spotless.

Very pleased !! If you’re looking for a sitter and Mariah has responded to your invitation I recommend you book right away before someone else snags her!! I know I’ll hit her up again! Mariah did a two week sit for me while I was down in Costa Rica. It was amazing how she integrated right into my routine with my dog, cat, and koi pond. It wasn’t just like I never left them , it was better! Got so many fun , artistic, cool pictures she sent me of the animals that I saved many of them! I could see she spent more time with them than I regularly do everyday since I have to leave them alone to go to work a lot. Everyone seemed real relaxed and peaceful when I got home from all her loving attention. So grateful! This was my first time using the TH app and it was such a cool experience! It has even made me re-consider how I look at meet up apps and generally see social media in a brighter light my experience was so good. In case your wondering about details of the sit I will mention that It was the first time I left my dog Oso I rescued 8 months ago with anyone else. Mariah gave Oso nice long walks that he loves and also made him amazing home cooked meals! I also don’t feed my dog much dry food (*if you really love your animals I recommend looking into how bad it is for them to eat that junk) so although I told Mariah she could just feed Oso kibble to keep things easy she totally hooked him up with rice, and veggies to mix into his raw meat I usually feed him. She cooked him other recipes that sounded amazing also. He was happy AND healthy when I came home. I also take Oso on adventures pretty regularly where he can really get out in the wild and wear himself out. He didn’t seem to mind missing his adventures at all while I was gone with all the attention he got , especially with all the great walks he got around the neighborhood. I could go on and on with examples of how great Mariah was to my fur family but I don’t want to put any more pressure on her to do all that stuff every time 😂 In Gratatude, Daniel 🙏🏼😊

Blair and Adam were phenomenal housesitters! We couldn't have asked for a better family to take care of our pups and home. They went above and beyond leaving the house clean/tidy, sent multiple daily pictures of the adventures they went on with the dogs, and were super responsive before and during the stay. We can't recommend them enough!

Margie is an amazing guest and reliable sitter. She is very accommodating and willing to arrive on an earlier day than originally scheduled. She read through and followed our guidance, kept our cats comfortable, safe, and happy. It was only one-day stay, but she washed the bedding and cleaned our room even cleaner than we left. She left us with beautiful flower and lovely letter. We are so lucky to have her sit for our babies and strongly recommend her!

Gabrielle was an excellent sitter! She made us feel at ease and comfortable leaving our pets with her. She communicated the right amount for us to know what was going on but also to be able to disconnect a bit while we were on vacation. She did a great job of making sure everyone was well taken care of and that medicine was administered properly. And she kept the house in excellent condition! We would absolutely use Gabrielle again and you can trust that your house and pets will be loved while you are away.

Natalie was great! She came over early to meet Hester and see me in person. Hester took to her immediately! I left town comfortable that all would be well. I returned to a well kept house and a happy pup. I would love to have Natalie sit again

Marlen was such a blessing. We had another sitter cancel just a week before our vacation date so I was so relieved that she was able to step in at such short notice. She came to meet our pups a few days in advance so they would recognize her. While we were away, Marlen sent picture updates and made sure the dogs were cared for. So glad to have found someone like her to help us out.
