Reme and I never met except on Skype, but my intuition combined with the fantastic reviews that she had on this site, persuaded me that she would be the very best choice out of very many very suitable applications for our house and cat care while we were away. She had to rendezvous with the previous sitter and absorb a great deal of information in a very short time. It was clear that this was no problem for her, and she soon gained the affections and trust of the cats and managing a big house was obviously no problem for her. I received frequent reassuring texts, endearing photos and videos of the three cats, the squirrel, and all very professionally shot! She took care of the garden in a very hot, dry period and must have done a lot of watering. When we returned the garden had been tidied and paths swept, the house was immaculate and Reme had left some delicious home made Spanish soup and a pasta dish for our supper. I would be more than delighted if Reme would come and sit again, the only problem being the distance between her and Spain for short sits! I very much hope we meet face to face, although I already feel that I know, like and trust her.
