I was a little nervous trying zeewoi for the first time, but Xan immediately put me at ease from the moment we met. They answered all of my (many) questions, and I knew my cat would be in great hands while I travelled for two weeks. Xan was a great communicator, sending lots of photos and videos of my cat on a regular basis. They took excellent care of him, as well as my flat - it was in immaculate condition upon my return. I would highly recommend Xan to anyone and would welcome them back anytime.
I’ve had such a wonderful time looking after Henry twice now. He’s great fun - a real character - and very loving. He’s also good company and we enjoyed exploring the countryside together. Annie was very welcoming and gave clear instructions for looking after both Henry and the house, and was easily contactable and helpful during the house-sit. The house is beautiful with many places to relax, both inside and out in the garden, and is in a very friendly neighbourhood. There are shops a few minutes walk away, and also woods and open fields nearby for dog-walking. Bristol is only about 15 mins on the bus and a great place to explore. I would recommend absolutely everything about this house-sit and hope very much to do it again.
This was a wonderful sit and we already miss sweet Bolt! Our hosts Jessica and Mary Jo were phenomenal communicators, extremely welcoming, and seemed sincerely grateful for our daily Bolt photos and updates. The house was very comfortable: two of us easily worked from it with lots of options of spaces, and there was the bonus of great workout equipment. The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and easy to explore the rest of the city from. Bolt has many lovable characteristics, enjoyed his daily walk, and while he seemed intent on protecting the house with some surprising barks here and there, he mostly just snoozed in various locations and delighted us with his happy mouth smacks. We hope to care for this creature again!
I had such a wonderful time house sitting for Jess and looking after Snowy, Mitsy and Immy. Jess was really kind and let me leave my suitcase there before my arrival date which was more convenient for me. She made me feel really welcome from the moment I arrived and the pets were such a joy to look after. Snowy is so good natured, he just wants to be loved and cuddled and I fell totally in love with Mitsy and Immy the two cats who are very cuddly too! The house is a great location and well connected and right by Clapham Common. Couldn’t recommend the house sit anymore!
It was a pleasure being here. Squeek and Henry are super cuddly . They took a while to warm up to us, but once they did, they loved to be near us and loved to be pet. Sarah and her husband are very nice and friendly. They made us feel welcomed the entire time Their home is located in the 5th, which is a lovely area near the seine Thank you for having us !
We had initially applied and confirmed to sit with the two cats, Doppels and Bandit. About a week before the sit was to begin, Rob and Nancy called to ask if there would be any chance that we would also sit with their dog, Cashmere. After they explained all the circumstances around him, we agreed. We were invited over the day before the sit was to begin and had lunch with Rob and Nancy and met the pets. The cats are very sweet and loving. They have only had Cashmere for two months and he is under 2 years old. He’s a big dog, mainly great pyrenees, and so sweet. He does have a few issues that they are working on and at this point they are keeping him separated from the cats. The house is bright and sunny and comfortable. It is in a great neighborhood, across the street from a park. Rob and Nancy were very easy to communicate with, and we were in contact with them most days.
