My time in Bowen was magical! Yvonne was so welcoming and helpful and Pepper was such a joy to watch over😊 Yvonne was so kind and showed me around Bowen before she left and introduced me to her lovely friends. Pepper was so funny and made me laugh every day as she has such a special personality. Louisa is such an incredibly special person. Her generosity and fun loving spirit is what drove me to love this place immediately. Her gorgeous animals are the best company, they are so smart and loved, it made them easy to look after. The town is quiet and small, perfect for fresh air and a peaceful getaway - I’d go back any day. Louisa made me feel so comfortable and I’m now very lucky enough to call her a close friend, will definitely be seeing her again xx
Alma was a true hike buddy, she loves her walks and we had an amazing time walking around town together, she sometimes snaps when she spots cats and other dogs. At home, she likes to always be around you and relax once she feels comfortable with you. She also likes to prepare surprises like getting stuff from the kitchen island, so in this perspective, she requires extra attention. Overall everything else was amazing, the communication with Aimee was also good, always replied on time being a sweetheart.
We loved sitting for Becca and would return to look after Tiger again! The house was cosy and beautiful and the views were incredible. Thank you very much for having us! ☺️
Sitting for Gail was hassle-free and convenient for me as I made my way to a series of planned sits in other states. The dogs were easy to care for and all very sweet. The fenced back yard made it easy to let the dogs in and out and to sit outside in the sunshine. I would housesit again any time!
Chewie was a very sweet well mannered mini bear! The house however needs to have a deep clean and more supplies available such as soap and toilet paper. Chewie has a lot of dander and his slobber gets on a lot of things, I brushed him out several times while I was there and used a deodorizer spray, which he can’t help but the owner could get him groomed more and have the house cleaned. There are special water bowls that help prevent this that they could get. Chewie is great on walks and everyone will stop you to ask about him or get a selfie. Make sure if you are going to play with him you are prepared he accidentally knocked me down he doesn’t know his strength or size lol. But he is very loving and sweet dog
