Victoria and Alberto were fantastic with our 2 dogs during our 10 day sit. We arranged to meet in-person prior to booking the sit and found them to be such a thoughtful and warm family. One of our dogs can be quite anxious but by the end of the evening, we could tell he was already quite comfortable with them. They were very communicative and provided updates with pictures and videos. They took our dogs on walks and hikes and even our neighbors commented how lovely they were. There was an incident with another dog in our neighborhood (completely out of their control) and they handled the situation just as we would have and notified us right away. We returned to a clean home and Victoria even did a final walk through video. We highly recommend Victoria and Alberto and would welcome them back anytime!
