Neilia did an excellent job of caring for our pets and our home. She kept in close communication with us and texted photos of the pack activities throughout the stay. Neilia is exceptionally neat and tidy, the house was immaculate when we arrived home late and was ready for us to crash after a long day of traveling (clean sheets, fed and walked pets)! Neilia handled a tough situation where Auttie ate her glove and had to get her to throw it up, a tricky task. Everything came out ok, although the glove was a complete loss. Neilia demonstrated a true love of animals and bonded quickly with Auttie, Milo and Wali. We hope to be fortunate enough to have Neilia stay with our pets again sometime in the future, we really appreciated the caring attention she gave our pets and home.
