Pet sitting for Hillary was a wonderful experience. Polly is intelligent, affectionate, fun, and well-trained. She was an absolute joy to be with. Hillary and Adam are consummate hosts - warm, friendly, personable, and accommodating. They made us feel welcome from the beginning. Their clear instructions and organization made this a smooth and easy sit. We had all the information we needed. Communication with them was great and they were always available whenever we had questions. Their lovely home is just a few minutes’ walk from shops and buses. We really enjoyed Wallingford - it has all the amenities of a town, plus nice walks and history. It’s a quick drive to other pretty villages and towns, and an easy bus ride to Oxford. We’re glad we got the opportunity to pet sit for them!
Very nice place and cats are very lovely
This was a great house and pet sit in a lovely quiet part of Austria. Since we live in Vienna, we were able to visit Dagmar a few weeks earlier for an afternoon so we knew what to expect and were even more eager to take on the sit! Communications before and during were excellent and Dagmar’s written instructions and guidance were detailed and comprehensive. Zorro is easy-going and was easy to look after and feed and enjoyed his daily walks although he seems to have his preferred routes – he knows where he can get a treat from a neighbour! The three cats were quite lively at feeding time but great fun and most of the time would wander off into the garden and the surrounding fields: there was no need to be worried about them not coming back. Over the two weeks they became more and more affectionate. The house is very spacious and comfortable and has everything one might need. It’s very quiet and peaceful so perfect for relaxing and catching up on your reading. We really enjoyed walking in the surrounding area – autumn was just past its peak, so the woods were especially lovely. The view over the neighbouring fields and farms from Dagmar’s large veranda is stunning and was a joy to behold especially early in the morning and when the sun was going down. As a keen photographer I was able to take some great photos. We were able to spend time visiting the town of Güssing and some other local attractions and Zorro was quite happy to be left at home for a couple of hours. Thank you Dagmar and we look forward to seeing you again!
We had a joyful stay with Ebba! Ebba is a beautiful and chill kitten. We enjoyed playing and hanging out with her. Kara's home was beautiful and spacious for our family of 4. We were able to explore the city easily, either by walking or public transportation. Kara is very kind and responsive. She even left a thoughtful gift of cookies for us to enjoy. Highly recommend this housesit for a low key and peaceful time in Chicago.
i loved it so much. Magic appartement, Rocksy is so clever and cute and always hungry. I had perfect and lovely conversation with Mirjana. Good organized. we did not meet, but conversation per video was perfect. highly recommend, and love to be there again
