House and pet sitting Buster for Jeanne was a pleasure. Jeanne was very welcoming and so was her home. Her home is clean, organized, and comfortable. She had prepared a guest room with lots of closet space and a nice bathroom for me to use which made settling in feel easy and quick. The kitchen had great quality tools to be able to cook and prepare all my meals and fresh tomatoes, parsley, and Basil growing right outside. There was ample space to work from. For this, I especially appreciated her back yard. Not only because there is plenty of functional and relaxing areas to sit outside, but it’s also full of beautiful flowers and plants that bring hummingbirds and butterflies etc. I spent most of the time there alternating between sitting in the covered area of her backyard and the area more exposed to sun. Similarly Buster alternated between sun bathing and cooling off inside. Buster is very sweet and mellow. He made very thoughtful decisions about if and where he would like to take a walk each day. In the process he calmly guided me through quite a bit of the neighborhood! The neighborhood is very special. There are lots of small parks and there is a community area with a pool, jacuzzi, and tennis/pickle ball courts. The pool has lanes for swimming and areas for play. It has lots of seating options. This neighborhood is a short drive to the beautiful beaches, surf breaks, farmers markets and popular sights in the area. All in all, a great experience. Lovely home, lovely pup and lovely pet parents.
It was an absolute joy to stay in Peter, Alex and their families beautiful home and look after Storm and Smudge! We couldn’t have asked for better communication, and really appreciated the in-person welcome on arrival, as well as the useful online welcome pack to refer back to during our stay. The welcome gifts were also a lovely surprise! :) The house was so nice and homey, with plenty of space, right in the heart of the Welsh countryside, with beautiful walks and lovely little towns nearby. The house also has such an incredible view and is the perfect getaway! Spending a the week with Storm and Smudge was an absolute pleasure. Storm is so playful, loving, full of character and just so well behaved. She loves her ball more than anything, and her love of cosying up on the sofa or in front of the fire is unmatched. She is just the best to be around. We loved taking Storm to the beach and spent hours playing in the garden with her. She’s happiest when off lead roaming around the countryside and always stays close by! Smudge is sweet, curious, full of character and so soft and lovely to handle. She enjoys her freedom to eat all the grass in the daytime and a little cuddle when she comes in in the evening. A seriously cute and low maintenance little legend! We couldn’t recommend this sit more! Thank you for having us Peter, Alex and family :) we so hope to be back again soon.
We totally enjoyed the sit. The dogs got so much characters. Missy is so lively always want to play while Roly is more relax and prefer to sleep next to us on the couch. Ziggy is typical cat could be very cuddly or a little sassy depends on the mood. The highlight is Ziggy joined us when we taking dogs for a walk. That's so amazing! Nice house and right by the lake. On sunny day can watch sailing from the living room. Louise and family are so lovely. Highly recommended.
We had a lovely sit with Jura and Orlando. Jura loved his walks in the fields behind the house and was easy to handle. Great on recall. Back at the house he was happy to lounge around and cuddle up. Orlando was happy to do her own thing and let us know when she wanted attention. Angela has a beautiful home in a great location. Everything was very straight forward. Would highly recommend a sit with this family.
Melissa is very kind, her house is very cozy and central, Josephine is very affectionate, she will always wake you up with kisses, she loves to cuddle, she is very pretty and she likes to play all the time. if they choose you, take good care of her 🧡
This was such a lovely house sit!. Rumi is delightful and Hannah and Alberto made us feel very welcome and even made us a lovely (and delicious) meal when we met!! Highly recommend housesitting for Hannah, Alberto, Rumi and Lluna :)
