Susan was so kind and generous and her dog Hallie a real joy to care for!
Belinda's home is in a wonderful part of Reykjavik. Very walkable and easy to maneuver. I was greeted with a lovely dinner and great conversation. Her home is comfortable and well appointed. Her pets were all so unique!! Mia was as sweet as could be!! She was a great walking companion (loves to sniff) and a super cuddle buddy. Mimi kept to herself, happily playing on the scratch tower. She was content with a clean litter box, bowl full of food and an occasional pet. I instantly took to Rusina, the sphinx. She is a VERY cool and unique cat!! We got along well unless I was trying to give her her daily pills. I felt terrible as I was unsuccessful after the first two days. My lack of experience with cats certainly came into play. Thankfully, Belinda was very understanding. I would recommend this sit for experienced cat people who love to walk an adorable dog in an easy and beautiful city!!
We loved house sitting for Judy and Tim, they could not have been more welcoming and served us dinner on our first night there. Every question was answered in a detailed printed booklet and they sent us a soft copy in advance. Beau and Socks are great pups and give just as much love as they demand. The house is great and portrush is lovely. If you sit there, try the chicken wings at Kiwis bar!
An excellent sit! Phil is a great guy, very relaxed and easy going. He provided great information and instructions on caring for Jack and his place is great as well. Jack is laid back and quiet, easy to care for and spend time with. He quickly bonded with us and always wanted to be close at hand. We'd love to spend time with Jack again in the future!
Louise was super accommodating and easy to communicate. The dogs where lovely and easy to handle:l. They have early feeding times(and they will let you know!) but they just want to give love.
Had a great stay at Sevenoaks. James was easy to keep in contact with the whole way through and answered any questions I had. Murphy was a great companion during my stay. Although he is a little excitable and can be a bit of a handful at first, he definitely settles as he gets used to you. Over all he is a very sweet dog and he will be missed! Would definitely house sit with Murphy again.
