Pet Sitters in Glenmont, NY

We could not have been more happy with our experience having Shelby and her significant other, Marty stay in our home for 2 1/2 weeks. They took excellent care of our beloved labradoodle, Wilt and our home was in impeccable shape upon our return. Shelby sent me photos of Wilt throughout our vacation and responded to my calls and text messages in a timely fashion. It was a wonderful experience all the way around!

Sarah and Gerard were great! The house was extremely tidy on our return and we had amazingly sharp knives thanks to Gerard’s travelling knife kit. They were really friendly and we felt so comfortable leaving our pets with them. Nero and Juno were very happy on our return. We would highly recommend them and if they want to come back to NZ we would have them back again!

Lynda and her lovely husband took superb care of our house and our 3 cats. This is saying something, considering that the house is older and requires some TLC, one the cats was recently adopted and was having transition anxiety, and several winter storms blew through the area. We were so happy they were sitting for us and having such confidence helped us have a worry-free holiday. They kept in touch with us the right amount -- enough updates and pictures to keep us happy, but certainly not an interference inn our away time. And it seemed like they enjoyed the local area, so they got to benefit from the exchange, too, which is largely the point of zeewoi. The cats were happy and healthy and the house was immaculate upon our return. We gladly recommend Lynda and her husband to anyone looking to have them house/pet sit.

Genevieve was phenomenal and we hope she’ll come back to watch our three again! She took excellent care of our pets the easiest one twice daily medication, one has intense food seeking behaviors. Moreover, she left the house in great shape. Genevieve was a pleasure to work with, hysterically funny, and we felt so comfortable having her in our home!

Danielle & John were incredible! They were very communicative before & during the stay. We had to adjust our dates a bit and they were extremely flexible & worked with us on it. Not only were they consistently sending pictures of our Bernese mountain dog, Calvin but even took him on a couple adventures with them over the weekend which we so appreciated! When we returned home the house was just as we had left it and Calvin was as happy as can be! We would definitely invite them to stay again in the future.

I can not speak more highly of Nicole - what a wonderful, warm and friendly, clean and tidy person! Her communications before the sit was perfect and reassuring especially since she was coming from another country. Nicole was an absolute gem of a house/pet sitter and MIa our pooch was very contented - it was obvious that she had been well looked after. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Nicole as a pet/house sitter!

We feel SO lucky to have found Kristin!!! She was so kind to sit for us very last minute as the other person we got on zeewoi fell through. She was extremely flexible to come the night that she landed from an international flight and stay the night before we left and even dropped us off at the airport in the morning. She is incredibly self sufficient and was even able to fix an issue that our automated litter box had. That being said, she was great about sending updates with pictures so we felt very at ease for the week we were gone. Our babies are not the easiest to take of sometimes but she never complained and they seemed to have a great time with her!! The cherry on top of everything was how clean she left our house including cleaning the sheets, towels and blankets. It was above and beyond what we expect from any pet sitter and made it so nice that we found our house exactly how we left it, if not cleaner. There is so much more I could say about how kind and detailed she is, just overall a fantastic person and we would love to have Kristin back anytime!! If you get her as an applicant, definitely make sure you secure her as your sitter!

Yana jumped in for a last minute sit and was a huge help. She picked up all the details in no time, and took wonderful care of our pets and our home. We hope to have her for a longer stay in the future. Definitely recommend.

Christine and Mark could not have been more charming or more trustworthy and capable of looking after our cat and our rather complicated home. They were unfortunate enough to be at our home during substantial building works and never made a fuss about this. Everything was immaculate when we returned apart from a leaking shower which was not in any way their fault and which they dealt with very effectively when the need arose. I strongly recommend Christine and Mark as zeewoi.

This is the second time Karen has sat for us and hopefully she will be sitting for us again this August.

Keri and Aaron were kind enough to come for a visit a couple of days before the start of their sit. During the sit, They sent regular updates and pictures, and all seemed to go well.

Rebecca is very sweet and incredibly considerate. We had a nice long zoom call before confirming the sit and she was easy to talk to. At the time I had two kitties and one was very ill. Rebecca asked thoughtful questions and had so much experience that my stress and anxiety were alleviated; I was grateful to have found her and felt completely comfortable entrusting my kitties and little piece of paradise to her. Unfortunately my Fizzy Fitzy's health deteriorated and he didn't make it. I let Rebecca know before the sit that it would be only one kitty and that he would be adjusting to the loss of his "brother" and companion and might need more care and attention. She was so kind and again, I felt like the universe had sent me the right person. Rebecca and I got a chance to meet as we overlapped by an hour or two on day one; I was so glad to be able to see her in person and give her a hug before I left. I returned after about 10 days to a calm kitty (which was amazing given that he'd just lost his lifelong companion) and an immaculate apartment. Rebecca even washed the sheets and made the bed which was so beyond helpful and appreciated after a tiring trip. Rebecca sent me a long message on the last day letting me know what had been done and showing a walk-through of the home (she's very thorough, which I love), so I knew what I was coming home to down to the fruit in the fridge. Seriously, the place was immaculate! I know you're journeying on Rebecca but I would love to have you sit anytime. Thank you!
