Deborah is absolutely fantastic and I would not hesitate to use her again. She took great care of our pet family and house while we were gone and everything was sparkling clean on our return. We received updates and needed information while absent and honestly didn't worry at all while we were gone.

Natalia was a great sitter. She was dependable, a good communicator and left the house clean and tidy. We can recommend her to care for your pet and house.

They are the best!!! I feel so comfortable with Sonia and Ezequiel taking care of my dog Venice (a 65 lb pit bull) which isn’t easy! If you have the opportunity to accept them, don’t hesitate for a moment!!

Jenna was lovely. So easy going with the dogs. She sent photos and kept in communication with me. The house was so tidy when I came home. She even left a thoughtful card and a plant as a present.

Although I have used TH several times since 2018, this is the first review I have submitted. Tom has restored my faith in both TH in general and sitters under 30 in particular! Tom arrived late on a Friday night and I did not leave until Monday afternoon so I could show him around. At some point either on Saturday or early Sunday I noticed Tigger following him around. It was obvious he wanted to be close to Tom. I had never seen Tigger do this before. The previous sitter took good care of them, but I did not see much affection or connection even after 4 months together. With Tom I could see it almost immediately. It was mutual between him and the dogs. He cooked their meat and veggies to mix in with the kibble, gave Tigger his obligatory supplement every day and walked them very early on the beach before the sun was too hot, playing with them in the ocean at times. I received photos and an occasional video of them and could see how happy they were - to the point where I thought they might get depressed when he left! Fortunately, they didn't... Tom is just so calm with a lovely energy that the dogs obviously sense. Considering his prior experiences were mostly with cats I was surprised at how quickly he "clicked" with them and would highly recommend him as a sitter for any pet. If I could give him more than 5 stars in the pet care category I would! He did not complain when the internet was erratic and/or the electricity went off (for some reason, much more during the 2 months he was here than usually happens in the better part of a year!), but let me know so I could contact the neighbors and find out what was going on. As for the house and my possessions (I put those in the "tidiness" category) I have yet to have any sitter who has not left at least a few or sometimes many things either broken or damaged or even lost, not to mention dirty - even though they were clean when the sit started. The difference with Tom was that he good-naturedly came back (he stayed nearby at a new friend's house for a few days after the sit) and spent the better part of an afternoon cleaning most of the things that had been left dirty. And when I pointed out some damage to a wall he offered to pay to fix it (I did not accept, but very much appreciated the offer). Speaking of cleaning, I bought a brand new vacuum right before the previous sit started in order to make cleaning easier for the sitter. It was still in the box. When I returned it was lying on the living room floor covered in thick dust on the outside and filthy inside the drum where the filthy filters were; and the tube and attachment were completely clogged. I cleared out the tube, but gave up on the drum and filter after removing some of the dirt. I wasn't even sure it would work. Tom cleaned it all up and was able to use it! He also helped me upload a couple of photos onto my listing. He is so pleasant and considerate, asking about things he was in doubt about instead of just doing them and hoping he had made the right choice - unfortunately, I can't think of a specific instance right now and since I believe today is the last day to submit the review they will remain unsaid. In closing, I would like to publicly thank Tom for giving such loving care to Tigger and Shala. I highly recommend that you choose him as a sitter - your pets will thank you! :)

We couldn’t have asked for more from a house/dog sitter. Julie really loved Mack and Dudley and went above and beyond in terms of walks, love and care. I would throughly recommend her sitting and hope she will come back again. Thankyou Julie x

Daria and Anthony were heaven-sent for my 5-week trip overseas! They communicated well with me, sent me updates, and asked questions. My house was in great order and tidy when I returned. Most importantly, I came home to a happy, much more chill (usually anxious) pup! Thank you both for caring for my house and lovin’ on Roxy. She already misses you both!

Lea was an amazing sitter and we'd have her back in a heartbeat! She was extremely communicative with lots of photos and videos of our sweet girl while we were gone for 10 days. She left our home spotless and clearly took great care of Lexi. Thanks for everything, Lea!

Samuel was very flexible with our flight delays and communicated with us regularly through the whole process (pre-sit and post-sit)! His daily pictures/videos of belly rubs and hiking adventures kept us connected to our happy dog for three weeks. Summit and Samuel got along great, and it sounds like both hope they meet again in the future! They house was clean and tidy when we returned. Thank you Samuel!

Magdalena had an emergency early on so left Sebastian to manage on his own. That's why a team sit is good! My dog probably had longer periods alone than we were expecting but at least there was no interruption. I believe Sebastian made extra efforts to adjust his work schedule to come home when the dog needed to be walked. I don't speak spanish very well but they tolerated my efforts and used as much English as they could. Texting and translation apps were enough to have good communication. They could have left the house cleaner by sweeping the floor and putting away items used. However the most important things were good care of my dog and trustworthiness which I was satisfied with. I think it would have been even better under different circumstances had Magdalena been able to stay the full two weeks.

Marah was a dream to have in my home. I have an anxious dog and he took to her right away, which helped ease my mind while I was gone. She also sent me photos while she was here, which was very much appreciated. I hope to have her stay again in the coming months!
