Robin and Judi are kind and generous hosts. We met up a few weeks before the sit and the night before they cooked us a lovely meal. Sam and Leo are very easy to look after , very entertaining too. Joey is like the little devil on Sam’s shoulder ! They like to be with you all the time , and both enjoy cuddles on the sofa. Sam has no problem at all taking his medication. There are lots of lovely walks around the area and a convenience store and a few other shops just down the road. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Thanks for having us look after your lovely dogs and home.
Lynne, it was an absolute pleasure caring for your home and gorgeous Mia was a delightful hostess, so easy to care for. Your home was within minutes walking distance away from public transport and shops, which made it easily accessible for me (having no transport for the moment) and I enjoyed pizza and an ice block from the local shops. In my time of need, it was great to have the support of your neighbour and between the three of us we worked out a way for me to get inside, so that was great team work. I'd be delighted to sit again, but also highly recommend this opportunity to others.
I had an amazing housesit with Ella! The apartment provided the perfect haven for my stay, complete with remote work setup, ample light, an equipped kitchen, and plants! My hosts, Adam and his wife, left a lasting impression. Their laidback nature made communication a breeze, and I knew they were just a message away if I ever needed anything. Their helpful insights, such as sharing their favorite walks like the enchanting Thetis Lake, showcased their commitment to ensuring my stay was splendid. I'm truly grateful for their generosity in letting me use their car, which allowed Ella and I to explore Victoria’s more picturesque, nature-oriented hikes and walks along Dallas Road. Now, let's talk about Ella, the four-legged bundle of joy who made my heart melt. Ella was an exceptional companion. Only 2 years old, she has a friendly, playful, intelligent, and loving energy. She was truly the best companion. Don’t let her petite size fool you – she's more than capable of keeping up during hikes! Her occasional barks, which are quite common among Yorkies, and her tendency to hide under the couch were her only quirks, but her parents are actively addressing these behaviors. Thank you Adam and Hayleigh for a wonderful time <3 I would come back in a heartbeat!
