Monica was very nice and respectful throughout her stay, and her communication was excellent—she kept us regularly updated on the house and our dogs, which we greatly appreciated. However one of dogs needs regular walks as mentioned in our responsibilities section and she didn’t walk him during her stay, she also had a bit of trouble with our home automation and alarm system, but it didn’t take away from the fact that overall she was trustworthy and took great care of everything.

Maria was an enjoyable and engaging house/pet sitter. In the current world of routine flight cancellations, Maria's originating flight was delayed which caused her and other passengers to miss their connecting flights. Maria navigated the process of getting booked on another flight and finding overnight lodging while maintaining timely contact with us about her itinerary change and her genuine concern for our plans. We think this demonstrated good composure, organizational skills, reliability and self-sufficiency for a young person. Maria took excellent care of our home and our dog, Lena. She walked Lena on a regular basis and sent pictures and videos of Lena. Upon arriving home, we could tell that Lena had warmed up nicely to Maria. We would highly recommend Maria for future house and pet sitting opportunities.

Nadia is amazing. She took care of your 3 cats perfectly, they looked so happy, clean and brushed when we come back home. The house was also very clean. She sent us daily updates and pictures of them and she was very flexible with the dates. We will use her again for sure to take care of our cats and house! We wish every housesitter was this great!

Ann and Scott took fantastic care of our special girl - walking her multiple times a day for exercise in the woods, at the bog, bringing her to the dog park to run her little heart out, and playing with her in our backyard. She was a happy girl and safe in their care. They bonded very quickly with her and I'm sure they will miss her as we did while we were gone. Their communication was awesome; they were always in touch with us. We highly recommend Scott and Ann for any of your pet needs.

Both of the ladies were easy to work with and they’re super friendly. They cleaned up prior to leaving and even washed my sheets and towels. They sent videos and pics of my babies and I could tell my babies felt really comfortable with them. I only had one little hiccup during the sit that they were out for about 8 hours one day when I had mentioned that I’d prefer for the dogs not be left by themselves for more than 6 hrs. In the grand scheme of things, this was minor because my babies were still happy campers.

Wendy took great care of my cat while I was away and left my space just as I left it. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a pet sitter! Thank you Wendy!

Although I have used TH several times since 2018, this is the first review I have submitted. Tom has restored my faith in both TH in general and sitters under 30 in particular! Tom arrived late on a Friday night and I did not leave until Monday afternoon so I could show him around. At some point either on Saturday or early Sunday I noticed Tigger following him around. It was obvious he wanted to be close to Tom. I had never seen Tigger do this before. The previous sitter took good care of them, but I did not see much affection or connection even after 4 months together. With Tom I could see it almost immediately. It was mutual between him and the dogs. He cooked their meat and veggies to mix in with the kibble, gave Tigger his obligatory supplement every day and walked them very early on the beach before the sun was too hot, playing with them in the ocean at times. I received photos and an occasional video of them and could see how happy they were - to the point where I thought they might get depressed when he left! Fortunately, they didn't... Tom is just so calm with a lovely energy that the dogs obviously sense. Considering his prior experiences were mostly with cats I was surprised at how quickly he "clicked" with them and would highly recommend him as a sitter for any pet. If I could give him more than 5 stars in the pet care category I would! He did not complain when the internet was erratic and/or the electricity went off (for some reason, much more during the 2 months he was here than usually happens in the better part of a year!), but let me know so I could contact the neighbors and find out what was going on. As for the house and my possessions (I put those in the "tidiness" category) I have yet to have any sitter who has not left at least a few or sometimes many things either broken or damaged or even lost, not to mention dirty - even though they were clean when the sit started. The difference with Tom was that he good-naturedly came back (he stayed nearby at a new friend's house for a few days after the sit) and spent the better part of an afternoon cleaning most of the things that had been left dirty. And when I pointed out some damage to a wall he offered to pay to fix it (I did not accept, but very much appreciated the offer). Speaking of cleaning, I bought a brand new vacuum right before the previous sit started in order to make cleaning easier for the sitter. It was still in the box. When I returned it was lying on the living room floor covered in thick dust on the outside and filthy inside the drum where the filthy filters were; and the tube and attachment were completely clogged. I cleared out the tube, but gave up on the drum and filter after removing some of the dirt. I wasn't even sure it would work. Tom cleaned it all up and was able to use it! He also helped me upload a couple of photos onto my listing. He is so pleasant and considerate, asking about things he was in doubt about instead of just doing them and hoping he had made the right choice - unfortunately, I can't think of a specific instance right now and since I believe today is the last day to submit the review they will remain unsaid. In closing, I would like to publicly thank Tom for giving such loving care to Tigger and Shala. I highly recommend that you choose him as a sitter - your pets will thank you! :)

I absolutely LOVED having Yardena be my pet sitter. She sent lots of pictures and videos that showed my pup having so much fun. It honestly gave me piece of mind. She followed all the directions and was very communicative with what was needed if anything was needed. When I came back, the house was left just as clean, if not cleaner, than when I left it! She also left me a collage of lovely pics she took of my dog. It nearly brought me to tears. 10/10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! Sitters like her make me trust in the app more and more.

It was a pleasure to meet Cynthia and to feel so confident leaving our cats and house in her care. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived back, washing all done (as far as possible), and the photos she sent during her sit showed 2 very happy (spoilt?) cats.
