Linnea and Chris are great cat owners. I felt really welcome and at ease in their cosy home. The communication beforehand as well as the instructions for taking care of Boomer and about their place is excellent. Boomer is a sweet cat, we enjoyed each other's company a lot. I would describe Boomer as gentle, shy but very affectionate and I was impressed on how sharp she is when it comes to "hunting" her toys. Altogether I loved my stay. I needed a place to rest and plan my trip to Norway, so the quietness in the appartement and the neighborhood was very helpful. Also the many features of the apartment invited me to spend a lot of time inside... with Boomer :) I highly recommend this sit!
I had the pleasure of taking care of Scout for two weeks in March. What a well-trained, sweet-natured boy he is! Sue had everything prepared for Scout's care including an organized book with commands, favorite walks, dog-friendly restaurants and shops, and emergency info. Also, she has a lovely home in a friendly, beautiful village. I'd be happy to return!
We sat for Liz and Dave in June last year and loved looking after their dogs and cats. They have a gorgeous home set in a lovely part of the world. Liz and Dave are very friendly and welcoming. We would love to sit for them again if it is possible.
Wonderful and creative space right by the ocean. Hansel and Noodles were the best of companions. Hansel is super affectionate and Noodles a bit more shy. They are both quirky, full of personality, and were great to be around. Patrick was super communicative, considerate, accessible, and patient. I really appreciated his flexibility with me and my arrival date and time as my flight was terribly delayed. During the sit, he was very easily reachable as well which I highly appreciated. The handbook was very well written and instructions were super clear. I enjoyed this sit a lot! Thank you so much for having me!
Staying with Sebastian for a couple of days has been such a great experience! ✨ He is an adorable boy who likes his food and his bed haha 😆 Sometimes, he gets curious about what his human is up to and checks things out. However, he's a gentleman and won't bother you if you're busy on the laptop. Jenny is always communicative and considerate. Lifesavers! We had to find a new daycare for our Boston Terrier (previous one was also amazing but was way too far). They were accommodating but also very professional, screening the dog before starting. They provide daily updates and always pay close attention to our pup. He loooves Daniel, Tra'Shay and all the rest of the staff. Going 5 times a week for basically a year without any issues whatsoever.
Since day one we have had nothing but great experiences at Doggies Gone Wild! My mini Australian Shepherd, Solo, loves loves loves coming here. As soon as we park he is excited to spend the day with the staff and other doggos! We recently used them for an overnight stay and would definitely use them again. Staff is always friendly, the daily pictures also demonstrates the care and attention Solo gets, and the fun events make this daycare worthwhile. Definitely recommend bringing your fur babies here!

I have never felt uncomfortable when leaving my dog for the weekend with the friendly and caring staff. The atmosphere is clean and the staff genuinely cares about the needs and well being of my dog. My dog actually gets excited when she realizes where she is going for the weekend!
I took my toy poodle Titi there for the first time today. I loved how Karla groomed her. She did a phenomenal job. She even came out to speak with me and compared pictures of the type of style I was looking for. Excellent customer service. Will definitely continue to take Titi there.
My dog Turbo absolutely loves this place. They have a clean facility and the play area for the dogs is very interactive and a perfect place for my dog to play with other dogs and people. This was our family’s first time boarding our German Shepherd and I must say we were very happy with Florencia and all her services. Most places make boarding super complicated and expensive, she made everything simple and had reasonable prices. I feel comfortable leaving our pets with her in the future, she's very trustworthy and you can tell she has a passion for what she does. HIGHLY recommended.
Great Service! Florencia is a friendly and professional person. She treats the dogs like a family. I've tried her services many times. She is good in grooming and she is able to meet your needs for example hours that sometimes it's hard with other big grooming companies. She is always a courteous person and able to manage more dogs at the same time. I tried also boarding with her and my dog had a lot of fun there with her and other dogs. What I like most is that this boarding is what I was looking for, is a house where pets feel like they are at their house. Other places around Miami are like zoos where dogs are treated as a number end they spend a lot of time in the cage. Here, with Florencia, pets are free and safe at the same time.
Let me start by telling you that the best part of my 2 week’s vacation, was coming back home to pick up 2 happy dogs. It was a truly peace of mind knowing that my babies where safe, they enjoyed their time so much, they played and socialize and had so much fun, We did took advantage of the full spa service and boy the looked and smelled so good after their bath. Conclusion l: we picked 2 happy and very clean pups. I will definitely use their services again. Thank you so much for taking such a good care of my babies.

I can not put into words how grateful we are to have found Claudia and her company Love 4 Paws. We have been using Love 4 Paws services since our 4 yr old Rhodesian was a 12 wk old puppy. She is not the easiest dog - timid with strangers and in general very shy, but she LOVES Claudia. I never have to worry when she is in Claudia's care. We have used the walking, dog boarding, and home day care services. Claudia is an excellent communicator, sends photos often, and is always willing to help with a last minute request. Claudia is the best person to take care of your pets. She is super caring and responsible. She has always treated my furry babies as her own and Boss is actually the best assistant she could wish for. He is always willing to play with other dogs and even when my very loud chihuahua bothers him, he is always patient. I feel like she always comes back better behaved after staying with them. We moved from nyc last year and had no idea who would groom our dog, Gustav. I asked around, but he’s extremely large (110lbs) and was always put on a waitlist. I finally got an appointment on Lincoln rd and it was HORRIBLE. We already knew Valentina from the neighborhood and Gustav loves her, maybe more than me. I begged her fit him in and we’ve never looked back. I drop him off in the morning and he has the BEST day at her house, playing with all the other dogs and getting groomed. It’s always a full day because of his size, but she never complains and drops him off in the evening. She’s honestly the best in Miami. She also boards dogs, which I haven’t done, but she’d be the only person I’d leave gustav with!!
Valentina is awesome. We trust her with our dog when we are away. You can tell how much she loves dogs and how much the dogs love her. I feel at ease knowing that our dog is with her. Highly recommend!

Where do I even begin?! Valentina has been helping my dogs since they were a couple months old. She is simply the best in Miami. She boards them, grooms them, and helps train them to be better dogs. She can seriously do it all!! She’s always available to text or call. She seriously cares about your pets like they’re her own, which is why I will always only have Valentina watch them!!! I love going on vacation knowing my boys are taken care of. She updates you all the time on their wellbeing! We just love her. I would recommend her 1000000x over! :)
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Like many, I rescued my pup during the pandemic. When I returned to the office, I was so overwhelmed about what to do with my dog on those extra long days and thankfully found Valentina's company!! Valentina and Giorgia took the time to come meet my dog and answer any/every question I had. Giorgia walks my pup and is AMAZING with her! Even with pouring rain, I can count on her. My pup isn't always the easiest, especially when you first meet her and can pull your arm off sometimes when walking, but Giorgia is just the best walking her. She also sends me an update on how the walk went with pictures and videos. Helps so much!! Highly HIGHLY recommend :) And you can see some of the pictures I received from Giorgia during my pup’s walks :)

I recently had the pleasure of using Aloha Pet Resort for my labrador Jay and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Very nice service the owner was very accommodating and genuinely kind. She explained everything about the boarding invited me to a tour and I went and was pleasant enough. I have a friend who has a boarding place down in Homestead too far for me this seemed like a good option . They say they post to Instagram so you can see how your cats are doing, but I just found one picture of one of my cats misidentified at first, but they have a lot of animals so I guess it’s not so easy to know who is who. I brought my own food and snacks for the cats and the, unused portions were returned to me along with the toys and a blanket that they suggest you talk to make them feel at home. My cats have become sweeter since returning home so it seems like it was a good move . That said I now have a flea infestation, which I did not have before at all. I reached out to the owner and at first not helpful then finally agreed to take my large cat and bathe him to de flea him which I expected that should have offered right away. I took him early they were accommodating and an hour later I went to pick him up and was told: “strange he had no fleas and his room where he stayed didn’t either” I was also surprised but also made me feel like they didn’t believe me. I was a bit disappointed that she didn’t take both cats so I ran home and bathed the smaller cat who has tons of fleas at home like is absolutely invested ((and there’s nothing that seems to work )). This is why I’m posting a review because after two treatments with advantage and Frontline a spray for my house, shampoo, money, time and effort I am awakened by fleabites on my legs and checking my kitten who sleeps on my bed I see them crawling on his face. I just don’t know what else to do. This is now a week into the return home, my bed is covered with fleas. My white cat is covered fleas, and the other cat is not. I can’t explain it. And now about to invest an extermination for $180 . So for a four day stay not including food at this resort it is so far cost: treatments, spray for bedding, and their stay: $600.00 total!!! I need to bathe my little white cat every day and figure out how to pick out the fleas one by one yanking his fur (because he has long white fur, which makes it almost impossible and I’m not a professional). So what turned from a really great experience to a nightmare and no final lasting m solution or help offered for my white cat who is filled with fleas as you can see in the pictures… which I had to figure out how to prove to them since they did not seem to believe me. My cats are indoor cats and I live on the 15th floor of my condo . Not a flea in sight ever before . They’ve never ever had fleas, and now my existence is riddled with red marks all over my legs and my kitten lives terrified daily as I pick at him to de-flea. I really didn’t want to leave this review, because at first they are very nice, but it turned into a nightmare and I feel like they have left me out here with no solution from them as I keep bleeding, both literally and financially.

I had the most amazing experience leaving Bobbie for boarding at Aloha Pet Resort. Girls were wonderful and you can tell they really care for dogs and what they do. This is by far the best Spa & Boarding center in all of Miami! Really did a ton of research because it can be scary to trust anybody with your fur family but at Rios you don’t have to worry about anything. My two dogs used to be very nervous around other animals but over here they were slowly but comfortably socializing more until they got to the point that they wanna spend more time here! Amazing service, communication, and attention. Highly recommended 10/10!!

Truly the best!! I’ve been taking my dog here for years and this summer I’ve been taking him even more than usual. My dog has such a good time there. The last time we took him there, when we went to pick him up he didn’t even want to stop playing with the dogs and the workers! The grooming is incredible, not to mention the boarding services. Every time our little boy comes back from Rio’s Pet Spa, we feel the service is always a 15/10!!!

I can not say enough good things about Patricia and the staff at Rio’s pet spa. I have never really lefts my 2 dogs anywhere but the vet and they came back a little depressed. Someone in the Shores recommended them and I decided to give them a try and I am so happy I did. I took the dogs for a trial day and they passed and I left them for 9 nights and they were very well cared for and I loved that I was able to see pictures of them on Instagram. I also took both my dogs for a bath there. I will definitely use them in the future for everything I need.
First time grooming. Front desk was extremely nice and you can tell they care for the pooches here. They know each dog by name and personality. My dog had a big smile on his face and his cut is smooth when I picked him up. Owners are always as nervous as the dogs in a new place, and the ladies of Rios pet spa took the time to show me and my doggy around the building areas. I will definitely be coming back here!!
always professional and happy people - clean eyes clean nails and if I am running late they don’t leave my dog caged for very long- Fur Parents pay attention if you baby doesn’t hesitate to go with the groomer then you know your baby is safe- there is an extra charge for day care so if you need to drop off early and pick up late you can - I recommend it and the price is reasonable specially nice to know it’s available when you need it- I have never used boarding but do recommend visit the place request a tour they are great! We always feel at ease going out of town knowing we have Jonathan doing such a great job taking care of our cat. He sends photos of each visit which is nice to confirm your pet is comfortable. He also is great about taking care of not just the litter box, but also watering the plants and keeping the house nice for when we return. We don't need to ever worry about leaving town knowing the cat is in good hands is a great feeling.
I never post reviews but I had to come here to say Four paws is hands down the best service there is. My cat is very shy and usually hides from strangers but he took to Jonathan immediately. Jonathan's animal loving heart shines through the moment you meet him. He is very professional as well but makes you feel like you've known each other for years at the same time. Apparently this is the part I'm supposed give a slight negative but there really aren't any negatives with this service. Highly highly recommend this company.
Best pet care service in Miami! The moment you meet Jonathan you can tell he truly loves animals.My Dachshund is nervous around most people but she loves Jonathan. Four Paws Pet Care is the best pet sitting service I’ve found in Miami. Jonathan and his crew are dependable and give my kitties lots of attention when I’m away, sending daily status updates with pictures. They look so happy in the photos, I wonder if they miss me!
It's never easy trusting your household and specially your children (dogs)! I never really hesistated contacting Jonathan since he was very well recommended by 2 trusted people... I was very happy that he exceeded my expectations! Not only was he able to acommodate me on a short notice since I was travelling out of the country, he also sent me a video or picture of every walk!!! My doberman emmediately fell in love with him!!! I will for sure be using Four Paws for all my future walks!!!
Can't complain! Jonathan took care of my cats while I was away. He also cleaned areas that can get messy, like around the litter box, and sent me daily photo updates that gave me piece of mind. Its so hard finding sitters you can trust after hearing so many horror stories. Definitely using Four Paws again and again!
The dog walkers/pet sitters of Four Paws are incredibly professional and have a great ability of bonding with my dog Marley. They keep you posted with videos and pictures, so you have a great sense of relief that you're four legged buddy is well taken care of. I highly recommend this company.
