Abi and Mark were stars - despite their flights being cancelled at Gatwick this Christmas, they found a way to get to us to take care of our cat while we were away! We were so grateful and so touched by their commitment and ingenuity. They took great care of our kitty and left the house tidy. They were a pleasure to have and we'd recommend them to anyone.

Magdalena was great at communicating with me leading up to our trip and while we were away, sending daily check in's. Very sweet natured and calm with the animals and left our apartment cleaner than we left it! She even left Christmas treats for our kids. I would definitely invite Magdalena back to house/pet site for us again.

This house sit was completed by a lovely local family who were out of their own own home as they were undergoing a house renovation project. Jane took the time to come and meet us a few weeks before the sit. She communicated well throughout and kept us updated on Layla’s antics. The family left the house clean and tidy and we would be happy to recommend Jane and her family for future sits

Rachel was so kind looking after our home and dogs beautifully. I came back to a spotless house (which is so important to me). She had kindly left some bread and milk which was so welcoming. The dogs were well looked after, walked and happy. Photos sent to us daily. This was one of our best sits and I very much hope she’ll come back. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending her and she comes with 5 stars all round from us. Thank you Rachel.

If I could give sixes, I certainly would. Naudia sat for Sunny for the second time ( without Teejay). She was absolutely marvellous. Sunny loves her and was really affectionate with her. They seemed to have an excellent bond. Naudia was always sending me photos and updates. When my flight home was cancelled, Naudia really stepped up. She was able to stay another two days, which was amazing, and l will be eternally grateful for that after the stress of rearranging everything and worrying about Sunny . While we appreciated her politeness and care for our cats, there were a few areas that didn't meet our expectations. 

The cleanliness of the house upon our return was not as we had hoped, and there were instances where our specific requests, such as keeping the bathroom window closed for the safety of our cats, were not adhered to. 

Additionally, it would have been preferable if she had left the house promptly upon our arrival, as we had just completed a long overnight flight and needed to rest. 

However, we did notice her effort in ensuring one of our cats was eating properly, which we appreciated.

Diana and her husband Roger took the best care of my pup. You could tell Nell really enjoyed their stay and she was happy and healthy when I came home. Roger even slept with Nell on the couch one night when he was worried she was cold 🥰The house was in good order when I returned as well and I hope to host them again in the future!
