With Frances we felt a nice connection since the beginning. She was so nice to came one day before and we appreciate that a lot. It was important for us to explain all the habits of our pets and all the activities needed to keep the house as normal. She took good care of Tosca with the walks, more times during the day and sometimes bringing her to a daycare. Tosca loves to play with other dogs and she needs to spend the day sometimes with her buddies. Frances did the drop off and pick up many times and after that she made her a bath once a week! Tosca has received all the attention she is used to. Frances cuddled her so much!!!! ❤️ With our cats and our house everything was perfect as well. Feeding the cats , cleaning daily the litters. We had a very great experience! We trusted Frances completely like a family member. Frances is a very nice person, kind and very polite. She is very caring about everything. This was our first experience and it couldn't have been better. Thank you so much Frances.
I can't recommend Sarah enough! She took the time to visit beforehand, which I really appreciated. She took great care of my pets, was in regular communication with me while I was away, and left the house very clean (in fact, I hardly knew she'd been here). The only problem is that she is so fantastic I'm worried she won't be available next time I travel!

The house is cozy, well located and well equipped. Edel is really kind. Marsha is a sweet independant cat that requires a bit of cuddles and play time but she’s mostly just chilling outside.
Jacqueline and her pups live in a gorgeous house in a very quaint part of Norfolk, a stone’s throw from the beach. Winnie & Mollie are the most fantastic dogs - really well behaved, loving, cuddly and super cute! Jac is a great host and welcomed us when we arrived, explaining puppy routine and all the bits about the house. All in all 10/10 and we would come back in a heartbeat. 💌💌💌
