Erin was absolutely amazing and we couldn't have asked for a more attentive and trustworthy petsitter. Communication was stellar from the beginning through the date of our arrival. Erin was willing to meet us and the kitties prior to her housesit start date and our kitties really took to her. We were updated frequently - inclusive of pictures. Our apartment was cleaner than when we left, our plants were healthy and all our mail/packages were taken in daily; and most importantly our kitties were happy. Erin gets an A+
What a fabulous cat sit! Taking care of Misty & Milo for Charlotte was a real pleasure. Misty & Milo are very independent and super easy to care for. They are not lap cats (more time maybe?), but they check in regularly through their cat flap so as not to cause any worry about their well-being. Charlotte is an excellent host! Communication from initial video chat up to arrival and departure, was relaxed and easy. The flat was extremely comfortable, easy to care for and well-equipped. The location allowed for easy access to shops, pubs, coffee shops and many dining options. It's also close to great river walks along the Thames, and minutes to the Hammersmith Station to take you central London in no time. I would definitely return if given a chance and without reserve, recommend cat sitting for Charlotte. Thank you Charlotte for your trust in me and the opportunity!
Marguerite was a joy to care for and Amy's home was so comfortable that the sit was an exceptional experience. After a short warm-up period Marguerite was very friendly purring to the petting she received from us. Amy left detailed instructions for every aspect of the sit and her home was comfortable and well-stocked for an enjoyable experience. The location is great, near city parks tied together with wonderful walking/biking trails and Olde Town Arvada was nearby filled with restaurants and funky shops. I would highly recommend this sit to anyone and will hopefully get the opportunity for another in the future.
I really enjoyed sitting for Carol, Teeny the indoor kitty, and the outdoor cats. Teeny is very cute and friendly, and I enjoyed our conversations and petting her on my lap. :) Puget Island is a quiet place, and it's easy to head to Astoria, OR on a short ferry ride for a town experience if desired. I ended up not wanting to leave the property much, enjoying harvesting some spring veggies, eggs, and tending to the light homestead chores. Things are more on the laid back side at the house, and it's a beautiful, lived-in home with skylights, wood and tile floors, a private deck for yoga/reading/enjoying the many birds, and a super nice kitchen stocked well with what one would need for cooking and food prep. Communicating with Carol was friendly and easy. I would be happy to sit for them again if timing works out in the future. A sweet little PNW retreat!
Had an absolutely lovely time at Clare, Steve and Gary’s house. The place is in a beautiful setting and a short drive from all amenities needed and lovely walks. Gary is truly a singing cat and was an absolute pleasure to look after. He will come down talk to you for a while, then jump up for a stroke and continue to chat away. The house was very comfortable and hosts really welcoming - would recommend to any potential future house sitters 👍 thanks a lot.
What a beautiful home, location and trio of furry ones! We absolutely loved this sit. Anna was wonderful and has clearly been welcoming sitters into her home for a good while. We felt immediately welcome and everything was super clear and perfectly arranged for our time there. The location is something very special, with the South Downs way literally on the doorstep, and some amazing pubs to walk to. Hagrid, Benson and Bear were great company, easy to look after and very loving. Benson loves cuddles very much and is such an affectionate guy. Hagrid is gorgeous and doesn't realise just how big he is and still expects to fit on your lap! Bear is beautiful, those eyes!, super friendly and loves to join the dog walks, which is so sweet. We would love to sit for Anna anytime at all and hope to be back sometime soon. Thank you, Anna, we had a wonderful stay in your gorgeous home.
Oh wow! What can we tell you about our sit with Laura and family? Of all the sits we have sat, this was by far our favourite. We had such a lovely time. Thank you Laura. First up, Laura and her partner were the most lovely, warm, welcoming and sweet people! They was so kind to prepare a welcome shop and dinner for us and make us feel at home straight away. We stayed for 2 weeks and it was a dream. Mia and Pip are utterly adorable, Mia was the queen of the household and stole our hearts straight away, she was the most loving and cute little pup always ready for a cuddle and the centre of attention in the park and around town. Pip was a little dude, who gave us equal cuddles and he was just a total floof ball. Laura has a beautiful place, its a gorgeous airy house, which she has put her own unique sense of style we felt very lucky to enjoy it whilst roaming around in the local parks and green spaces. Thank you Laura and family! (and apologies, I just realised this wasn't done sooner!) I couldn't recommend this sit enough!
