The communication was spot-on—she kept me updated with adorable cat photos and little notes that showed just how much she adored my fur babies. Coming home was like walking into a dream! The house was spotless, like a 5-star hotel, and there were even sweet little welcome-back gifts waiting for me. She treated my personal belongings with the utmost care, and I couldn't believe how thoughtful she was in every detail. As if that wasn’t enough, she even used my car and returned it cleaner than when I left. It was in perfect condition, just waiting for me to take a spin around town. Lindy, you are a rockstar! Niki and Baillee are excellent house-sitters. If they come your way appoint them quickly! Before arrival they were in regular contact giving us details of their flights and arrival. We greatly enjoyed the time we spent with them at the handovers at each end of their month long stay. While we were away, they kept us informed just the right amount. They had a couple of animal crises to deal with and they did so calmly and effectively taking initiative where necessary. They are mature in their outlook and very reliable. We would happily use them again if they wish to return to Europe.

We were so happy to have chosen Emma to care for our pets. Lovebirds are not everyone’s ideal pet but she was able to see the best in them and was relaxed and enthusiastic to spend time with them. We received updates and photos and came back to a cleaner apartment than when we left! Would love her to sit again for us in the future.
