Juliet and David were wonderful! They were very flexible and patient with me as I had to shift dates around a couple times. Once they were here everything went better than great! They're both animal lovers and were super conscientious about my two dogs, their differing characters and how to be with each of them. They checked in regularly (not too frequently) and asked questions whenever they had them. I came back from my weekend away to two very content dogs and a spotlessly clean house. I can't wait to go away again so that these two can come out again to be with Hudson and Dolores.
Ethel and Herbert are both super-friendly and fun dogs - I had a great time with them! Joanne was a very welcoming host and made sure I felt comfortable in her home, which is spacious and surrounded by a beautiful garden and countryside. It's easy to get into Shaftesbury or Gillingham from the house. I'd definitely recommend this house sit to anyone looking to spend time in the countryside with two lovely dogs (whose main priority is cuddling!).
Brian and Claudia were easy to communicate with and all of the information we needed was provided in our welcome guide. The neighborhood felt peaceful and we were able to walk around and explore the area. There is a grocery store and other amenities within walking distance of the house. Moco and Moflete were a joy to be around. Both cats were initially shy when we arrived, but slowly warmed up to us within a couple days during our stay. Moflete has the cutest meow and Moco enjoys perching in high places to casually survey his surroundings. They play together in the evenings and spend a lot of time near each other, which is heartwarming to see. We are always happy to spend time in Bend and really enjoyed this house-sit. It was a pleasure to look after Moflete and Moco and we would gladly recommend this house-sit.
Ciara and Charlie are a very nice couple. They made me feel very comfortable and welcome in their house chatting about the pets and other things such as our taste in cinema :). They offered me a cup of tea before leaving and they invited me to take any thing I needed from the fridge or whatever. They gave detailed and clear instructions about everything and communication was great at all times by means of a whattsapp group that Ciara created to stay in touch. About the pets...Fiadh and Hamish are very cute kittens. They were scared of me at the beginning, as they are still very young; however, Fiadh was soon out and about with me around the house, as she is the most extrovert (Hamish was most of the time under the bed to feel safer, as she is more shy and needs more time to get used to new people). The last day, Fiadh jumped on my lap looking for cuddles and she was the sweetest kitten on Earth for me at that moment :) All in all, I had a very nice time with both of them; Fiadh being especially funny several times while playing or getting inside the bath or the washbasin :) Another aspect to highlight about the house sit is the fact that the overground is quite quite close to the house, as well as the Tesco supermarket, just next to the main entrance to the appartments; making your stay there quite easy and comfortable. I would certainly recommend this house sit to anyone interested. Thank you, Ciara and Charlie :)
Had a great few weeks with Juniper on Whidbey Island! The house and surroundings are so peaceful and it was easy to communicate with Christine.
I had a fabulous cat sit in Cleethorpes. Caroline and Craig are honestly the hostess with the mostest. They went out of their way to pick me up from the station and cook dinner when I arrived. Their home has been designed wonderfully, it was super clean and had everything you needed. Being on the beach front is a real treat too. Now for the stars of the show, Baxter and Fitz. These two are super friendly and love a cuddle. Fitz will entertain you with his fetching skills and chat to you throughout the day. Baxter is a bit more cuddly and loves his treats. I would find them snuggled together in the sun every morning. Thank you CJ + Craig!
I could not adore these pets any more. Hannah is so sweet and mellow and funny. She’s so easy going and I couldn’t get enough of her. The cats, Spencer and Sparrow, couldn’t have been easier too. They’re quick to warm up and super low maintence. And just so cute. Watching the three pets play together was the best. Sam and Bhaivari were soooo kind and welcoming. They were flexible with me after I had to reschedule our first meeting and provided me with a beautiful, safe, clean home. They went above and beyond with their hospitality and incredibly understanding of my situation. Nothing but good things!!
