Debbie and David are a lovely couple - very friendly and sociable - and such interesting conversationalists. Following the 'home tour' we had a most enjoyable first evening with them before they departed early the following morning. The location of Debbie and David's home is ideal - set on a quiet street in a leafy green suburb - with a large elegant back garden. The home itself is modern and spacious, but ultra-cosy and warm due to the underfloor heating. The guest bedroom is lovely - with its comfortable king-size bed and some drawers and hanging space provided. Elsa and Alfie offered us one of the most enjoyable pet-sitting experiences we've had thus far. Elsa is a very trusting, affectionate, and vocal fluffball who adores being stroked and having her head and neck scratched. She will happily jump up and sit on your lap, and she'll even lie on her back to have her tummy stroked and - as I tentatively discovered - her chest and shoulders gently massaged. Alfie is a tiny bit nervous to begin with, but quickly warms to you and will seek you out for attention and plenty of strokes. If you give Elsa and Alfie a few Dreamies from 'the special cupboard' they'll both wait there the following day - staring wide-eyed at you until you give in! Peter and I highly recommend this pet sit. If you get the opportunity to meet David and Debbie and care for their lovely home and kitties, you'll be glad you did.
