We reached out to Five Paws very last minute to see if they would be able to watch our dog who had significant medical needs. They were wonderful from start to finish and I was so confident each time that she was in such great care. We've previously had her boarded and she would seem so stressed when we picked her up. We were desperate to find an alternative and we didn't look back once we started using Five Paws. They give updates, pictures and each time we came home she was as happy as can be. They provided such peace for us knowing she was in good hands and was happy especially given all of her medical concerns (dog dementia, blindness, hard of hearing, pain, etc..). Our Sahara has since passed but I would use them again and again with any dogs we may have in the future and cannot recommend them enough.

I don't trust anyone else with my pets when I'm away! I love that I know I will get photos of my cats and a report of how the visit went from the sitter. They take time to give the cats individual attention, not just coming in to feed, clean, and leave. Scheduling is very easy and the rates are reasonable.

Hi: Kudos to Five Paws Recently had Five Paws cat sit our cats and pond fish. The team at Five Paws hit a homerun with us. The team is very professional, respectful and loving to our gang. The team of Melinda and Blythe were so observant of our pets, even going out of the way to feed our strays, without blinking an eye. Special shout out to Melinda who really saved the day as she was feeding the fish in our pond, when she noticed that one of our goldfish got stuck in the filter. Without any hesitation she jumped in to save him, which would have been a disaster if she didn't as he would have passed and fouled the pond water. Five Paws has taken excellent care of all my pets (rabbit, cat, mice) for many years now and they do an excellent job! They were even able to give my cat pills (in pill pockets) and coordinated with my vet once when she stopped eating and I could not be reached. They are reliable, responsible, trustworthy, and professional. I will continue to use them when I go on vacation and highly recommend them!

We have been using Five Paws for a few years now, for small weekend trips or week long vacations. They have been so wonderful with our pups. It is a relief to know my dogs are in good hands and they can remain comfortable in their own space while we are away, instead of in a kennel which would stress my 13 year old pup too much. I always hate to leave them behind but I am so grateful to know they are happy and healthy and having fun while I’m gone.

We used Five Paws for our cat while we were on vacation. It was the first time we left her behind without family checking in, and I was a nervous wreck. I HIGHLY recommend hiring Five Paws of Delco! The owner is fantastic, the scheduling process is so simple, and all of the sitters are wonderful! They are EXTREMELY reliable and trustworthy, which is so important when you're away. They also have a great app used to communicate with each sitter and to see pics of your pups! I always receive such a sweet and detailed update from our sitter after every visit. I had an experience where I was out of the country using a different sitter (not Five Paws of Delco) who was supposed to watch my dogs at their house for the week. They decided that they no longer wanted to watch them after a couple days, so they dropped them back off at my house, alone. I was panicking, just having arrived in another country, so I reached out to Five Paws of Delco who immediately responded and scheduled multiple last minute visits for me. I cannot thank them enough for being there during this very stressful time! It's so comforting to know we always have them available to sit for our dogs. About five years ago, I received a recommendation to use Shawe’s Paws. I had just rescued my dog Charlie and needed a dog walker during the days. Jen is truly one of the best dog walkers out there. Our dog Oscar is obsessed with her - to the point where she tries to walk quietly by our house if she's going to walk our neighbor's dog so he doesn't hear her! On Oscar's first birthday, I was traveling for work and Jen took Oscar to the store to get him a birthday cake toy. It's the smaller, thoughtful things like this that make her irreplaceable in our pup's life. She also takes super cute pictures (attached) and sends an email about how each walk went. She makes leaving Oscar for work trips less hard because I know that he'll be so excited to see her when she comes for his walk!

Jen and the Shawe's team have been walking my family's dogs for 7 years or so. They have always gone above and beyond to accommodate shifting schedules, schedule or cancel on short notice, and even pick up the phone to talk about any pet concerns we might have (unrelated to them! just for advice!). My pup Ollie loves seeing his walkers and I could not do my job without the peace of mind that someone responsible will come take him out and play with him while I work. Bonus - they take the best pics of my little guy while they visit!

When we first moved to Philadelphia, our dog was very shy and timid around walkers that we would hire through various apps, but then Jen came and saved the day. She goes above and beyond to make Benji comfortable and now he gets excited when we just say her name. I’ve used Jen and her walkers for over 5 years now and I honestly would never use any other dog walking service in Philly. She is trustworthy, reliable, AND LOVES all of her dogs. And my dog absolutely loves her dog walkers, as I’ve been able to see a couple times when my dog will go running toward them, tail wagging if we happen to bump into them on the street. Jen uses an easy-to-use app to schedule walks/pay invoices and to see the daily walk reports which is super convenient. Also Jen makes herself available for every client and will always try her best to accommodate any late requests - I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve had to put in a last minute request for a same-day dog walk or for an overnight stay the week-of and Jen will always make it work. Aside from that, it’s great to get pictures of my dog on her walk while I’m at work - I truly never have to worry Sophie when I’m not at home because I know she’s in such great hands. Jen and her team has been taking care of our dog since he was brought into our family as a puppy! From consistent walks, amazing walkers and just all around dog people to overnight stays, she has been there for us throughout his life (and will be for the many years yet to come)! Jen is understanding and flexible with last minute changes, which for us happen a lot! Her walkers leave a note about their walk every time and even text/call us from time to time with updates. I have never noticed a thing out of place in out of place after a walker left. The Shawe's Paws team is the only team I trust to take the best care of our dog! Jen has been in my dog's life for years (even though we've since moved to the suburbs.) She and her staff are flexible, reliable, and they LOVE their charges/pets. They truly understand my quirky, sweet dachshund and he loves them for it. He even got to sleep over Jen's house!! Jen is super responsive and capable and she chooses excellent staff members. I have a very anxious, older dog, who is unable to be kenneled. With a family trip to Disney coming up, I needed to find an alternative to a traditional boarding facility. Terry has provided us with so much more than just that. She gave us comfort and peace of mind. We did weekly daycare visits leading up to our trip so that my dog could get to know Terry and get comfortable with her. This helped so much with her anxiety. When it came time for our trip I knew that my dog was in good hands and that she would feel comfortable and safe with Terry. Terry took care of her, like she was her own and sent me daily updates letting me know how she was doing, which I loved. Terry Lynn is very much dedicated and devoted to caring for pets - her own and yours! She scheduled a meet and greet with us for all 3 of our dogs, providing a sense of relief in leaving them overnight. She has soothing music playing at all times and easy access to the secured yard. Terry Lynn’s critters is our dog Harper’s favorite place to be! Harper has been going to Terry’s since she was a puppy and we have had nothing but a wonderful experience. Terry is incredibly accommodating to our work schedules as my fiancé and I both work in healthcare. She loves all the dogs at daycare as her own and we are so thankful to have Terry love our Harper.

Terry took care of my 3 cats while I was out of the country for 10 days. She sent me photos, in and of itself a feat because I never expected them to come out, and communicated with me frequently. She had to have a medical procedure during this time and still made sure my cats were taken care of. I highly recommend.

Terry is a fabulous, caring pet-sitter. Our dogs, Ollie and Ellie, and kitty, Tommy, love her and she treats them like family! She did at-home visits while we were away sending texts and pictures frequently. Our kitty needs medication administered twice a day and she had no problem doing that for us. She brought in the mail and even refilled my bird feeders when they were empty. She goes above and beyond. It is such a great feeling to be able to get away on vacation knowing your pets and home are well cared for. I highly recommend Terry.

Terry is the absolute best pet sitter I’ve ever found, and truly the only non blood relative i’ve ever totaly trusted to take care of my sweet, adorable and very challenging rescue bichon, Spencer. Spencer came to me as a last-chance foster off death-row, after burning his way through shelters and foster homes. He suffered from the most intense separation anxiety- a vet even suggested putting him down at one point, to end his suffering! He came a long way with training and a behavior consult, but he never was able to shake his separation anxiety…. enter Terry. This woman made it possible for me to attend law school and work, and Spencer actually enjoyed week long stays while I vacationed out of the country. I’ve moved out of the area, but have yet to find any one as sweet, kind, caring, responsible, trustworthy and knowledgeable as Terry! your fur babies will thank you.

Anytime you cannot be home and you need someone to come into your home and take care of your loving pets, you really really want and need a dependable person. Robin is that type of person. Robin has great experience with all types of dogs and pets. Her knowledge about dogs is incredible. She leaves notes to check on this or that and we always do! Her experience with medical problems or injuries that dogs might have is incredible. During the end of the life with our one dog, she took extra loving care making his last few months as good as he could have. My wife and I cannot recommend Robin, owner of Fuzzy Buttz any higher. I think that's very important for pets owners since different way of taking care of pet can confuse the pet and cost a lot more time to build up the routine again.

PetCare Group was recommended to me as I was looking for a new walker having moved from out of state about a year ago. They have been wonderful to work with! Jen is super professional and accommodating and responds to questions right away. My dog is picky when it comes to the people he likes and he requires a fair amount of care. Jen scheduled the perfect walker for us, even setting up a meet & greet initially to make sure we were comfortable.Our walker kept in touch daily with updates and pictures so I could rest assured that all was well. It has been easy to call or email to set up daily walks/feedings as well as overnight care. PetCare Group is a wonderful find!

Jen and her staff were great! It was my first time leaving my cats together. I always boarded my older lady, Alley, she is on medication but the stress last time was too much for her. Our younger girl, Nubby, does not do well with strangers and usually hides. Jen came out for a visit and I immediately felt at ease with the way she greeted my girls. I gave a long list of instructions for my endless amount of litter boxes and water bowls ( you would think I have 10 cats) and they followed them perfectly. Scheduled them for an hour in the morning and evening and got detailed emails with pictures which in turn was a nice surprise and calmed my anxiety. I could even see on my front door camera Nubby hearing them pull up in the driveway and meeting them at the door. Which, no matter how food motivated my chunky girl is, that was a first and most people understand if your nervous cat trusts someone then you trust them too! Also the convenience of being able to have nails trimmed adds another star they don't give me an option for. I absolutely will use them everytime and highly recommend Petcare group with the love and safety of your home as well as your pets.

I loved working with PetCare Group! I had amazing experiences all throughout my time there. As a college student who was only home for the summer, It was a great way to make money and spend time with all sorts of pets. I love animals, so it was an incredible opportunity. Lisa is incredible. She has helped me so tremendously I can’t even put it into words. My cat Homer is a 16 year old newly diagnosed with diabetes, which makes leaving for holidays and events a bit harder due to his injections. Lisa has helped me more times than I can count, and Homer loves her! It is such a weight off my mind that he is being cared for so well. She sends updates and photos and is always so generous with her time. I can’t imagine what this past year would have been like without her help.

I have used Lisa Burke from Family Style Pet Sitting as my pet sitter for 13 years now. My old dog would actually get excited when he saw us packing for vacation because he knew he was going to go to Lisa’s house for his “vacation.” I never worried about him because I knew he was in the best possible hands. When he was sick and required special care and medicine, she was the only one I trusted. She also takes care of my two cats and my new dog, and she used to take care of my chickens when we had them as well. Highly recommend!!

Lisa was a God send for our family. We had a vacation planned which got changed around a few times due to a family emergency. Lisa was ready at every corner to adjust as she was able. Will took care of my dogs for the day while I was at a wedding. One of my dogs has separation anxiety and will tear things up if left alone in new places. I called around to see if I could get her boarded for the night, but no one responded. It ended up working out, because Jogs with Dogs worked with me and sent Will out for the day to watch them, the price was reasonable and I was able to enjoy the wedding without worrying about them! Since moving to Exton, have used Jogs with Dogs. Nothing but great things to say. My dog gets an excellent 30 min walk/run for $30 and (he told me) he comes back happy every time. Phil is clearly an animal lover, and my dog warmed up to him instantly. This is the service I'd use again when moving to this area. Cannot say enough good things.

If I could give 10 stars I would, Jocelynn was AMAZING, we did the over night stay for 2.5 days and they warmed up to her immediately. Let me tell you they had the time of their dog lives running and playing and a vacation from the kids lol. She was so caring and sweet. It was last minute and she had no problem at all. The way she cares for dogs and her customers is amazing. There is no hesitation at all to say she is by far the best and we will be telling people about her because she deserves that much. Rosie is absolutely wonderful! She is not only reliable but also incredibly loving towards our dog. Every time we leave our pet with her, we have complete peace of mind knowing that she is in great hands. Rosie goes above and beyond to ensure our dog is happy, well-cared for, and safe. Rosie kept our dog overnight. Our dog can be nervous, especially around new people, but she warmed immediately to Rosie during our meet and greet time. In less than ten minutes my dog was sitting next to her getting her ears rubbed! Rosie was also careful to introduce our dog to her other boarders one at a time so that she could be sure that animals had good interaction and our dog was not overwhelmed. We will definitely place our pup in Rosie’s care again when needed!

Rosie has been caring for my 3 fur babies for a couple years now and always pampers my pooches to the point they don’t want to leave! I feel so very comfortable leaving my dogs with her and she always accommodates me the best she can (especially last minute). When I pick up the dogs, they honestly act as though they don’t want to leave. That is a true sign that they are loved and cared for by Rosie. I highly recommend her!

Rosie has been a phenomenal find! Our dog (3 year old goldendoodle) loves to stay with her in her home when we are busy or on vacation. We've boarded our 10 year old Havepoo Daisy with Rosie several times in the last year. Each time has been a very good experience for both Daisy and us. I wish I could give her more stars if I could! I was so lucky to have found Rosie back in 2020. I rescued my dog Winston in 2020 and was a little nervous finding care for him because he was quite reactive. Big dog boarding facilities were just too overwhelming for him. The one facility we tried, he would book it out the door as soon as you picked him up, just trying to get out asap! Now at Rosies, he runs right up to the door so excited to go in! She welcomes these dogs into her home like they are her own. She's so great with sending photos and the photos I receive always put a smile on my face knowing he has dog friends to hang out with, couches and beds to snuggle up on, and a big backyard to play in. It's so much more personal and home-like than a big boarding facility. As for the negative review, I would fully expect to pay for anything Winston might have destroyed of hers. This is her home and you're taking your dog there knowing that. At the end of the day, dogs are dogs. Your dog could have never chewed anything up in it's life and then just decides one day to chew something! As a millennial woman with no children, my dog is my child. He is my life. And I trust Rosie with him 100%! <3

We are so lucky we found Rosie! She cares for our 6 year old labradoodle Quincy like we do in our own home. She spoils him with daily walks and visits to the dog park. Hi - I recently traveled to Europe for a week and Rosie watched my 2 Chesapeakes and did an amazing job. One of my dogs is epileptic and Rosie was great about giving him all his medications. I will definitely be using Main Line Dog Care again.

I can't thank Steph and Kerri enough for my last minute dog sitting request so I could continue with a planned trip out of town. My dog was a previous dog walking client when I used to work in the office and it was great to have him taken care of by Kerri again. We have been using Steph’s pet sitting services for 5 years (after prior service disagreed with the time we scheduled for dogs to be fed and another time forgot to feed them at all!)
