I had a great sit in Hazel's apartment! The location was great, and the house is super cute. Phoebe was indeed very shy and scared in the beginning, but she started approaching me more and more towards the end. She's an easy cat to care for! I would definitely recommend this sit :)
Rosie was the best companion for exploring the beautiful surroundings with me. She was easy-going, well-behaved, and cheerful, but she also had her own preferences for some trails she wanted to take me on. I enjoyed the walks with her as she was always communicating with me. Christine was very well-organized, providing me with all the information and showing me the walks and Rosie’s routines a few days in advance. This allowed me to have a time to explore the center of Edinburgh before the family actually left. My first experience in Edinburgh was so wonderful, thank you for Christine and Rosie!
I really enjoyed my time housesitting for Dawn and Jeff! They are really great pet parents and their home is very organized and easy to manage. I loved that they had everything laid out and explained thoroughly in the welcome guide. Dawn was also super responsive and we communicated often. That made things run seamlessly! 🙏🏼 I totally fell in love with Courtney! She is an amazing girl! She is so well behaved and adorable! We took daily walks and made lots of friends in the neighborhood! She never met a stranger and just loved to greet any of her fury friends! Walking her was super easy and fun because she was so well behavior on leash. 🐶 Feeding Jungle and Raz was also fun and I found myself standing there for much longer than I expected watching them gobble up their food. 🤭 I would definitely recommend housesitting for this family! The house is spectacular and Courtney is so much fun! I would love to housesit for them again! 🤍
We really enjoyed Summer & Jay’s sit. What more could you want than nice owners, a beautiful house, excellent location and loving dogs! They were friendly to communicate with and were very flexible. Their Welcome Guide was thorough and helpful. Their dogs, Buddy and Lu, were some of the friendliest dogs we’ve ever met. The way to Lu’s heart is playing fetch and for Buddy, it’s direct eye contact and lots of pets. They provided a clean home with all the amenities and a nice backyard to spend time with the dogs. The neighborhood was friendly to walk around and unique eats nearby.
We enjoyed our sit with Zeus and Fudge. These were two active loving dogs. Our days always started driving the dogs outside the community for walks in the fields. The are good off leash there but had to be put on lead if other dogs/people came along. Both dogs loved playing catch in the back yard and would keep going as long as you would. We enjoyed our time with these two large dogs. There were also three cats on the sit but outside of feeding time they were off on their own in/out of the house. Steve and Joanne were wonderful host...we hope they thoroughly enjoyed their time away and appreciated them allowing us to sit for them..
