Mike & Susie are great hosts and make sure you have all information needed. Their home is beautiful and super close to downtown San Diego. Stars and Stripes were a pleasure to sit. I definitely recommend them and would do it again.
Taro was a breeze to care for. Very calm and cuddly. Hosts were accommodating and made us feel welcome. Everything went almost as expected (few minor glitches that didn’t spoil the fun).
It was wonderful to meet Matt & Helen who made us feel very welcome. Astbury, Duffy & Annie are adoring cats full of personality, fun to be around and a pleasure to care for - they too made us feel very welcome! The Chateau was magical. Beautifully restored, very comfortable and in a lovely part of France. We would, without any shadow of a doubt, love to look after them again and we will keep in touch with Matt & Helen.
We recently did a four day 'sit' for Marilyn and her lovely dog Maia. Upon arrival Marilyn greeted us as if we were old friends even though we had only previously been in contact via phone and e-mail. She gave us a wonderful dinner and then took us on a short walk with Maia to check out the neighbourhood. Her instructions regarding Maia's care and medications were very detailed but easy to follow. Maia is a lovely dog and her personality really showed once she got to know us. We felt very much 'at home' in her lovely beach-front house and would certainly encourage other sitters to apply when she next goes away. Peta & Alan MacKenzie, Victoria B.C., Canada.
We loved our stay caring for Fluffy the dog and Lili the cat whilst Beata was on holiday. The apartment was spotlessly clean and in a great location, ten minutes walk takes you to a large Tesco supermarket and, in the other direction to the Train Station where you can catch a train to take you to Romford in 10 minutes or London in 30 minutes Beata is so lovely, she made us really welcome. We were invited to arrive the evening before the sit started, Beata picked us up from the station and kindly treated us to a take away. By the time we went to bed we were feeling like friends already! PLUS - On the day we were due to leave a London wide transport strike was announced making it almost impossible for us to travel to our next housesit - Beata insisted on driving us the one hour each way journey herself ! Both pets are adorable - Lili the cat is a little shy at first but soon gets her confidence and from that moment will be sitting on your knee at every opportunity. Fluffy the dog is great fun. He is so affectionate, loves a belly rub and just loves to come with you where ever you are going. He does bark at bigger dogs in the street and some cars but soon stops when told . All in all definitely a five star sit - Thanks for having us Beata, we are missing Lili & Fluffy already!
