I absolutely love the people—every single one of them—who take care of my dog. More important is that my dog loves going there. Whenever I turn down Sierra Ponds my pup begins to shriek with delight. When we arrive I almost have to restrain him from wanting out of our car and head to the back when he goes inside. The staff truly are a delight to deal with and they treat him like a rock star. On the few times I have to travel out of town it gives me supreme confidence knowing that he is being loved and well taken care of. My dog has been fortunate to go there for well over a year now. I wish I had written this sooner to bless them because they have blessed me and my dog. I cannot imagine taking him anywhere else. He is part of the family there.

Such an idyllic place for dogs to have their own vacation. Spacious and clean. Friendly and professional staff who really care and put an abundance of time into each pup. My dog loves coming here!

I was flying out to work a horse show for 2 weeks and looked at many dog kennels to watch my 9 year old dog. Most would have cost me more money to have my dog in a cage for 2 weeks than I pay for my horse to be boarded for 3 months. On top of it all, my dog has separation anxiety from being a pound puppy. So, finding a place that didn't just have her in a cage all the time was a must. Not only was this place affordable, but they had the option for my dog to be taken out on nature walks. Since my dog is used to being loose at all the barns I work at, this was perfect for her. When I picked her up, she was happy in great shape and even groomed. She looked like she was a puppy again. I highly recommend Granite Bay Kennels and will be using them again if I'm unable to bring my dog with me to the shows.

I left a first time boarder at Granite Bay for 10 days. I was worried my 3 yo German Shorthaired Pointer would not do well and stress out and lose weight. I was pleasantly surprised he was happy and in great condition when I picked him up! In perfect weight, clean and content. I would recommend this Boarding Kennel 100% and the staff are wonderful.

Left my Cavalier here for 4 days, Picked him up that day He was sick the next day throwing up all day diarrhea all day took him to the vet. Cost me $1200 to find out he had gardia. I called and let them know and they did nothing

Granite Bay Kennels is the only place I will take my dogs!! My favorite part is that the dogs are able to play outside for most of the day instead of sitting inside. The workers have been there for years, so it's always great to see the same faces. I love this place and all the employees!

A beautiful place with beautiful dogs well kept. Very professional and friendly. We were very pleased. Besides rescuing a beautiful breed of dog, the Alaskan Malamute they also provide Kennel services. We will do business with them again in the future.

I bring my own dog and my mom's 2 miniature dachshunds here, wonderful place. They have an awesome bogo deal on nature walks and my dog is an Alaskan malamute and they give her amazing grooms before she comes home. Could never bring my girl anywhere else.

I took my two pit bulls here to stay while we were on Vacation and the dogs we very well taken care of and they were so happy. Every time I bring them back they are so excited and they love it here

Cooper spent 5 days at Fletchers farms over Christmas. Clayton was very responsive when I messaged him during Cooper’s stay. Cooper came home happy and exhausted from all the running, companions and fresh air. Thank you Clayton, see you next time.

My babies love going to FF and spending the day with Clayton. They have space to run around in the fresh air and get lots of exercise. They are so happy and relaxed when I pick them up. I can’t imagine what I’d do without Fletchers Farms. Your babies will thank you!

Sunday father’s Day evening I dropped my dog off at Fletcher Farms where my dog has previously been about 15 other times. This time it ended with my dog dying on their watch. They attached him to a choker collar and put a long leash leash n him and left him unattended long enough for him to get tangled and choke himself to death. He did not die because of a medical condition he died because of the neglect from the people taking care of my dog. These are not people you want supervising your dog. I had a healthy one year old dog with no medical conditions. My dog would still be alive today had they paid better attention and did not leave him unattended.

Fletcher Farms is a great place for dog daycare and boarding. We have been using their service for many years we consider them family. Stays have spanned from 1 day to 2 weeks. Clayton is a natural at bonding with all types and breeds. He has countless years of experience with animals. The property is a large canine vacation resort where the dogs can run, play and swim. Clayton is super personable, responsive, and trustworthy. We are grateful we found Fletcher Farms and Clayton. Thanks Clayton for years of service!! I couldnt imagine a better place for you to bring your dog! It's safe to say that my dog enjoys being at Fletcher Farms more than she likes to be at home. Your dog is safe to roam in the fields, splash around in the ponds, and play endless games of fetch. Finding Clayton was one of the best things to happen to me and my dog Lady. I am lucky to have such a wonderful caretaker and my dog's life is significantly more enjoyable because she gets to spend time at Fletcher Farms. I highly reccomend that you choose to take your dogs here. They are in good hands.

Our dog is always excited to see Clayton when we bring him to Fletcher Farms for boarding. Clayton got to know Sarge and interacts uniquely with each dog. There is always supervision of the dogs and a great property for all of them to run and swim. We tried several boarders bur once we found Clayton we will not take our dog anywhere else. Highly recommend.

I love Dogtopia! It was super easy making an appointment to get my dog established and you can tell the company is ran very well. I met with Autumn for our initial visit and she was so thorough and answered all of my many questions. The hours are great and they make drop off and pick up so fast! I love that I can see my dog on the pup cam to check on her too. She gets so excited to go and is so tired when she gets home. My dog likes to play and it’s nice knowing there is a clean and safe place I can take her to. They also have the dogs that are closer in age together so they all have similar play styles which I appreciate. Diane (the owner) helped me picking up my dog and she was so nice and genuine. It’s obvious she wants everyone to have a great experience at her business. I only wish I started taking my dog here sooner!

Well run, locally owned dog care spot in Rocklin. Pricing is average, attentive staff is exceptional. Rocky loves coming here for occasional play dates and overnight boarding.

It didn't work out for me to pick up my dog on time, and she called me at literally 10pm on a Friday night to assure me my dog is fine. Beyond-amazing customer care. There's no place like Dogtopia. Happy pup! Our dog is a year old and lacking in social skills. His first daycare experience was rough AT A DIFFERENT daycare in Newcastle where they used shock collars and no cameras. I was nervous 😬 after that experience! Dogtopia to the rescue! When I went to Dogtopia in Rocklin I asked a LOT of questions! The staff answered all of my questions and didn’t seem bothered by my helicopter parenting. They were patient with my nervous pup and kept in mind his anxiety with his activities that day. Facility: Top notch! Employees seem happy and treated well. Place is clean. Pups look happy. Cameras give transparency. Have you ever seen a place leave a carpet out at the parking lot for puppies to not get hot paws? Maybe it’s just glam, but appreciated nonetheless. Staff: super friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions! It sounds like the owner is amazing and does philanthropic work as well as takes great care of the facility and employees. The handlers are doing a great job! Tech: there’s an app with a ton of functionality to see dog cams and schedule appointments. There’s security and all the tech you can think of to keep the pups safe and sound during boarding. Policies: so far it looks like everything is set in place to ensure that the customers are served, the pups are safe and happy, and the staff is equally safe and happy. I haven’t experienced any bait and switch or scammy behavior which is common in some other facilities. Rooms: you can see online the rooms have been setup with care. There’s plenty of puppy proofed cleanable flooring and ramps, and crates for naps. I didn’t post the pictures of our camera due to privacy for others, but what you see online is exactly what you’ll see in person. There are multiple rooms for different types of dogs. I’m extremely happy to have this resource as we have our hands full with multiple kids, a child with special needs, and a busy schedule. This facility is not close to our home but it’s worth the drive! Thank you for protecting and caring for our furry family member!

Dogtopia is my doggos favorite place! I know when I drop him off he is playing like crazy and having the best time! I travel a lot so having a place Im 100% comfortable with, that I know my dog loves makes everything so much better!! Photo days are the best!

I have been taking my dog, Brodie to Dogtopia for over a year and have been very happy with their care of my Brodie. They have made it easier for me to drop Brodie off for day care and boarding. It helps knowing he is in good hands, they listen to any concerns and made his stay a place he gets excited about when approaching the building. Happy to recommend Dogtopia.

We have been using Debbie for over two years now when we go out of town and she is always incredible. The updates and photos she sends everyday keep us from worrying about our 3 cats and since Debbie is always so nice, the cats have grown used to her and don’t have to hide.

Can't say enough great things about Debbie! We have 2 dogs that she has boarded for us for >5 years now. They absolutely LOVE staying with Debbie and getting to hang out in her backyard and play with the other dogs. She treats them like family members. One of our dogs has 3 medications and Debbie has never had any issues making sure she gets her meds. We have referred a few people to Debbie and all have raved about her services. Our family literally plans our trips around whether Debbie is available to watch the dogs (and she usually is). We enjoy being out of town so much more knowing that the dogs are so well taken care of!

Finding Debbie has made my life so much simpler/better! I have last-minute business trips and having her available to take care of my very sensitive/anxious pup, has been amazing. She sends pictures & updates while I'm gone so that I don't have to worry! And...since she only takes smaller dogs, Daisy is getting socialized in a way that she doesn't while at home. Her yard is also beautiful for the dogs to enjoy...bonus!

I am so grateful that we found King‘s pet sitting . We’ve been taking Bogey there for three years and he loves it. We can go away feeling very comfortable that he is in a home environment where he’s cared for and loved. He gets excited as soon as we turn down Debbie’s street. We had our dog over once during the day and one time over night to practice for a longer vacation stay. She was very friendly and had only a few small dogs over. The second time we wanted to pick up our dog a little earlier than planned but she wasn’t at home and asked us to come back 4 hours later. All the dogs ran to the front window as we waited there and nobody opened the door, which meant they were at home alone for most of the day at least. This broke our trust. Anything could have happened while the dogs all agitated around. She also forgot to return our treats that we gave her for our dog specifically, when I asked to pick them up the next day she didn’t know which one were ours. We will not book her again.

I feel very comfortable anytime we leave our pets entrusted with Debbie. Always punctual, spends time with our pets and appreciate the text/photos of our animals following each visit. Fantastic!

Ashley and her staff are amazing! They are all kind, gentle, and definitely love what they do. We have been taking our cat to Ashley for 12 years. Ashley has also done grooming for our German Shepherd. He is a rescue, so he was quite nervous his first time. Ashley definitely has a way to make all the animals in her care feel comfortable and at ease! Great place for grooming, boarding or daycare for your pets!

Love this place!!! Family owned business and they are amazing. I take my 11 month old doodle for daycare a couple times a week and he loves it!!! Recently had knee surgery and could not do our walks so he gets to play w his friends here for 6 hours. The employees and owners are so loving and kind. I also use their grooming services and love what they do. I recommend their boarding and grooming services to all my friends and family. 🙂🙂💕

This place is awesome! I think so and so does my dog! He loves going every time and they send me pictures of him periodically. They took a nice photo of him with a bandana and a cake for his birthday. I have no idea how they got the bandana on him or how the had him sit long enough to take the photo because he is pretty hyper. They are always responsive in returning phone calls and they are extremely flexible. We have even boarded our dog overnight for a few nights in a row and all went well. They seem to really care. Craig has been especially nice and attentive towards my dog. I called around to a few doggie daycare businesses before deciding on this place and I don't regret going with The Smiling Dog.

Me and my husband both had to leave our 2 year dog for 40 days. We initially booked some other boarding place and then when we reached there, they denied us due to longer stay and they were so scared that they wouldn’t be able to take care of him. We were extremely nervous and didn’t know what to do, then we saw smiling dog reviews and called them and booked the boarding. I wasn’t sure how these guys will take care as everything was in last minute. But must say! Amazing Service. They literally took care of our dog like their own dog. They made sure they update us every once in 10 days through email as we were away from the States. They also celebrated his second birthday and sent us lovely pics. Everything was handled as per our instructions I.e food & treats. Our dog is extra special dog as he had history of bladder stones, hence he was on diet which needs to be taken seriously. When we picked him up he seemed very sad , staffs seemed very sad.. and still he’s not able to accept that he’s back to his own home lol. He keeps barking and playing while he sleeps in his dream. We are trying to cheer him up.. I recommend people to try their boarding & grooming service here. 5 star ⭐️ service. Truly commendable!! Thank you guys.

It starts with a warm greeting by the staff upon arrival. You know your pet & furry friend will be cared for (I feel like we have as much of a relationship with them as Daisy the corgi-mix). They are a full service facility. While I was deployed overseas a few years ago, I even called and they were willing to send me a few picture updates! Melted my 💜 heart 💜 to see my lil girl. Wishing them continued success. They understand how to run the business smoothly and keeping their fuzzy and human customers happy!

Our pups love this place and we do too! We consider them family as my husband and I only trust them with our pups. They are truly amazing and we're always happy to bring our pups in!! Plus the crafts they do along with photo shoots make any fur parent MELT!

After many years, dating back to grooming out of her garage, it has become apparent that Ashley, the owner and supposed only groomer is not interested in providing the best anymore and more interested in money. Long story short, horrible clean up job on a 6 month old puppy. But rest assured, I am telling everyone who cut her hair! Their site clearly states: "If you are unsatisfied with the groom performed on your pet, you must contact The Smiling Dog within 48 hours of your last appointment. If it is possible to fix the cut, The Smiling dog will do so free of charge". Complained as soon as I saw it, Never a offer, in fact laughed at me for complaining. Against the law to advertise false statements. Shame on you!

So happy that Smiling Dog opened in Rocklin! I brought our 5 month old puppy Topaz in yesterday for her first haircut. Ashley and her staff were great in making sure they knew what type of cut I wanted her to have and making Topaz feel safe. The extra attention to me and my nervous pup was greatly apprecited! I also took a toured the facility and they have a great space for doggy daycare and boarding.

I am so thankful to Vickie at BOW -WOW PET SITTING!!! I am the kind of dog mom that puts my 2 boys Doug and Rusty (dachshunds) above myself. I set my house up so that THEY are happy and comfortable. I have a low bed,, doggie ramps everywhere and there are dog toys all over. I would say that they are a little spoiled ❤️🐾🐾❤️ I only trust a few people with my dogs. I recently moved to Fair Oaks. I searched online for pet sitting and called Vicky, the owner of Bow-Wow pet sitting and boarding. I asked many questions. I then looked at her reviews on Yelp and decided that I would give her a call back. She was able to take my dogs the next day. She was so great! My dogs were barking and have separation anxiety. I immediately felt comfortable with Vicky. She is very kind and obviously loves animals. Her house is set up perfectly - she can separate dogs if necessary but still see them, they are not locked away in a closed room. She had a big wonderful yard to play in. When I picked up my boys they were happy and not stressed. Now they WANT to go there! Even though I'm done moving I intend to to take them to Vicky's at least once a week because they love her and I don't take them in the car and leave them when running errands. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VICKIE AND BOW -WOW PET SITTING!!! She is reasonably priced and very accommodating. ******************!!!!💕

I am appalled at the neglect and inhumane treatment of my dog. We left my dog Roxxy there for the weekend over 4th of July. We made sure they were aware she was a rescue dog with anxiety, and we were guaranteed that our dog would not be left alone during the fireworks. After we got our dog home, that night we realized her mouth was severally injured. Apparently, she had been left outside in a metal crate during fireworks while the owners of Bow Pow Pet sitting went to the liquor store, and tried to chew her way out causing the damage to her mouth. Multiple teeth had been broken off, her gums were destroyed and she had literally chewed so long and hard the bone of her jaw was damaged. We were never notified that our dog had been injured under their care, we had to wait to find out when we got her back, and with the extent of the injury being as bad as it was I have a hard time believing there were no signs of blood or injury when it happened. The surgery to fix my dog's mouth was over $3,500, which Bow Wow Pet sitting never even tried to repay. I felt the owners of Bow Wow pet sitting were unprofessional and down right negligent to have let this happen. To top it all off, after multiple complaints from us they still have pictures of my dog on their website, against my approval, to advertise their business. Usually I am not one to write angry online reviews but I feel strongly that they were negligent towards my dog.

My dogs were well taken care of in a family style environment. Both had individual needs and their needs were well taken care of. Was so pleased with the great care both dogs received! Recommend!

Great attentive people who are dedicated to every animal they come across. Reasonable prices for the amount of service you receive. They always go above and beyond for their customers and our pets.

Rose has been our go-to pet sitter for three years now. We have two large male house cats. Rose provides peace of mind while we are gone, in part because she posts us by text early each morning with a short report on that morning's visit and how the cats are. She also makes written notes on each visit and leaves them for us. She is careful and conscientious and very easy to work with. We have never had a problem with her service and recommend Always Available whole- heartedly.

Rose watched my two boxers for me. It was somewhat nerve wracking having a non family member watch my girls. But Rose is very professional and thorough. During the meet and greet my dogs seemed to settle fairly well with her presence too. She texts a picture and update every day. Would definitely use her again!

I recently had Rose watch my eight dogs (two large dogs and six small dogs) and my two cats. I was gone overnight and my pets are not used to this. However I am pleased to say that my pets have taken kindly to Rose and they were well taken care of when I was gone. Rose sent text pictures with each of her visits. Unfortunately she had to clean up after one of my dogs but the place was immaculate when I got home. I highly recommend rose for pet sitting and I plan on using her in the future.

We highly recommend Rose, Always Available Pet Sitting. Right from the beginning Rose was organized and business-like, taking note of the names of each pet, the amount of food, times of day to be fed, locations for food, treats, etc. Rose cared for our 4 dogs and cat for 9 days while we went on vacation. She did not hesitate to come an extra day when our flight was canceled last minute. Rose did a lot more than just feed our fur babies. She spent time playing with them as well as watching their behavior to make sure they got along and played together safely. (We have 3 large dogs and a small beagle.) She even called us to make sure we were comfortable with what she saw. She left notes from each day and also texted us notes and photos. It’s clear Rose loves animals and has experience with animal behavior. We felt so much more at ease on our vacation knowing Rose was watching our pets. We will be using Rose’s services again.

LBBI is amazing! Their staff are amazing! My husband and I were so blessed to bring a unique pet, our pet rat, Sumo 🐁, to LBBI for daycare during several hot summer days in August and September. The staff were very accepting of Sumo and were genuinely happy when he was dropped off in the morning. Sumo actually became a little less shy due to his time at LBBI, where I know he was taken care of and paid attention to. Other wonderful things about LBBI: the drop-off and pick-up times. I also very much appreciated the email reminders. I can’t recommend this business highly enough! I would give more than 5 ⭐️ if I could!!!

We love Loomis Bed and Biscuit. I appreciate that they require a meet & greet, evaluation, and (complimentary) half day before accepting your dog to the LBB family. My dog Turkey can a bit nervous and sometimes needs a slower introduction to warm up to high energy dogs or strangers. But LBB not only separates dogs based on size, but also energy level. Although my dog was nervous entering the facility his first time, he instantly loved all the staff. And now he happily enters the building and is a happy pup when I pick him up. I also genuinely appreciate that they accept dogs based on their behavior, and not just their breed 💙

My dog always comes home happily exhausted from playing all day at daycare. I've only used their boarding option once, and it was so wonderful to have my mind at ease. They sent me photos and told me how my dog was doing. Every time I drop him off, the staff is so sweet, and my dog is so excited to be there! We love the biscuit so much that we make sure it's part of our household budget.

I’ve been taking Addie (my Australian Shepherd) to Bed and Biscuit for several months. Jason, Logan and the other team members at B&B are absolutely the best. They provide dog daycare services and Addie is so happy playing there 3/4 days a week. I trust them 100% with Addie.

My Golden Retreiver LOVES coming to Loomis Bed & Biscuit! He gets to play with dogs his size all day while I'm at work. This facility is set up well! Big dogs with big dogs and small dogs with small dogs. They have a great outdoor area for them to run and play and inside is a big open area where he plays as well! I Like the fact that they screen every animal before they are accepted, so my sweet Golden Retreiver doesn't have to deal with aggressive dogs! The staff greets me with a smile everytime I come in. I occationally have him boarded overnight and its really comforting to know someone is there overnight with him. He doesn't have to be in a kennel overnight until someone gets there in the morning like alot of other boarding facilities do. I can't say enough good things about this place or the staff! My dog comes home "happy tired" and can't wait to go back the next day! From one picky dog owner to the next I highly recommend this place!

Perfect place to bring your dog for daycare. Inside airconditioned on couches and playing with other dogs. We use all the time!

Aunt Cynthia's was a godsend when I needed them most. I had looked at various kennels for my two large dogs (50 and 75 lbs), but did not like the idea of them being kept in a small room or worse, a cage, for my 2-week vacation. Instead, I had a relative come stay at my house. That didn't turn out well when the AC broke in 109F heat and the relative was called into work for the entire 2 weeks. My pups had to sit in blistering heat in their kennels for 9 hours a day until the AC was fixed - which took nearly a week (but that's another review). To top it all off, we had a medical emergency while on vacation and no one could pet-sit for the extra 3 weeks we spent in the hospital. Enter Aunt Cynthia's. I called and let Aunt Cynthia's know my situation and that I was flying home for 1 day, then turning around and flying back to be at the hospital. They were able to get me an evaluation appointment during my availability window and we were set. I was unsure how long I would be gone, so I paid for 2 weeks. It turned out to be 3 - and the staff at Aunt Cynthia's was understanding and made sure I knew how the dogs were doing. When I picked up my dogs, they were excited to see me, but they really just wanted to go back and play with their new "friends". For them, it was like having the comfort of home combined with the fun of a dog park. The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive. I feel comfortable leaving my fur children in the care of Aunt Cynthia and her team.

My girl Willow has been going here since a puppy. It’s the only place she likes almost as being home. LBBI you’re the best!!

No crating. They have rooms for the dogs to play in bSe on there size and energy. Someone is there 24hrs a day. I feel my dogs are well taken care of at bed and biscuit. They have grooming too!

I seriously cannot recommend Camp Bow Wow enough for your pups. I recently went on vacation where I had to put my pup in daycare (first time ever doing that) and let me tell you - Watching my girl on camera and seeing how happy she is here warmed my heart and made missing her a little bit easier. The team was great about communication, organized and made sure everyone was safe and happy. It made going on my vacation so much less stressful knowing she was in good hands. I love how much space for the dogs you have. That there is an indoor & outdoor area for them. I love how well trained everyone is and that safety is a top concern! That there is a veterinary right next door puts a lot of ease to me mind. I really like you offer grooming, and one-on-one time for dogs as well! Also Luna, our dog, had a blast there!

Doggie Daycare & Boarding(Staycation) are highly recommended by our Sasuke & Sumo. The staffs are amazing & super friendly. Communication & response are phenomenal. They take care of our fur babies while we are away or out of town. I feel at peace that our babies are in wonderful hands & caring hearts.

10/10 recommend. Super friendly staff and my dog loves it here. I can trust them with boarding and daycare. They even threw my dog a birthday party and took pictures. The cameras are a perk, so you can check on your pup.

We are very happy with Camp Bow Wow for daycare and boarding. It is great to be able to look in on the pups with the cams. Staff is always very attentive and quick to go above and beyond to help with our precious doggies.

Highly, highly recommend!! My fiancé & I have a little 6-month-old Yorkiepoo, Pepper, who needs full-day care 2 days/week -- I couldn't be happier with Camp Bow Wow! They were super communicative & kind from my 1st contact with them. Seth in particular is great -- he was very welcoming & knowledgeable when we brought Pepper in for her 1st interview day. He also remembers her name & talks to her so kindly every time we drop off & pick up. Prices are great, especially the packages. Some of them come out to being $33/day, which is miles cheaper than any dog sitter, & your pup gets to play all day with doggie friends! They offer cool add-on (still very affordable) enrichment programs that would be great for any pup -- snuggle time for nervous/cuddly ones, play time for high-energy ones, & a lot more! They also send you pics of enrichment if you choose to do one, which are way too cute (I added some of when Pepper did snuggle time!). I also love the cameras; I check in a few times a day & it helps me feel at ease to see Pepper sniffing around/napping/playing. It always warms my heart when I get to see a staff member in the play rooms too -- they are all gentle & kind, & give out tons of pets. Organized, efficient, clean, & caring. Couldn't ask for more! Friendly place. Folks here cared for my pooch for the day. The best thing I liked is on their app. You can monitor your dog via video cam. When a dog used the restroom, staff immediately cleaned the waste, then mopped the area. Staff was always present.

I’ve had my dog at daycare and boarding here. The counselors are attentive and interacts with the dogs in their care. Love that they have an outdoor and indoor area for dogs to go between, weather permitting. The webcam is a plus though a bit buggy in the app.

I really appreciated the time and details in testing dogs for camp. It is very thorough and gives a peace of mind. Plus the staff were amazing!

Camp Bow Wow in Fair Oaks is a warm and sefe place for our new rescue chihuahua mix. The staff is so friendly! Our dog loves going. He starts yelping with excitement as soon as we turn into the parking lot, and he is always greeted by his name. We highly recommend Camp Bow Wow for your pet daycare needs.

My pups, Alfonso and Oillie love staying at the Best Friends Pet Hotel! They are so quiet on the way home. Exhausted from fun! They love the staff. Constantly running around them even as we are trying to leave! Haha They are so happy. I have them groomed after each stay, they smell wonderful!! Pictures from different pickups!! Another stay! My big boy Bengal, Dezi had a great time here. The facility was very nice and clean too. He got his own two room suite! The staff made him feel safe and loved and he wasn’t stressed when I picked him up. This was his first time away from home and I wasn’t sure how it would go. He will be coming back to visit again.

I have used Best Friends since 2002. All of my dogs have done great and I had a dog with some “issues” and she was handled well. There were never any problems after their visit at the “spa” as we referred to it. My two small dogs just returned from their spa visit and Max was on medication and he did great and our Gracie was happy too. Highly recommend!! 🐾🐾

Kirby's first boarding experience at Best Friends was wonderful! He got along great with the other cats, and it was clear the staff truly care for animals. I highly recommend this Best Friends location for anyone needing extended pet care.

We brought our Golden, Lola, here for the first time for a full grooming experience. She is terrified of loud noises--the girl who met us at check-in was extremely gentle with our dog, calming, and got her to settle down. We knew immediately that Lola was in good hands. They brought Lola out looking better than she ever has at any other grooming appointment--complete with a fresh bandana and bow. We loved our experience here!

First time with Best Friends over the Christmas holiday. She was pretty excited to go with the staff and seemed great when we picked up. We had a long delay on our return train ride and the staff was very understanding. I felt very comfortable with her accommodations and would definitely use them again next time we travel.

Best Friends pet boarding, daycare in Carmichael. The staff here is awesom! My Pebbles and BamBam really enjoy their overnight stays! They get lots of attention, treats and best of all have piece of mind knowing the loving care they are getting! Highly recommend boarding and Doggy day camp!

They took such great care of my big boy Benjamin! I’ve heard so many great things about this place and I’m so glad I finally gave them a try. I will be back for more overnight stays and daycare!
