We absolutely loved getting sit for Grace and Rich! They had us over for dinner the night before and were very hospitable and kind. In the morning they showed us the ropes. The animals were great, very loving and easy going. Buddy loves chasing a frisbee in walks and will always be down for cuddles. The cats just do their own thing but Charlie comes for a cuddle too once and a while. We always felt that we could contact Grace and Rich if we had questions and they were always happy and quick to respond. If given the opportunity we would definitely do this sit again and highly recommend it :)
Carol and John were lovely hosts and my partner, Francis and I felt welcomed with open arms into their lovely country home. Carol prepared a basket full of yummy treats and wine for us on our arrival. The pets were a pleasure to spend time with and we had many lovely walks with Charlie and cuddles with the two cats as well. Their property is quite close to the local village where you can get everything you need for delicious meals and treats and there are quite a few lovely walks in the countryside that you can access from their place as well. The house is a real gem, as you can see from the photos and the area of France is spectacular. I would highly recommend this sit and know you will enjoy hanging out with Carol and John and their lovely animals.
This was my first time having the priviledge of caring for a german shepherd and it could not have been more perfect! Karen & Steve welcomed me graciously into their beautiful home and Diesel even blessed me with a kiss. He was thoroughly engaged and greeted me with happy tail wags each morning. Having frequent time launching his nerve ball was the highlight of his day. I fell in love with him and it was hard to say goodbye. Steve and Karen stayed in close contact and always promptly addressed any questions. Their home is incredibly beautiful and the property is quiet and serene. I feel lucky having met such a beautiful family and sweetest handsome german shepherd!
This was a perfect sit, with a lovely cat and a beautiful house. As an older cat, Morris is too sophisticated to be very playful, but he's very sweet and chatty, with a loud, constant purr! He's independent, but loves to stay close wherever you are. Sally's home couldn't be more welcoming. It's spacious, bright, stylishly decorated and quiet, with a super kitchen and a pretty, well-thought out garden, where we spent lots of time. The house is close to Teddington High Street, which is full of cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops, a two-minute walk from the rail station (lots of trains into Central London), a five-minute walk from Bushy Park, a huge, deer-filled open space where you can walk, run, picnic, etc. There are plenty of buses into nearby Richmond and Kingston, and there are gorgeous riverside walks and pubs within 15 minutes by foot. My husband and I felt very lucky to have spent time with Morris in his beautiful house!
Georgie and Alex welcomed us into their beautiful home, took care to show us around and let us know how to look after Meg. Meg was very easy as she loves company and joined us on many runs along the beach! Any time Meg needs a sitter we would always be happy to look after her!
