Jeanne and Chris were incredibly nice and welcoming people. They had great instructions with helpful tips for caring for Darla. Their house was wonderful and the location could not have been better. They are on a very secluded lot that feels like a million miles from anywhere but are only a short drive to Durango. We sat with Darla for a week and she was a joy to be with. She is a great hiker and loves to play in the backyard. She was also super sweet and loves to be affectionate. Would definitely stay with her again. Great experience all around.
Our sit in Blair Atholl for Rhona and John to look after Raya their delightful cat has been one of the highlights of our UK trip. Raya is a lovable girl who settled with us quickly, we were getting cuddles on the lounge in the evenings a couple of days into the sit. Raya is independent, after her breakfast she is happy to come and go through her cat flap in the kitchen, she enjoys a wander in the garden and a sit in the sun. Blair Atholl is a stunning place, wonderful walks and scenery. There are 2 convenience stores and a pub. We visited the Watermill bakery regularly to stock up on their beautiful breads and muesli. It is well worth a visit to Blair Castle and their gardens, we spent an afternoon there, so interesting! We enjoyed getting to know Rhona and John, they made us so welcome, their guesthouse is so comfortable, warm and charming. We absolutely recommend this sit, it's one of our favourite ones ever.
Fernando and Gulayas place was so great! They have a beautiful view and light out of their bay window and it is a modern and clean place. The neighborhood is lovely and wuiet and their dog pan is just adorable. They were very helpful and we would be excited to sot for them again
