Beth and Matthew have been my first house sitters - and I was their first house sit too. Beth and Matthew have been great. I was a little nervous as this was the first time I've the zeewoi platform and service. Beth contacted me to let me know that one of my dogs had a sore on her chest and sent me a video to let me see and decide what to do. We agreed my dog needed to be seen by a vet and within a few hours my dog had antibiotics. Beth even popped into a shop to buy my dog a jumper to wear as the vet had recommended this to stop her scratching the sore. When I got home Beth had washed all their bedding and the house was clean and tidy. Both Beth and Matthew are a lovely couple and I would definitely recommend them both if you are looking for reliable and trustworthy house and pet sitters.
Erica was great! Easy to communicate with and very self -sufficient when we ended up being out of service for several days. Pingo and the house were clearly in good hands, we came back to a spotless house with a freshly made bed and a happy dog. We'd definitely have Erica again!
I am so grateful to Victoria for taking such wonderful care of my elder cats,, Zoe and Mischief, my home and my garden! She stayed in touch, and even sent photos of Zoe and Mischief, which further reassured me that my kitties and my home were in good hands while I was away. This was my first time using zeewoi. Not only did I have to prepare my home for a guest but prepare myself for leaving my boys with someone I had only met through a zoom call. Right away, I was put at ease as Sharon just gravitated right to my boys. She asked questions about info that I had missed in my welcome pack that made me rest assured that she was on the ball. Throughout my trip, Sharon kept in touch with me about how the boys were getting along... I was so relieved hearing that their usual playful selves was apparent. Given that our flight home was going to be late, she insisted on waiting until we were heading out of the airport before leaving the boys with their last walk until we came home. When we walked through our front door, the boys were chilling out, our home was spotless, and she even washed the bedding. I can recommend Sharon with 100% certainty that your pets will be in great hands. Thanks Sharon for everything.
Jaclyn was a wonderful sitter for our dog Tucker! She was always quick to respond to communications, she was easy-going and excited to sit with Tucker, she shared updates (with pictures) while we were away, and she left our house cleaner than when we left - she even ran the dishwasher, which we forgot to do before we left! She and Tucker bonded immediately, and when we returned home it was clear that he had a great time with Jaclyn. We can't recommend her highly enough!
I can’t say enough good things about Felicia! She was willing to come over ahead of time so we could meet her. Lele took an instant liking to her (and I think it was mutual).😁 Felicia showed up on time, checked in on a regular basis while I was away, and sent photos of Lele, too. I tend to over prepare, and Felicia was accepting of that and helped me feel okay about my preparation and absence. I felt very comfortable leaving, knowing the most important thing, Lele, was well taken care of. This is my first time using zeewoi, so I didn’t really know what to expect. Felicia far exceeded all of my hopes and expectations. I would absolutely love to have Felicia come back again!
I am so glad that my cat, Duque, and I met Sharon! She is a wonderful person, very kind with pets, thorough with house care and communicative. Sharon's cleaning (and brownies!) went above and beyond and my cat did not seem to have missed me much when I got home. I recommend Sharon if she applies for your sit and we hope to welcome her back to our home one day.
Julie and Adrian were ideal pet and house sitters. Julie and Damian are very friendly and made sure to go over details and ask questions when they arrived. We came home to very happy and contented pets. Our dog and cat clearly got lots of love and attention (also clear from the great photos that Julie and Adrian sent us). The house was immaculate when we came home. We could not ask for better, more trusted, house sitters.
Although they are experienced pet sitters this was their first sit with zeewoi and they were wonderful. Jyoti (our cat) was completely at ease and spent plenty of time on their laps. The chickens were well looked after and they managed the broody one efficiently. Excellent communication before and during the house sit. They followed our detailed instructions conscientiously and left the house clean and tidy. They cooked a meal for us on our return and we enjoyed getting to know them. We would welcome them back any time and highly recommend them for future sits.

We had our dogs in Bartle Bridge for 9 days for the first time (1 year old ESS and 7 year old JRT). The receptionist team was extremely helpful before their visit with information as we were anxious with this being their first time in kennels. When checking in, it was incredibly smooth and eased our worries immediately! Our dogs are fussy with eating when we are away and we made BB aware of this so we knew this would potentially be an issue with them both. We were given updates about this while away very promptly and again our anxieties were eased. They seemed to try everything with our dogs to encourage eating (giving them different types of food both wet and meat, hand feeding them etc). They were open and transparent with us which we loved. On pick up, this was again very easy and effortless. The staff truly care about the dogs. They came home smelling lovely, their items still in immaculate condition and were very happy with their handlers!! Would 100% recommend them as they take great care of your dogs and care for them no matter how difficult they are !!
Would not recommend, poor communication with kennels. Took over a week for a response to see how my dog Maple was doing. I had to ask someone to call them on my behalf to see how Maple was doing. It was only then they responded. Met with a defensive attitude when I collected Maple. I was told to send messages through messenger to be met with a long automated price list each time. The kennels are only contactable for short hours during the day too.
This is the only place I would take my dog Bentley.He's been visiting these kennels for a few years now,and I would highly reccommend this business.The staff are caring,professional,and are the best people to look after your pet.Bentley loves coming to stay at Bartle Bridge.So much so,when we picked him up this time,he didn't want to come home.Its great value for money,however long your pet stays here.Bentley is looked after so well,I wouldn't think about taking him anywhere else.Thankyou to everybody at Bartle Bridge.Bentley will be back soon for another visit(I think he's grown attached to you all).
1st time the dogs have been in kennels, we were impressed with bartle bridge & very friendly & experienced staff... They also bath dogs at owners request..
Terrible experience - I would not recommend this place to anyone. We boarded our dog here for 14 days. Never used kennels before but was assured that Plan B and C would be deployed if the dog didn't settle and the most unacceptable part of it all was that my dog was clearly distressed during the whole of his stay and nothing was done - even though an emergency contact was provided of someone who would collect him. No concerns were shared by the kennels, no communication and worse still, no action taken. The end result was the dog lost weight, lost his bark (assume that was due to the amount of crying/howling/barking he did whilst distressed), returned with red lumps on his front legs (bites?) and smelled so badly of urine that he was bathed the day before we collected him. Later advised (after being told initially that there were no issues) that he relieved himself in his unit each night and 'padded' around in it which is not usual behaviour for any dog - and then he was left in this state for 2 weeks? They did say they hosed the unit down daily. Surely this was another red flag? Following further investigation, they acknowledged that the dog 'had not received the 5 star service that he should have' and that they had lessons to learn from it. I don't believe that the experience my dog had and the service received bears any resemblance to the nice fluffy description advertised on their website. I would almost call it neglect. I was told to follow the kennels on Facebook for regular updates but only 1 photo ever uploaded. Will not return nor recommend. The only compensation offered was a free return visit...which given the above NO ONE in their right mind would accept. How could anyone put their dog through that again?! Insulting to say the least. It has taken me nearly 2 weeks to write this review as I didn't want it to be an emotional response to the situation but feel I should now share.
Have been using bartle Bridge fir over 20 years. They take wonderful care of my boys and are so good with their medical needs. Would not take my dogs any where else

Moved into the area last year and came across Bartle Bridge for my four dogs, I have used them several times now and they are just the best at looking after my gang. The team are always accommodating and fuss and love our dogs for us whilst we are away. Two of my dogs are bulldogs with high energy levels and some mischief but the team are always embracing them and tell me how much they love their characters, this is lovely to hear and I know how much fun my dogs must have with the team. Cath and the team are just the best !
Truly exceptional kennels ran by devoted animal lovers who will go the extra mile to care for your pets and give you the assurance that you need when you're going to be apart from them. Well worth investing the time to pay a visit and get to know them and then you'll understand they are more than just boarders. My dogs have truly loved going there and I will heartily recommend them to anyone who wants or needs any reassurance.

Our dog had stayed here previously with no problems but this time when dropping him off he was fine, but because he started to bark (as all the dogs were barking) they refused to take him. My dog is a big dog and does have a loud bark but is not viscous. This left me without a kennel prior to leaving for our holiday in 4 hours time. The owners had no time or compassion for my dog and were very rude. And left me trying to find somewhere to home my dog for a week PLEASE BE AWARE!!! I had actually recommended them to a friend but they refused to board my friends dog due to their breed. My advice would be STAY AWAY or you could be left in the lurch.
We sent our 4 dogs to waterwheel for 15 nights, we had never left our dogs before but when we went to view this kennels we knew it was the best place for them, the owners were so lovely, caring and professional, the kennels were so clean and tidy. On the day we dropped them off we were so upset to leave them however the support we received from the owners was second to none, the instantly showed love and affection to all the dogs. I emailed regular and was provided with updates, all 4 dogs settled really well! On collection day the dogs didn’t want to leave the clearly enjoyed their time at waterwheel making it so much easier for us to leave them next time we go on holiday. I couldn’t recommend this place enough they really are gold standard and I can’t thank them enough for caring for our dogs so well!
Thanks a lot to the hosts for the top service for our pug and cat!! We left them at the Waterwheel boarding kennels a few times before and both our pets and we were very happy after their stay. The place is very tidy especially compared to other kennels&catteries we had visited in search of a place for our pets. Highly recommended home for your pets!
We leave our dogs Lulu and Ian here regularly and they are always well looked after, its their little holiday .
Shocking service. Phoned the kennels to book my dog in for a few nights. The man on the phone was just about to confirm the booking and everything was OK - until he learnt that my dog was a British bulldog! He said they don't take any bulldogs. I politely asked why, and he said that he's "been bitten by one in the past" and that they "don't want anything to do with them!". He then hung up the phone. My dog is very gentle and loving and has never bit anyone. Absolutely disgusting service and snobbish judgimental attitude. I would not trust any pet with a person with such cruel opinions about any dog. We will reschedule our holiday for when our usual trusted kennels have availability.
Absolutely brilliant kennels! My dogs love going and get very excited as soon as they arrive! I also board my cats, they are all looked after amazingly and the staff are absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend!
Booked a 4 day stay a month in advance. Turned up on the day with our two collies, literally on our way to our holiday. They had no record of our booking and we were told they were full. When I produced my record, they agreed to take our two dogs. Upon return we were told both dogs had just been fed and toileted, however were absolutely desperate for the loo (both are very well trained so being desperate is stressful for them) and one continued to make a mess in the car on the way home which is unheard of for my dog. Both dogs were smelly, had urine in their coats and very hungry and the youngest (who is very lean and fit) was visibly thinner. Fast forward a few days and both are now showing kennel cough, despite being vaccinated. So some dogs are obviously going in unvaccinated. Have used many kennels over the years and will never use this one again.
Our border collie stayed here for his holidays and was his happy self throughout his stay. We always choose the Waterwheel for its friendly owners, clean kennels and time taken to give him his daily exercise, hugs and strokes. Many thanks for giving us peace of mind when we were away.
We have now had 2 dogs that were looked after whilst we were away at Waterwheel Boarding and we cannot praise them enough. Our current dog is a Lhasa apso and she loves it here she goes there with tail wagging and comes back to us exactly the same. The dogs get regular walks and exercise and the kennels are very clean and warm so the dogs are very comfortable here. We wouldn't take our Millie anywhere else. Very highly recommended.
It was the first time that our two black labs had been in kennels. We were very anxious owners but we should not have worried as they were well looked by Lorraine and Ron. We received photos and messages while we were out of the country. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them without any hesitation.

My dog was here was 9 nights for the first time and she has come home with damaged paws, cuts all over her feet and legs. My poor dog can hardly walk and they didn’t seem to care when I rang she has ran and played at home many a times and never ended up like that.

It makes it so much easier as an owner to know you’re leaving your dog somewhere they’re happy. Before Old Park Farm, I’d only ever left Lola at one other kennels and never for 2 weeks. I was so anxious coming back as I was worried at how she would be at home, but it was like we were never away! She came home just as happy as when we dropped her off and that makes all the difference. I won’t use any other kennels in future. Thank you Old Park Farm 🐾❤️

They're absolutely amazing! Left our 8 month old German Shepherd with them and he loved it. He's a handful and they were fantastic with him, even when he was throwing his water around! Pip our boarder collie has had a lovely week at the old park farm kennels. She has come back full of life. Such lovely staff . Will not hesitate to have her stay again . The best moment was when as we left she turned back to the lady who has been looking after her and gave her her one final cuddle and if you know pip you know she only saves them for special people. Charlie is just back from 13 days at the kennels. It is only the 2nd time Charlie has been here and he is not a very social dog yet we have had pic after pic of Charlie sat with the staff and having cuddles he’s come home a very happy little boy. Can thoroughly recommend Allegro Kennels they really care about the animals .
I have a 3+ year old German Shepherd and since she was born I had never left her since she was born during covid. For the first time I was going away on a family holiday for 2 weeks and from the beginning the guys made me feel super comfortable about leaving her with them. They set up a time to meet her before hand and gave me all the relevant information I needed to make me feel comfortable because I was super nervous! But during her stay I was sent photos, videos and super nice messages and updates on a regular and un-prompted basis of her enjoying her time and receiving daily attention, love and exercise. Even upon picking her up they made sure that everything was ready for pick up and I didn't have to worry about anything at all. My girl was super happy and I wouldn't hesitate to choose them again for my next holiday! Thank you so much for the amazing care for my Nova <3
I recently used Allegro dog kennel for my reactive dog, and I couldn't be more impressed with their care and attention. Despite my dog’s temperament, the staff was incredibly understanding and made sure to keep me updated frequently, sending photos and messages to ease my worries. They reassured me that handling my dog wasn't difficult, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. It's clear they truly care about the dogs in their care, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again. Highly recommended!
All I can say is what an amazing set of people! My dogs (2x labs) stayed whilst I went away (it was the first time I was able to book, because they are busy all the time!!). I got picture updates every few days and vids. They've been so well looked after and are so happy! Might take them a while to decompress as I think they built some solid bonds! I couldn't be more grateful and happy that their wellbeing was priority. Highly recommend for any fur babies, cats included! Thanks a million ❣️
My Lurcher puppy had her first short stay in September, she loved the staff. It’s great that I can drop her off and pick her up between 9.30am and 4pm any day of the week. I was sent photos of her enjoying her exercise and arranged a pick-up time via text. I recently booked another short stay but my pup got an infection and there was no problem in cancelling. Martin was understanding and was able to rebook her in for another stay in a couple of weeks.
Left my Belgian malinois with these guys for the week and picked her up today. Couldn’t fault the lads at all great service. From looking after my girl to constantly sending photos and videos to me while I was away! Could tell she was well looked after and came back home her usual happy little self. Can’t thank the lads enough. Will definitely be where she goes when we’re away in future!! Thanks again 😁😁😁
Both my lurchers stay at Allegro quite often for short stays. They are always well looked after, happy and usually shattered when they come home so I know they have plenty of exercise. They are happy going in everytime and so excited to see the staff (they can never get a picture as they are too busy trying to get kisses). Very reasonably priced and I wouldn’t take them anywhere else. Staff are polite and communication is great. Happy dogs and happy owners each time
My male Akita had his first kennel stay with Allegro this weekend. He’s never stayed at a kennel before and has never stayed over night with anyone other than family, however with family holidays coming up we knew we needed to find a trusted kennel that could handle our big lad and we’d feel safe leaving him with. Martin was absolutely fantastic from the moment he met Kuma, & even with the breed and Kuma’s minor aggressive tendencies (food aggression, resource guarding, anxiety with strangers petting him) he took him on & made sure he felt comfortable at all times. Kuma warmed up to Martin in seconds and with regular updates on his well being and to give me peace of mind, I knew I’d made the right choice! As an Akita owner, I know first hand how hard it is to find somewhere who not only aren’t scared of the breed but are experienced enough to look after them properly, I’m so glad I found Allegro and won’t hesitate to use them as our go to now. Highly recommend, no matter the breed, size or personality of the pup, I’d feel safe leaving my furbaby with the Allegro team!
Wonderful place! My 3 dogs stayed for a week and I don’t think they wanted to come home! Amazing staff who kept us updated and sent beautiful photos across to us! Extremely friendly and I felt very comfortable leaving my 3 in their care! See you again soon!
Fully recommend for any pets. Our dog loved his stay and has come back full of joy. Price is very good and the service is 5*. You receive pictures every couple of days to ease your mind. Will use them again when needed.
Our two lunatic puppers have just spent a week at yappy nights while we were away on holiday. Really nervous at putting them in kennels but i am so glad i found yappy nights. Fergie and badger obviously enjoyed their time there and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Yappy nights to anyone. I got photos of them whilst we were away which was much appreciated. So impressed i am already booking them in again for February.
Had our 2 Labradors boys (Teddy and Finan) in Yappy Nights while we were away on holiday for the week, staff seemed fantastic, really helpful, must have a real love for dogs which shows, dogs seemed to love it come out happy healthy and bouncy. Have used them a couple of times before and will definitely be using them again.

This Kennels has recently changed hands for the worst! When you drop your dog off and the first thing that is said is "we don't supply the food now you know" . I'm paying you £15 you should supply. luckily I had food in the car. But my dog came out of these kennels skinny hungry and not very well looked after it's a shame used to be a lovely kennels
Our dog loves it here. The staff are very friendly. You get the sense they very much care about the dogs in their care. We wouldn't take our dog anywhere else.

Ollie and Coco always enjoy spending time at Julia's. I always feel as ease knowing they are happy there and Julia sends daily photos on what they're getting up to 🙂 She has a huge garden for the dogs to play in and her own dogs (Bonnie and Cocoa) are so lovely and friendly too! Julia provides a homely environment my spoilt doggies are used to and makes my time away from them stress free, without worrying about them!! She's not only great with the dogs, but extremely professional as well, ensuring all dogs are fully vaccinated, and always responding promptly to any messages. Thank you! ❤️
Me and my boyfriend have a beautiful bouncy Labrador puppy called Bella. We were recommended waggletail back in March when Bella was just 4 months old. We were very apprehensive about leaving our gorgeous puppy as we had never done it before but what can I say! Julia made it Bella's second home! Bella has since been on several stays at Waggletail and she loves going on her little holidays there! We sometimes joke that she won't want to come home as she has so much fun there! Julia sends regular updates on Bella when she is there including photos and videos which is very reassuring to see Bella having the time of her life! Julia also plays stimulation games with her which keeps her brain active too which is amazing! We wouldn't let Bella stay with anyone else extremely reliable and great service! Would highly recommend. Jen
Monty has settled in well at waggletail and bonnie is his new best friend. Julia really looks after him and keeps them occupied. Comes home tired so we know he's had a good time. Highly recommended

I send my babies on regular basis, very happy Dan taking a brilliant care of all.of them. My puppy Esma was very shy at first and comes out of her shell after sent her couple of times. The place is not big however I feel my babies feels more at home compared to other place that they had attended previously.
Lola was nervous at first but Dan was great and she loved it i will definitely be booking in again.

Another successful holiday for Millie, I've lost count the number of times that Tracy has arranged Millie's holidays. We are so grateful we can go away and know she is being looked after so well and we don't have to worry about her. Barking Mad is such a well oiled operation and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to arrange your dogs home from home holiday.

Another great service. Otto loves going and is always well looked after. He is treated like part of the family. The photos and updates on how he is getting on is fantastic and he always seems to be having a lovely time. We will certainly be using again.
We would highly recommend Barking Mad, Tracy provides an excellent service, nothing is too much trouble. Bobbi leaves home happy and arrives back home happy, the host families are lovely and caring and you are always kept updated on his welfare. Would not know what we would do without Tracy at Barking Mad and the host families.
I have always found this service amazing. It is such a unique level of care that surpasses everything you expect. Tracy has been amazing right from the start. Her careful assessment of Charlie who was very old and had multiple needs resulted in a very individual service that made Charlie feeling that he was not away from home. On every single 'holiday' he returned home happy, clean, well fed and completely relaxed - there was no evidence of separation anxiety before or after his 'holidays'. In contrast when he was in the kennels - he was thin, smelly, and anxious and when he barked he sounded as though he had a sore throat. On every occasion he was anxious for days and it took almost a week to settle down. Tracy has a wonderful team and their kindness to Charlie was always evident when he came home. Another top class service from Barking Mad. One of her hosts had taken ill while minding my dog, so without any fuss Tracy quickly collected my dog and secured the services of another host to care for it, allowing my holiday to continue uninterrupted. A first class service from Tracy at Barking Mad.
This is our first time with Barking Mad, and we found Tracy extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Tracy matched our dog with Carl and we felt very reassured and relaxed during our time away. Wonderful service and a caring company. My Minty has had several hols with the same hosts and is always well looked after. If ever there is a delay because another animal is getting extra care you are kept well informed, and it is door to door. 10/10. I would have posted earlier, but this is a new mobile phone and the other one had no sites like this.🐶🐶🐶
