We have given Victoria and Dina a 5 star review. We wish we could give extra stars. Whenever someone leaves a pet with a house sitter, one hopes that the pet will remain in good health. Unfortunately, our pet dog had become very distressed and required a trip to the vet. Fortunately, Victoria and Dina were easily able to manage this worrying situation, and kept us informed promptly. The distress was resolved, thanks to Victoria and Dina's aid, and our pet is fine now. It was a relief to know that they were there and both willing and able to provide such loving care to the needs our pets. In addition to this, they left the apartment in immaculate condition, kindly left us homemade squares for our arrival back, and provided us with a video reel of our pets from the daily WhatsApp posts they sent to us. They even brought gifts to us for Christmas, (chocolates and a panettone from Italy), as well as a beautiful orchid before their departure. We would highly recommend Victoria and Dina as house sitters.
This is my first sitter ever. Michelle has set the bar so High for total excellence in all areas that I think I will be disappointed with anyone else. Time will tell.
