Cat Sitters in Great Gaddesden

It was an absolute pleasure to have Pascal, Andy and their Mum stay to look after our cat and our chickens. We communicated prior to their stay and met them to introduce ourselves, our home and our pets a couple of hours before we left for our holiday. Throughout our time away, we felt confident and relaxed that they were taking good care of our animals and our home. They kept us updated with regular photos and information about our animals and their visit. On our return it was lovely to find a gorgeous big bunch of welcoming Sunflowers and a thank you card and we found the house probably cleaner and tidier than when we left, which is always lovely when you're coming home with a big bundle of holiday washing to tackle! We wouldn't hesitate to to recommend Pascal, Andy and 'Mum' to take care of your home and animals. They are all lovely kind and friendly people and it was a pleasure to host them. I hope they enjoyed their time exploring the local area here as much as we did hosting them and I hope that they maybe able to sit for us again some time again in the future. Thank you all! :)

Alina has been an absolute gem as our house and pet sitter. From the moment she arrived, her warm and friendly demeanor put us at ease, and we could tell our home and pets were in excellent hands. Alina is exceptionally organized and attentive to detail; she maintained our home impeccably, ensuring everything was just as we left it, if not better. Her reliability and clear communication gave us peace of mind, knowing that any potential issues would be handled promptly and efficiently. What truly sets Alina apart is her genuine affection for cats. Our cats adored her from the get-go, and it was clear that the feeling was mutual. She went above and beyond in her care, providing not just the essentials but also lots of love, playtime, and attention. Alina sent regular updates, complete with photos and charming anecdotes, which brought us great joy and comfort while we were away. We couldn't have asked for a more dedicated and caring sitter, and we wholeheartedly recommend Alina to anyone seeking a trustworthy and compassionate caretaker for their home and pets.

Tobias was a great sitter! He was my first with Zeewoi and made the situation very easy, coming to meet me before hand and checking in on videocall, made me feel at ease. Came home to a happy cat :) Thanks Tobias!

Michelle, Gary and Ellen are the loveliest loveliest family you could hope to meet and I was so happy they were able to look after Pablo and Alba for a second time. I was actually rather jealous of all the fun the dogs had - every day we got updates and photos of their day - trips to the local beaches and attractions, they looked like they were haven the time of their lives! And then snuggles on the sofa in the evenings. This family are simply wonderful and clearly gave our dogs so much love. The house was immaculate when we got home which I really appreciate. It’s great coming back from holiday knowing that your house and pets have been taken care of so well. Thank you Michelle, Gary and Ellen. Jane and her young daughter came to look after our Border terrier for six days. They did a wonderful job, taking Gus on lots of outings and making sure he was well looked after. Jane also was great at messaging with pictures and her communication was really good throughout. She was also very considerate of our home and brought lots of her own supplies. I would highly recommend her!

Lynsey and Paul sat for me for the 2nd time this year and once again I was rewarded with coming home to a clean, happy household and a pint of milk in the fridge! The dogs clearly hadn’t missed me for a minute and from all the photo antics I was sent I’m beginning to think they probably prefer Paul and Lynsey….. Thankyou both so much for being here and allowing me to have an amazingly relaxed time knowing that all was more than well at home.

Elizabeth was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Not only is she really lovely as a person, she clearly adores dogs and fell in love with Archie, giving him the best care we could have asked for. Elizabeth arrived promptly the night before and joined us as a family for supper. She was excellent company and Archie immediately took to her. She was quick to take in all that was required and is capable, intelligent and efficient so we knew we were leaving everything in safe hands. We had regular updates and photos of Archie on his long walks and the house was immaculate on our return. Archie for sure was sad to see her leave and we will definitely love for Emma to stay with us again.

We were truly blessed to have Sirpa and her family housesit for us. The attention to detail that Sirpa went to was beyond our expectations. We left knowing that our dogs and house were in very safe caring hands. We received regular photos and updates of our pets and we came back to the cleanest and tidiest house imaginable. Anyone having this lovely family to housesit has hit the jackpot. Thank you so much Sirpa xx

Tara gave Sapphy and me another excellent sit. All the communication before and during was perfect; Sapphy was clearly very content in her care and company; and the house was in impeccable condition upon my return. Definitely recommended.

Tony was a very good choice for our dog Pirate. Pirate was a little anxious about us leaving and wasn’t really nice to Tony for the first couple of hours, but Tony is the type of person that is patient and kind and engaged Pirate and one him over! He even played soccer with Pirate. That was all it took for Pirate to adore him. He was even sad when he left. I highly recommend Tony for a house sit!
