Beth and Matthew have been my first house sitters - and I was their first house sit too. Beth and Matthew have been great. I was a little nervous as this was the first time I've the zeewoi platform and service. Beth contacted me to let me know that one of my dogs had a sore on her chest and sent me a video to let me see and decide what to do. We agreed my dog needed to be seen by a vet and within a few hours my dog had antibiotics. Beth even popped into a shop to buy my dog a jumper to wear as the vet had recommended this to stop her scratching the sore. When I got home Beth had washed all their bedding and the house was clean and tidy. Both Beth and Matthew are a lovely couple and I would definitely recommend them both if you are looking for reliable and trustworthy house and pet sitters.
Erica was great! Easy to communicate with and very self -sufficient when we ended up being out of service for several days. Pingo and the house were clearly in good hands, we came back to a spotless house with a freshly made bed and a happy dog. We'd definitely have Erica again!
I am so grateful to Victoria for taking such wonderful care of my elder cats,, Zoe and Mischief, my home and my garden! She stayed in touch, and even sent photos of Zoe and Mischief, which further reassured me that my kitties and my home were in good hands while I was away. This was my first time using zeewoi. Not only did I have to prepare my home for a guest but prepare myself for leaving my boys with someone I had only met through a zoom call. Right away, I was put at ease as Sharon just gravitated right to my boys. She asked questions about info that I had missed in my welcome pack that made me rest assured that she was on the ball. Throughout my trip, Sharon kept in touch with me about how the boys were getting along... I was so relieved hearing that their usual playful selves was apparent. Given that our flight home was going to be late, she insisted on waiting until we were heading out of the airport before leaving the boys with their last walk until we came home. When we walked through our front door, the boys were chilling out, our home was spotless, and she even washed the bedding. I can recommend Sharon with 100% certainty that your pets will be in great hands. Thanks Sharon for everything.
Jaclyn was a wonderful sitter for our dog Tucker! She was always quick to respond to communications, she was easy-going and excited to sit with Tucker, she shared updates (with pictures) while we were away, and she left our house cleaner than when we left - she even ran the dishwasher, which we forgot to do before we left! She and Tucker bonded immediately, and when we returned home it was clear that he had a great time with Jaclyn. We can't recommend her highly enough!
I can’t say enough good things about Felicia! She was willing to come over ahead of time so we could meet her. Lele took an instant liking to her (and I think it was mutual).😁 Felicia showed up on time, checked in on a regular basis while I was away, and sent photos of Lele, too. I tend to over prepare, and Felicia was accepting of that and helped me feel okay about my preparation and absence. I felt very comfortable leaving, knowing the most important thing, Lele, was well taken care of. This is my first time using zeewoi, so I didn’t really know what to expect. Felicia far exceeded all of my hopes and expectations. I would absolutely love to have Felicia come back again!
I am so glad that my cat, Duque, and I met Sharon! She is a wonderful person, very kind with pets, thorough with house care and communicative. Sharon's cleaning (and brownies!) went above and beyond and my cat did not seem to have missed me much when I got home. I recommend Sharon if she applies for your sit and we hope to welcome her back to our home one day.
Julie and Adrian were ideal pet and house sitters. Julie and Damian are very friendly and made sure to go over details and ask questions when they arrived. We came home to very happy and contented pets. Our dog and cat clearly got lots of love and attention (also clear from the great photos that Julie and Adrian sent us). The house was immaculate when we came home. We could not ask for better, more trusted, house sitters.
Although they are experienced pet sitters this was their first sit with zeewoi and they were wonderful. Jyoti (our cat) was completely at ease and spent plenty of time on their laps. The chickens were well looked after and they managed the broody one efficiently. Excellent communication before and during the house sit. They followed our detailed instructions conscientiously and left the house clean and tidy. They cooked a meal for us on our return and we enjoyed getting to know them. We would welcome them back any time and highly recommend them for future sits.

Just picked my little darling cat up. They had me waiting for at least ten minutes. She’s stayed there once before but I didn’t want to make a fuss. However she’s Persian and they were told she needed brushing with the brush I provided. He insisted she had been. Not likely!! The cushion was mated with fur something I’d never seen before and she was looking so shaggy and unkempt fur blowing in our faces. We picked her up a day early but of course paid for tomorrow too. For 91£ we expected more! Plus the proper biscuits she needed were untouched I was also handed half of the food sachets I had given for her! NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!
Boarded all my boxers here since around 2012 everyone of them been very well looked after and loved going back.One never liked leaving.Boarded my young boy Alfred for the 1st time this yr don't think he was to keen as he is a mommas boy but he was well looked after and now I send him for doggy day care so he's used to staff ect when he next stays. Highly recommended 👌
Honestly place looks nice, but they do not look after the animals well, my mate, my ex and now my other mate, all boarded there as no family who would, so - they all said same thing, their dogs were all skinnier and looked unwell after staying there. My mate said he gave a cushion for his dog as it was comfort for him as anything smells of home, the kennels didn't even give it to the dog, he goes they pulled it of a backroom and made some lame reason, he was fuming when I saw him. Honestly be careful if you want to leave them here or any kennels to be fair. Easy to take your money, not so easy on looking after.
Animal Lodge has looked after my dog for a number of years, and the service is excellent. The staff are very friendly and are great with my dog and I couldn't ask for anything better.

Worried about leaving your dog in boarding kennels? Don't. We have used Animal Lodge several times they are fantastic, the last time our dog was there he didn't want to come home. You get what you pay for so they say.
Knocked down two stars for two reason; 1. They charge PER DAY, which is ridiculous to me! My dog stayed for 44 hours and they charged for 3 days as they said they don’t charge per night, they charge per day. Ridiculous, so you’re just paying an extra day for absolutely no reason, even when you’ve picked your dog up in the morning, you’re still paying for that day. £52.50 for 44 hours. 2. I couldn’t get in contact with them on my dogs second day, I rang several times but no answer and it’s not nice when your dog is staying at a kennel for the first time and they don’t pick up the phone.
What a wonderful place, the staff are amazing so caring , the luxury kennels are beautiful a home from home for our dogs. I was so worried leaving our dogs as it was their first long stay while we were on holiday but the care they both got was exceptional I would not hesitate to recommend Animal Lodge.
Absolutely brilliant. We were reluctant to use kennels after previous poor experience. This place is fantastic. We have just picked Paddy up He was so well looked after. Clean kennel, friendly staff, lots of land for exercise and a happy content dog.

Jeanette and Dave have been caring for our Springer spaniel since March 2018 when she was a puppy. Jeanette is very kind and caring, and has looked after many animals over the years I have known her. She is honest and dependable and can be trusted to arrive as agreed, and walks Mabel in a variety of locations. Mabel has recently stayed overnight and was so pleased and excited to see Jeanette and stay in her home which has an abundance of outside space. We have no anxieties about leaving Mabel in their care and have arranged boarding for our upcoming holidays with complete confidence. I can not recommend Tricky Woo enough. Dave and Jeanette walk my dog every day whilst I’m at work and it makes life so much easier knowing he has a good long walk in a variety of new places, meaning he is a very happy (and often tired) dog when I get back. Being a collie cross rescue with a very questionable past and high prey drive, Frank is not an easy dog to manage so I was apprehensive, to say the least, about leaving him in someone else’s care. However Jeanette and Dave are extremely understanding, adapting to his quirks and helping me build up his confidence. As he cannot be trusted off lead it’s great to know they have a fully dog proof field on their property where he can be free to run and play with the others. When I am away Frank stays with them, in their own home very much treated like part of the family. He is always very settled when I drop him off and it’s nice to see he is always excited to see them. We also have chickens and cats which again are always very well loved and cared for at our home in our absence. Very personal service with walks and boarding planned around the requirements of each animal as an individual. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this wonderful pair.

Cat & Robyn have been absolutely amazing. Cat was taking care of my 9 months old Kitten Sonic for 10 days whilst I was out of the country. I was so anxious about leaving him for so long but Cat was absolutely amazing, I was sent a daily update with pictures and videos which were extremely reassuring, will definitely be using the service again

Nothing but praise, they looked after our cat while we were away and we got daily updates on how he'd been, what Cat had done while she was there (apart from feeding and playing with the cat, she also hoovered up the fluff he left around and tidied around the litter tray, etc), and lots of photos and at least one video each day. We looked forward to the updates and could tell Jack was in good hands. Would definitely use them again. :)
Fantastic service! We are so pleased we found We Love Pets. We didn’t want to rely on family/friends when we go away to look in on the cat - so we searched for a service and we found a brilliant one in We Love Pets. They came and visited to take further information and to say hello to our cat, they added us to a WhatsApp group for updates on the cat - which included videos and photos. It was so nice to receive them while on holiday and gave us piece of mind that he was looked after. Would highly recommend and am looking forward to using them again :)

They have helped me with my new puppy on puppy visits and walks, looking after him when I have been at work, the videos and photo updates you get are great it really puts your mind at ease. We got Eddie as a rescue 9 months ago and were worried about leaving him due to his anxieties, and were worried he wouldnt settle. our worries were quickly allieviated Janet and Thelma kept us informed daily on how he had settled, with texts, calls, videos and pictures. we are highly satisfied with the service, and grateful to Janet and Thelma. and would recommend the service.
I enquired earlier this year about dates for boarding my dog, however my regular kennels then got a cancellation so no booking was ever confirmed with Pads for Pooches. Since then I have had multiple emails from them with invoices for almost £1000 for when my dog allegedly stayed with them (they have also put the rate as for 2 or more dogs). I have emailed on multiple occasions since then to clear things up and request the invoice is cancelled and have had no response, no response to my WhatsApp, and my phone call was rejected by them.
Rocco has spent time with several pads for pooches hosts and loves them all. Knowing he is having his own fun holiday means we can go on holiday and not fret about leaving him behind. He doesn't get this spoilt by us!
Absolutely fantastic experience with Thelma, Luca and the Pads for Pooches team. Communication was excellent and our minds were really put at ease for our first time away without our pup. He’s a big strong boy so we struggle to find someone to look after him and Thelma did an amazing job and kept us updated everyday with photos and to let us know how he was doing. I enquired about boarding for my dog whilst going on holiday, I had an email conversation with Thelma, filled out an extensive form about my dogs routines and was given a boarder by the name of Luca. I asked to arrange a trial for us to meet Luca, however, never heard back. I then sent a message to the number on the email (Luca's number apparently) and again, never heard back but the message was read. I rang the number and spoke to Janet (Luca's mum) who had no recollection of my dogs details, but stated that my dog would be boarded in her house as Luca lives with her. I then arranged a time for them to meet at the weekend, within a minute of ending the call, Luca text to say can we change to midweek. I arranged alternative boarding with a member of family and let Luca know, however, the message was not acknowledged and I then received another message replying to my previous enquiry to meet (8 days later and after we had already arranged and now cancelled 48+ hours before.) To my surprise, I then received an invoice via email 5 days after my return from holiday, (nearly a month after our last communication) for boarding, with no actual service being used. Once again replied to the email.... to hear nothing back! After my conversation with Janet, having no recollection of my dog, their name, the dates they would be boarded, filled me with anxiety. The website says 'having piece of mind that your pet is being cared for with the same level of love and affection you provide them with yourself!' I did not have piece of mind when I was constantly chasing replies and the boarder did not know my dog's name and breed, yet was about to house them for nearly 2 weeks!
Absolutely superb service from our dog boarder Debbie, a lovely lady who clearly adored our K9 companions. Debbie took the greatest care of my Best pal Marley and gave him loads of love and cuddles. I was super nervous about leaving Marley but I needn't have been he couldn't have been in a more lovely place. Thanks Debbie for taking care of my best friend and apple of my eye. After some through research and speaking to local dog owners I was recommend Rover the Moon Pet Services and have never been happier. Luna our lovable but energetic lab absolutely loves her walks with Kirsty. She is super content the rest of the day and is all round a happy dog since she started with Rover the Moon. Kirsty sends regular updates on what the dogs have been up to which is lovely to see when at work. I honestly couldn’t recommend her service enough.

Would highly recommend. Our dogs are filled with excitement when they know David is coming. They love going out with the pack they come back happy and excusted with big smiles on their face. They love to go too David's for their jollies and David goes above and beyond to ensure my pooches are settled, safe and happy.
We have been using David now for a number of years for our dog snoopy, snoopy absolutely adores David and loves his walks too! It’s priceless to know Snoopy has company and a walk whilst we are out at work, David is also very flexible and has often helped us out at a weekend if needed highly recommend!

David was an absolute gem of a dog walker for us. He treated both our babies as if they were his own, always showing so much love, patience, and care. You can tell he genuinely enjoys spending time with animals, which always put our minds at ease every time he took our pooches out. The only reason we’re not still using him is that my mum retired, but I honestly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for someone who will go the extra mile for their furry family members. David is reliable, trustworthy, and truly a joy to work with.

David provides a first class service. His love for the dogs he walks is obvious and he goes above and beyond to make sure they are happy. He has walked our dog Millie for the last 7 years. She also boards with him when we are on holiday. She looks forward to her walks and loves her stays with David. She had to have surgery earlier this year and, although she was unable to go out for walks for a while, he would still pop round to see how she was. I cannot recommend David highly enough. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to walk Millie.
David is fantastic. My dog Max is very strong and pulls on his lead and many other dog walkers haven’t been able to handle him. David has worked with the whole family to make sure he really understands Max and not only walks him but also trains him whilst he is out. Max used to be really scared of other dogs but David has spent time introducing him to his own dogs and helping him to become socialised. You can tell that he genuinely loves dogs and our dog definitely loves him.
I started to use David after relocating to Blackburn to walk my 2 lively border collies. My daughter uses him and I could see how happy she and her dog were with his services. When I leave for work, I tell the dogs ..."David is coming today"...and they go wild.......speaks volumes!! Highly recommend 👌 Thankyou David 🐕🐕😁
We booked on a Sunday and arrived to see the whole facility was locked with chains and padlocks, with no instructions sent via email on how to enter. Thankfully, I checked the padlock, and despite the place being closed, it opened, allowing us to get through the gates to the rest of the facility. There was a complete lack of signage, and when we actually managed to get onto the field, it was strewn with smashed-up sofas, random camping chairs, destroyed sheds, and pieces of scrap wood with metal wire hanging out of them. Even worse, there were giant manhole covers in the middle of the field, which hadn’t been covered with any sort of surface. My dog actually scuffed his nose tripping over one while chasing his Frisbee. On the way out of this awful place, I ended up with a nail going through my new bloody Sketchers too, though I'm just happy it was my foot and not the dogs. Unbelievably poor experience. I would not recommend this facility and would definitely not leave my dog here for doggy daycare.
Our lovely dog Watson has such a fantastic time running around this safe space, he cannot be off the lead on our usual daily walks and we only have a small garden, so the opportunity the bark park field hire gives us all to enjoy a relaxing time outdoors with him chasing balls, hunting for treats and running through the apparatus is wonderful. Thank you.

The boys had a fantastic run and play. I felt safe letting the 8month cocker off lead and it was the first time I've had a stress free puppy walk. Will book again.
Great place to take the dogs and let them have a good run around together. The field is totally secure, and there are plenty of things for them to jump on, climb through, and play with whilst you relax and watch them wear themselves out!

Great place, the extra river bit is a great bonus to field one. Highly recommend, if I was to be picky I’d say trim the nettles that are next to the gate to the river as hard to lock up without being stung. Our dogs love it, one of our new regular places to visit
We tried this field tonight. Finding somewhere safe enough has been very difficult when you know your dogs could easily jump 6ft and run at the speed of a cheetah full pelt, and I think we've all enjoyed it. On arrival we met the lady owner who was very nice and helpful explaining what and where we had to go or do. Both dogs fast asleep now, done them good having freedom and mental stimulus, which is pretty difficult with Salukis. I think we will be booking again. Thankyou.
Left my two doggies with Janet for a week at her home. I was very anxious as one was 13 and one was 1. I had absolutely no reason to worry. They were to the Bark Park on several days and it seems they enjoyed their stay. I was sent lots of pictures and would not hesitate to use this service again and would thoroughly recommend. The flexibility and ease of allowing our dog to have a holiday close to home and knowing he is being well looked after, put our mind at rest while we were away. I have always been happy taking my dogs here. Always had a good interaction when picking them up, telling us how they have been, but this time, as soon as I walked in, first words were, “card or cash” I then asked, how they have been “fine”, I then paid and asked again, how have they been, and all I got was “fine”. Then one of the girls looked at another and said “I’ll get them shall I?” She just laughed and didn’t look at her and replied “ yeh”. I put the dogs in the car, felt really disappointed as I’ve never received this interaction with the staff before. When I drove off, I noticed my Springer smelt really bad of urine, so had to bath him as soon I got home. All in all my dogs were fine and healthy, apart from the smell, but I do think the staff need to realise, customers need reassurance that their pets have been ok, and I didn’t get that at all.
Brought Harvey home on Tuesday 28th November. First visit at Mitton boarding kennels. I could tell straight away he had been looked after he was a happy chappy just like he is from my regular kennels I use. Had to use Mitton kennels as they were closed. Highly recommended they washed his toy, blanket and himself for me including a t-shirt I had given him for a snuggle if he wanted to snuggle to it. As I say highly recommended kennels.
Boarded our 2 year old Labrador here for 10 days. He came back happy and healthy. Lovely people who run the place. He'll be staying there again. Happy dog, happy owner!
would give zero starts if possible. avoid at all costs! we left our beloved dog for a week, had previously used the doggy day care service in the past, on this occasion for no reason clear to us they did not put our dog in the day care like we asked and they confirmed they would. we got no update videos or pictures all week, and when we asked how she was we only got a brief reply. our dog clearly wasn't taken care of as we thought would happen, and recently management staff have been rude and abrupt. on collection our dog bolted to the car which we've never seen happen before- defiantly will not be returning here again.
Very happy with Mitton Hall Boarding Kennels. Dogs get individual attention. I asked Kennedy if he was happy there and he said, "Woo-oof Yeah... can I go today???"
We always use these kennels and they look after our dogs so well. Sadly we lost our old dog recently and they took so much care of the younger one when she was in for the first time on her own. A huge thank you to all the staff. We feel so lucky to have a kennels we can trust and who we know genuinely care for the animals, thank you.
We came up from Devon to stay in Hurst Green and boarded our dog at Mitton Hall Boarding Kennels,we had a fantastic welcome from all the staff who were so happy to help us,the kennels were clean and our dog had a wonderful experience in the North,we will definitely be returning!!! Really disappointed in the service that was provided when my booking was cancelled with less than 24hrs notice. My dog has previously boarded with Mitton Hall, where there were some behaviour issues, however since then he has been to weekly training sessions and been neutered. He has also since boarded at other establishments with no issues. I called in April to make a booking for the Jubilee weekend (fri-sun), explaining all of this and it was agreed that he could board. However on the Thursday I was called and told that they could not take my dog due to his history. After an hour and a half of calling every kennels, I found someone with availability and he boarded with no issues. Extremely disappointed with the customer care provided and would not recommend due to the lack of reliability issues.
We have taken our two dogs here for the last 10 years excellent facilities friendly staff well looked after during their stay I would recommend these kennels
