Pet- and House-sitting for Tom and Amanda at their beautiful home in Den Haag was an absolute pleasure. The location was serene, the home was cozy, the bed[room] was super comfortable, and Miss Sassi - their adorable and loving cocker spaniel - was as sweet as can be. Taking long walks together, sharing mealtimes, and simply cuddling and spending time with her on the couch or in the lush backyard was the highlight of my days which also included working remotely. It was very easy for me to get around by bike and by bus, so I also enjoyed exploring the surrounding areas in my free time. Finally, I appreciated that communication was super consistent and clear, including all instructions on how to use everything and take care of Sassi, and I would fully recommend this sit to anyone who enjoys being in a quiet place with a sweet doggo, just outside of a busier city (Den Haag central).
Steve and Alana were the loveliest hosts we could ask for!! They provided us with everything we needed, including a car! We loved their house and Howie was such a cutie! We really enjoyed our time with him especially in the dog park❤️ definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone!
This sit was such a pleasure. Anna’s place is lovely and in a great neighborhood. Mochi took a couple days to feel comfortable with me but once she did she was super affectionate, snuggly, and playful. I recommend this sit!
We had a great time pet sitting Sooki and Paco. The are quite different personalities but both very cute. Sooki is a little more reserved and needs some time to get to know you but after about a day or so, he was very comfortable. With Paco it's super easy since he is friendly with anyone the minute he sees them. The daily walks are quite easy with the large park near by. The dogs are happy enough with the short walks but also pretty good to walk around town or sit outside in a cafe. Sooki is super easy to walk with, but Paco can be a little more difficult, especially when excited, but he usually calms down after a few minutes. The apartment is a nice 1 bed, with everything you might need. It has a great public transport, large shopping mall near by and plenty of food options. Communication with Benji and Shlomi was easy, same with a check-in/out. Thank you for having us.
We had a lovely time hanging out with Toby and Lola in Maria’s beautiful home. Maria is such a hospitable host and we felt so comfortable in her home. She was super easy to contact and we felt very at ease. Toby is a big friendly giant! He loves cuddles and his toys and treats. He’s a bit of an old boy so we loved playing a relaxed game of catch with him (he would lie on the floor as I would gently bounce the ball next to his mouth to catch!) Lola was nervous to begin with but it really didn’t take her long to warm to us and we soon got to see her goofy and cuddly personality. She’s very chatty as she greets you in the morning which is adorable! They are very lovely dogs and we would happily look after them again. Thanks again Maria for having us!
